I wish I could be as impressed with the quality of the food here as I was with the speed of their service. We came here for lunch at a busy time on a Friday. There was a bit of a line (a lot of people from a nearby Raytheon site come here), but it went very smoothly. It's obvious they focus on prompt service. They must have been expecting a lot of local business when they built it, because the parking lot is quite large too. Our meals were inconsistent. My grilled chicken sandwich was fine, but my fries were soggy and a little greasy. If a place is doing a lot of lunchtime business, it seems to me you would be making fries constantly and turning then out constantly. These tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The chili cheese fries were better. Of course, you can't tell if fries are soggy when they're covered with chili and cheese. But the cheese - yellow American - was somewhat dark in color, which means it had dried out. The chicken caesar salad seemed to be a bit light on chicken. I think if you are a regular here, you can eventually figure out what meals they do well, and if you stick with those you'll enjoy it. read more

It's been a few years since I last had Wendy's, and while I remembered it fondly I didn't enjoy my "Son of Baconator" very much. Frankly, it tasted a bit gross. The fries were good though, with a decent sprinkling of sea salt. The Wendy's itself is clean, looks new and is the perfect pit stop on a road trip. Jeez! I would not normally give a Wendy's 5 stars but I am trying to offset the other negative reviews. I've only been coming to this Wendy's over the past 3 months or so but I am always impressed by the friendliness and speed of the workers. I visit at least once a week and my order is always out super fast (in the drive-through) and it is always correct. I agree they don't have the best fries out there, but if you eat them before they get cold they are pretty decent. I love their Spicy Chicken Sammich. I always order it without mayo so it is fresh/not soggy. I also love the double stack (on the value menu) and the taco salad. My only complaint is that it is more expensive than McD's but I think the food tastes better so I guess it's worth it. read more

I'm frequent to this area so I come to this location a lot. I order the same two meals and side item every time. Every time i get to where i am going and get ready to eat, my order is wrong and im missing items. About 10 minutes ago i had to go back because i got loaded fries instead of a baked potato with cheese. I waited ten minutes for it to be corrected and it was still wrong. The cashier was very nice and helpful. The manager was rude and openly criticized the cashier in front of customers. I was not acknowledged after he informed the cashier, quite rudely, that they were out of the thing I just ordered. I was not impressed with this. The restaurant had several dirty tables, but the bathroom was pretty clean for a fast food restaurant. The dining room was very unorganized, but I might have noticed this because I was already disappointed in everything that had happened up to that point. I often pass on the opportunity to review a fast food restaurant. I'm going to make an exception for this particular Wendy's though. I stopped here on the way to a business meeting, and though I didn't eat, my coworker did. He said the food was exceptionally good. So when traveling through here a second time with my family, we decided to stop for lunch. The lettuce today left a little to be desired, but the tomato particularly good. My husband had a bacon burger, and though he has eaten at Wendy's many many times, he said it was the best he's ever had. I had a promotional chicken sandwich called the dill chicken sandwich, which had a ton of dill pickles, Monterey Jack cheese, and dill mayonnaise. It was delicious. I see other negative reviews, and I don't know if things have changed, or we just got lucky, but it was really good at least twice. read more

We stopped in during a busy lunch hour, and despite being short staffed, the crew did a great job! We were especially impressed with front linesman, Jim, whose infectious good cheer and industriousness won over the whole family and also seemed to cheer or fellow visitors. Between multi tasking to keep the counter moving smoothly, we also observed him wiping tables and cheering on his crew mates with abundant energy and positivity. We could not help but grin with him! Me and my wife went to a candlebox concert friday (10-23-2015) in lawrence - ma but we stayed in a holiday in here in tewksbury. Since check in at 3pm i saw there was a wendy`s by the corner from the hotel and made my plans. I called them at 4 pm to ask the working hours to which i was told "10 pm for the dinning, 1 am for drive through". Basically since 5 pm i was thinking about after the show going there to wendy`s, to get a baconator sandwich (my favorite) and try the new baconator fries, along with some nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich for my wife. We went to lawrence and tby 12 am the concert wasnt over. by 12:20, and still the concert going on i decided to leave with my wife so we could get back to tewksbury in time to buy all the stuff i was dreaming about since early that afternoon. We go in the drive through by 12:43 EXACTLY. The ordering menu SIGN was ON, but NO ONE gretted, took my order or talked to me in any way whatsoever. o drove around and noted there were at least 3 employers still there. So i decided to park in their parking lot and call them. No one picked up the phone. I drove around another 2 times to make sure my eyes werent lying to me. The menu sign turned ON, they all in there at least 3 of them inside and no one taking orders. I was hungry, and now, angry, and.. SPEECHLESS. parked my car in front of the ordering menu sign, WALKED TO THE FIRST WINDOW and knocked. someone opened (this was still 12:50). To him opening the window i said. I am outside, trying to order, i got here 5 minutes ago, no one is taking my orders. He then looked back over his shoulder to some girl that looked like either the shift manager or whoever was supposed to be working on the drive through. she gave him a bad look, he then looked back at me and said: " I am sorry sir, but we dont HAVE ANY MORE FOOD IN HERE" . I was speechless, i said "thank you" and walked back to my car. Im still speechless. Thank you, all 3 of you for ruining my night. You dont get to close your chain restaurant 20 minutes before on A FRIDAY NIGHT just like that. Does the owner knows about what you guys do there? im pretty sure he does not. This experience was so horrible, that even knowing that wendy`s it self has nothing to do with what this little sotore did to me, i dont think i will be able to EVER dine at wendy`s, ever again. read more
