I've only been to Burger King like 3 times in my whole life. I came here with some friends before going to the Hard Rock Casino on a Saturday night. It was completely empty. The staff all seemed kinda annoyed that we were even there. The food came out and it was just okay. I tried my friend's burger and it was kind of bland and they didn't put any cheese on 3 out of 5 sandwiches. I did like the friends and the restrooms and dining area were both very clean. read more

I went through the drive thru. Burger King, fairly new, off Fowler Ave. , in Thonotosassa, Florida. It was Friday, December 2, 2022. It was around 1;15 PM. Not busy. I ordered my food, at the drive thru. Spoke with someone, zero personality. I ordered a number 1 meal, no ketchup, regular with a coke. So $ 9.23 is a bit pricey for one meal. Anyway, she repeated my order, I proceeded forward. Waited a few. She collected my money, I asked for mayo, of course they were out. So I asked for onion ring sauce. I got my meal, fries we were ice cold. Went in, no one could help. The only one was the cashier, super nice and she was assisting someone at the counter. Got my fries. Half way home, I checked my whopper. Extra ketchup! The receipt even says no ketchup. What? I called and spoke to a rude, smarty pants of a employee l. Zero help. Said I had to download some BK app. on my phone for a coupon. Really? At this point, I'm beyond mad. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and this is what customer service is. No response from any manager or GM at all. It's not about the money or getting a free meal. It's the fact that they care zero about their customers. I will now go to McDonalds. Slowest Burger King you will EVER go to. They never have a line yet take 10-15 minutes to just take your order. When you look inside you will find workers on their phones or just talking to each other while the customers wait to even be looked at. Nevertheless you need a tip jar because if your price of certain items on your menu cost a certain price gratuity shouldn't be included even for dining in. A customer should know and have the decency to tip whatever is in their heart apart from what the tip calculator on the phone says'. You probably wouldn't want to know what the tip calculator says and trust me, I've had one on almost all of my phones'..... Last but not this has nothing to do with ya'll it's getting tiresome waiting on my Uncle who should have been here by now!!!!!! Other than that God Bless and have some meeting's to fix some of these things' ... Oh invest in some lounge chairs like sectionals in the middle it would fit your decor!!!!!! I ordered breakfast had a coupon coffee included, she gave me half filled cup , when I asked to fill the cup, she said that was a medium cup and my coupon was for small so half filled cup because it's small, I told her I get the same order almost dai fro other burger king and it's the same cup always full , they refused and the she said give me you cup, she went and filled it and said pay me $1.37 llI said for what. She said for upgrade to large , the same med cup , I told he I didn't ask you to upgrade and that is a medium still not large she poured half the cup in the sink and gave me the cup , I said I am calling corporate and she refused to give me her Mamet, drove and there was no sugar or cream, came back the Super Rude Manager comes out I showed him the bag and said I need sugar and cream, he said you need to calm down, I was calm and didn't raise my voice or cus or use profanity I told him I was calling corporate he said he doesn't want me to come back and if I did was going to call the police. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so rude and because I asked for my cream and sugar and was nice about it. Terrible service. Long wait times & often items are out of stock. This morning I went through the drive through. There wasn't anyone at the first window so I proceeded to the second window. The manager, Nicole, opened the window and said, "I'm sorry but you missed the first window." I told her no one was at the window. She said, "well, she's there now you need to back up to the first window." Excuse me? You want me to drive in reverse into oncoming customers who are coming around from the drive thru? That is a HUGE safety issue first of all. Secondly, this is a manager telling me this? She couldn't just take my payment? It is MY fault no one was at the first window? Most people would pull forward to the second window. It's common sense. No one is going to sit at an unmanned window hoping someone will eventually show up! Does everyone have to reverse & go back to the first window every time an employee is not at their post? What if a vehicle is directly behind you? Do you have to circle the building & get back in line to pay? Beyond ridiculous! On this same trip I ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissant meal. It was 9:25am therefore this was meant to be breakfast. The same Manager hands me my food. I look inside my bag, to find a croissant and a small fry. A small fry? For breakfast? I asked the Manager if they do not have tater tots (this is what comes with the meal, what I paid for & expected to receive). The Manager said, "no, we do not have tater tots." Um, ok. Well, isn't that something that you should inform the customer about during the ordering process? Not just hand them a bag with fries (that they did not order) & send them on their way. Then this same Manager had the audacity to say in a snarky tone, "have a nice day!" Saying something nice in a mean tone doesn't win you a gold star in service. This young lady clearly has a lot to learn and should not be a Manager until she has a little more common sense. The receipt says, "Ultimate service is our goal. Have a nice day". It was ultimate that's for sure, but the lack of common sense & horrible customer service did the opposite of adding to my day. I just wanted breakfast and got treated like crap for it. I will never go to this location again & am also calling their head office to report that people are being told to drive in reverse in the drive through. That is unacceptable. read more

We place our order the young lady who took our order was not welcoming at all actually very rude got our order totally wrong still we just sat down and ate it. A few minutes later a young lady walked in & told the manager on duty that she went thru the drive thru & they got the order wrong the manager was very & mean very rude to the lady manager grab the bag from the lady.
