Everything has gone downhill. The food went downhill. The prices went up. The service went downhill. The straw that really broke the camels back for me though is that not only do you have to scan a QR code to place your own order and you have to install an app to do so but then when you go to pay the bill in the same app, they add a mandatory gratuity of a minimum of 18%. I'm not paying 18% when it's not even proper table service.
