This place needs more attention! We had it almost to ourselves. 1. The food is fantastic. I shared my burger with my wife, who got fish tacos. The halibut was the best fish I've had in this area, and the burger was a chef's special that really stunned. Excellent excellent. 2. The service was chill, friendly, and personable. She shared personal stories but was in no way overbearing. 3. The ambiance is great. We ate outside next to the fountain overlooking the golf course, and our waiter graciously turned on an outdoor propane heater for us. read more

We have eaten there twice. First was forgettable - overcooked fish and too many dark French fries. That was it! We went back for a 2nd time for the Thursday dinner. It was good...chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & green beans. The only disappointment was the wine. I ordered a Pinot Noir, and luckily the pour was very slight - probably 1/4 cup. Not good for $10. Since they have a full bar I thought the wine would be decent. Oh well! Lovely view of the golf course read more

We arrived for a late lunch. The setting is beautiful, overlooking the golf course. The upstairs dining room is only open for dinner. The downstairs bar and grill is open all day. Our server was new, but very helpful. The Hubbs tried the clam chowder - the best he's had on this trip to the PNW. We shared wings - perfectly grilled / ask for the sauce on the side. We tried both the Buffalo and the garlic parm - both good but better as dipping sauces. He also ordered the sweet potato fries. I had the grilled pimento cheese sandwich with bacon and tots. Everything was really good. The kitchen was a little slow, but we are retired. The patio area is nice for a sunny day. We want to come back for brunch and/or dinner. read more

We had a reservation following a 9 hole family golf tournament. We had confirmed this a few days prior. Unbeknownst to us, they had a wedding the same day starting at 5:30. They were not prepared for us, understaffed and orders were wrong. Our last group joined us at 3:30 and we were told we could not order anymore , not even a beer for the golfer who just finished. There were 40 of us, we provided them with alot of revenue and yet felt we were an inconvenience. Orders were wrong, burgers were cold ( cheese not melted). This was our 3rd year eating there after the golf, new owners , very disappointed . If they could not accommodate us, they should have declined the reservation ! read more

The food and services here were amazing. We came in with a party of 9 and had some specialized orders. Trina, the part owner was our waitress. She was so attentive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was friendly to the gluten free and dairy free crowd and the food was A-mazing. And the drinks were awesome as well. They have a great chef that is excellent. And the specials offered sounded awesome as well. I wish we had this restaurant closer to our home. And if we are ever in the Tillamook area again, we will be going back to the Bunker Grille! read more

Bunker Grille was a top rated restaurant in the area when we were searching for a meal in a place we have never been before. Being from Kansas City, I pride myself on being able to judge whether bbq is good. Needless to say, the brisket on the Mac n cheese was absolutely amazing. In the top 3 brisket I've ever had, and I've had plenty to judge. The bread that came with my wife's clam chowder was unbelievable. Aside from the food, the view and surroundings of our table on the deck overlooking the golf course was perfect and relaxing. The wonderful woman who took care of us sealed the deal, she was charming and lovely to chat with. Needless to say, if our travels and journeys ever take us back up in the area, you can be sure we will making a visit again. Probably the meal of the trip! read more

A Tale Of Two Meals Had a fantastic breakfast here as a party of four, each plate well cooked exactly to order and hearty. The French toast plate was delicious and generous, the egg dishes were just great with 3 slices of crisp bacon. Returned a few weeks later for dinner with a large party and high expectations, having talked up our great breakfast experience. Alas, only two meals were satisfactory and then only just so. Both orders of the stuffed chicken breast with gouda and sage were very chewy; the pork belly with rice and bok choy was improperly cooked, arriving as a fatty, mushy mess - this one needs time and technique and none of that was evident; it was the burgers that were ok. Of three steaks ordered, none were cooked correctly: the medium rare ribeye arrived deep into medium territory - ok, don't be jerk, its fine, just eat it. the medium filet arrived well done - it was a good, tender cut however so, don't be a jerk, just eat it. the medium ribeye arrived very well done - it was dry and tough so that one had to go back the second go at the medium ribeye came back rare - definitely had to go back again and we watched the cook argue with the waitress. It finally came back medium and this member of our party ate his dinner solo. These ribeyes are $58 each and come in under 1" thick, at that price they ought to be more generously sliced and certainly cooked correctly, if not the first time then most definitely the second. At the end of the evening we shared two desserts for the table, which the manager covered but never came to speak with us. Annie, our server was fantastic beginning to end but it seems we have a cook, not a chef, executing a chef's menu. Will return for breakfast but never again for dinner. read more

We stopped to grab breakfast here as we saw that reviews were great, and it was stated stated the place opens @8:00 am. But to our surprise main doors were closed and no sign anywhere to suggest that place opens with new hours starting 11am. Thankfully we ran in one of the workers at golf property who mentioned to us about new hours. I wish they put a sign and update new hours so hungry people can actually try there food and confirm that place is actually decent as other reviewers are saying. Just for now we are giving 2 stars, but if things change and we end up trying food there we will change our thoughts about this place. read more

Extremely impressed in the initial opening days. Friday I had the BLTA sandwich. Yesterday, I had the crab cakes AND a burger. All were excellent! The upstairs bar area has an old charm feeling with amazing views of the golf course that includes a water feature! Service was amazing. I can't wait to try basically everything on the menu! Food was delicious, very fresh and very tasty. My mom ordered the cinnamon caramel apple French toast (forget what the official name is) and it was literally to die for. Definitely a great spot for brunch, big parties or small. We went on a late Sunday morning and there was no need to make a reservation. read more

We went for an early lunch (11:30) i was told that most of the golfers are in later. The sandwichs we had were amazingly good. The ingredients were fresh and my home made chips were the best. The staff were attentive, checking back a couple of times to make sure things were good. The view of the course is great but the water feature that is there is impressive as can be. Sadly we had extremely poor experience for their Valentine special. They were clearly understaffed. The appetizers and salad were brought out within 20 minutes with wine but after 90 minutes and watching others who ordered after we did get their main course we inquired. Steak came out but took another 10 minutes for salmon. The salmon was very yummy and wine was great - but pinwheel steak was tough - my husband didn't eat. They were apologetic for missing our order and we appreciated the complimentary wine. But unfortunately we can't recommend. read more
