Absolutely awful! My bf loves this place ONLY for their limited time Italian chicken sandwich. So, I go to get him one. First, the wait is crazy stupid long. There's only one car in front of me, and ZERO acknowledgement at the drive-thru speaker for well over 20 minutes. When someone finally DOES acknowledge you, you can repeat your order ever so slowly and clearly, and they act like they STILL can't understand you, and ask you to repeat yourself 3 more times. Then, the car in front of us still hadn't even had THEIR food after I finally made it to the pay window. They parked THAT car, but instead of telling them to pull around to the front, the car just pulls up, thus blocking anyone behind them from turning left, and only giving people the option of turning right onto Main Street (not the way I wanted to go) so I had to make a U-turn. Then, I ask for an Italian chicken sandwich and a small coke. She does not confirm the order, just tells me my total will be at the window. I pull up and my total is ridiculously high for a sandwich that is supposed to be on special and a small coke. I pay, look at my receipt, and notice that she charged me for fries I didn't order. I point it out, and she gets an attitude with me and rolls her eyes, like it's SUUUCH an inconvenience now to have to fix something she f**ked up to begin with! So, considering she can't take an order right, can't take money right, can't confirm an order right, AND wants to give me attitude about it? I just drove off with only my small drink. $10 bucks for a small drink and they think this is ok? Ooookay then. Won't be going back EVER. read more

Should have read the previous reviews about this Burger King. It did take a while to get our food, but when we finally got it, it was much smaller than it probably should have been. The food was a little cold, and their soda machine didn't really seem to be working well. The ice wouldn't work, and many of the flavors seem to be malfunctioning. We had to ask to get a top for the soda, and they seem to be out of many of the other supplies. read more

The staff tonight was lazy and seemed to be high on something rather than concerned about getting peoples food out quickly. We were driving through Tillamook on our way home to Portland about 2:30. Im hungry, said Daughter. She had polished off her leftover Humble Pie pepperoni and pineapple pizza about an hour prior when our Js fish and chips plans fell apart. (The wait was too long). Ok. Looking for acceptable food. I've heard horror stories about what goes on in their kitchen. Sadly most of it being drug related. Once I also had an incident where they kept giving me the wrong sandwich for my diabetic brother and I had the manager come out and get angry at me when I called the store instead of going through drive through for a 3rd time with the wrong sandwich. He told me that the wrong sandwiches I was receiving was healthier than what I was asking for anyways, so I tried to explain to him it's about how many carbs he has to take in because of how much insulin he's already injected and he just continued to give me a bad attitude. I ordered a double whopper with only lettuce and ketchup. What I got was a loaded burger with everything on it. I was still there and asked to remake it. What I got back was a burger with everything but lettuce and ketchup and only 1 patty. So I tried again and they finally got it right and it was made super sloppy. No one said sorry. The staff at this establishment needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers or potential customers. My experience here has been that of poor treatment from said staff. Instead of greeting me with "how can I help you", I was greeted with " what do you want" I feel deeply offended and I will not do do business with companies that allow staff to behave in such a manner. We live here in Tillamook and go to Burger King often. only once in 4 years have they gotten our order wrong, and always are they kind to us. Today we were in the drive thru and my card got denied. i apologized and confessed that i couldn't pay if my card didn't work and i only had 5 dollars in cash. With smiles they gave me my food on the house. I wasn't sure if they knew that my three kiddos were in the back witnessing their kindness. My kids talked about it the whole drive home. I'm not sure what possessed me to stop at the BK, other than nostalgia. Ordered onion rings with my burger. Burger was fine, but onion rings were cold.
