There was a very kind blonde lady who actually took the orders the right way and give you what you asked for!! I really think I've gone there for the very last time today. A few times in the past, my sandwich is not even warm, much less hot. One time, there was just a teaspoon of sauce on the Italian Chicken with two big hunks of cold unmelted cheese on them....like rubber. Today, my sandwich was ice cold. Do not go here. I just ordered a meal from this location. I went through the drive through at 8pm tonight and as I pulled away i put some fries in my mouth and realized they were stone cold. I parked and went inside and asked the lady behind the counter for some new fries because mine were cold. She asked me what i wanted her to do, and I asked for hot fries. She looked annoyed and took the fries and turned around and DUMPED THEM BACK IN to the huge mess of fries hot fries, mixed them up, and walked away She then spoke to someone else behind the counter in Spanish - assuming I don't speak Spanish- and asked me what was she supposed to do with me. I would not normally review a fast food joint. Luckily this is not a fast food joint. I've been here multiple times (easy to stop in after a trip to HD). Each time I regretted it. I won't be back. The line moves slower than I've ever seen. I have witnessed multiple cars give up and just abandon the wait AFTER THEY HAVE ALREADY ORDERED because of how slow it is. If you are short on time there are a couple sit down restaurants nearby that have less than 45 minute waits to get seated. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Alternatively you can drive literally anywhere else (you're next to a highway, guys) and find another fast food stop that actually has fast food. read more

My husband went thru the drivethru for lunch today at this location in Tewksbury. The kid at the window walked away with his card and intentionally swiped it twice for 2 different amounts. My husband didn't realize what he did until I joked with him that he must hast have really been craving BK by going twice. I get alerts everytime our debit cards are used. Bad experience. Drive up to the window and they tell me they are closed. Sign says they are "supposed" to be open. Not the first time this happened. Customer service line says this is a franchise location and they can close whenever they want, even thought it's earlier than their posted times. Made a stop here on my way to Portland and I must say this is as bad as it gets. This place is so messy. Additionally, we stood at the register for a couple minutes without being acknowledged. The one cashier was fixing the register and he didn't pay us any attention. The only reason they get a star is because the chicken sandwich didn't taste bad. I normally don't review chains, but this place is exceptionally bad. I am in this area about once a month. I was going to the McDonald's down the street, but they now have one of those annoying Kiosks. First, the configuration of the parking lot is odd, requiring very tight turns and careful navigation. Second, the place is in bad shape. I saw one kick board actually fall off the wall. But the big problem is getting the order correct. It's like the old John Belushi skit with the Greek restaurant. Whatever drink you ask for (the self serve machine is broken), they get you a Coke. I am going back to the McDonald's with the annoying Kiosk. At least I get what I want. read more

Horrible! I ordered through the drive through. It took forever to get my meal, they screwed up the order and they order charged me. To make matters worst they were rude. I ordered a diet coke--no fun being diabetic. I got a fruit punch. I told them this and the guy just smiled and said "its ok." walked away! Probably the worst BK out there. You would think the place would screw up your order once or twice in your lifetime, but I can count at least 15 times they have in the last year. Today specifically I was in a rush to go somewhere and stopped by with a coupon and to pick up a mobile order, nothing complicated. Coupon was a BOGO free whopper and the mobile order had their new angry whopper and 20 nuggets. I got one bag from them after 20 minutes of waiting. The mobile order was correct but my two whoppers ended up being two cheeseburgers. I had no time to check it like I usually do when I go to this location, but when I got home I saw their screw-up. First off I stood at the counter ( nobody in line but me) for at least 5 minutes as the employees were talking to each other in Spanish which is fine but hello. Made my order fine no problem there. Got my cup (medium) and proceed to get my coke( nope) no coke got Diet Coke instead (fine) no medium lids(wtf) go to the table (not one clean) back to the counter and the girl says what ( great customer service) told her I needed some napkins with water so I could clean a table ( and the eyes went so far behind her head she Literally could see behind her) well with attitude she cleans a table off ( note that I said a table). Underwear and food don't mix! I've been going to this Burger King (85 Main Street, Tewksbury, Mass) between Motel 6, Home Depot, and Applebees Restaurant, a several times over the past year. This is the one on the Tewksbury/Lowell line, at the junction of Rt 495 and Rt 38 (Main Street). My last visit that finally showed me to stop going there was March 15, 2017 (Wednesday) at 10:30 pm. A tall thin hispanic looking effeminate male (with a beard of 20 or so long hairs under the chin) took my drive thru order. He had his pants halfway down his ass, showing maroon colored underwear with white omega symbols all over it. Don't know what the omega symbols mean, but I do know that food establishments shouldn't be allowing employees to "sag" their pants when working and dealing with the public. He also wiped his runny nose on his sleeve, and never bothered to wash his hands, instead just handing me my bag of food. I've heard of pants sagging in the inner city of Boston, Detroit, Chicago, etc, but this was a first for me at a fast food place in a suburb town. This employee was a disgusting dirty person, working in a fast food restaurant that I'll never visit again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this too. read more

Credit card machine not working, trash behind counter, and in cooking area, dining area is dirty, tables with food on them and crumbs. 10 min to get my cheeseburger and 16 oz coke. I was given an empty cup for my drink, there was no drink dispenser in dining room. Had to return to counter for drink and ask for a napkin. I was going to do the online survey but the survey code on the receipt did not print out correctly.
