It's truly a shame to see how bad this place is. This location is basically brand new. Meaning they tore down the original building and now have a new building. You wouldn't know it though because inside is gross! Tables and booths are dirty and let's not talk about the floors. The area where you get drinks has nothing but sticky crap on the counters from previous drink spills. They have absolutely no pride in wanting to keep this place looking good. I gave 2 stars only because our food was hot and fresh. The freestyle drink station is a joke. It had no ice on our recent visit and the employee that took my order acted like I was bothering her for ice. The drink machine was out of almost everything. Why even have it when most is not available. Management needs to get it together at this location. read more

"Have it your way?" Don't even think about it. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, with only lettuce and tomato. Simple, right? The guy at the counter looked like he couldn't believe his ears. He said, "so you only want the burger?" I said, "I want bacon, cheese, burgers, lettuce, and tomato. He entered it as "bacon double cheeseburger, add lettuce." I stopped to grab something Quick and I chose this BK and boy was I disappointed. I ordered one whopper with cheese and the other with extra cheese!!! I got two whopper's with cheese, NO EXTRA CHEESE! That's ok. We still had cheese, but EVERYTHING was cold!! There is NOTHING good about cold French fries, but the burgers were cold as well, and I'm not talking about warm, or any other level of hot!! I hate putting that kind of food in the microwave. This particular BK has been through a complete rebuild. So you might think that things might have changed since it's brand new. The service was excellent!! (3/11/2023) stopped in on a day trip from Orlando because we needed a bathroom and breakfast break. There was a wreck on I-95 that shut the highway down, so bailed out on Rt. 50 intending to get to US-1. It was 11:00 am, were told they already moved on to the lunch menu by a pretty surly young person. I'd venture to say teenager, but I'm bad a guessing ages. Got a chicken sandwich, it was piping hot, pretty juicy, pretty small and messy. The Whopper Jrs. my companions got looked way better and with nice thick pickle slices. Serves me right for getting chicken at a BURGER King. Lesson learned. Bathrooms are locked by default, you need to get a staff person to open for you. They must attract some kind of crowd here. We went to the new Burger King in Titusville today for the first time. I ordered two burgers with cheese and two large fries. The counter person taking my order kept pushing the keys on the pad for 4 to 5 minutes then called a someone for assistance. The person that came to assist her punch the pad a couple of times the yelled for someone in the back then went back to the drive-in window while the counter person kept pushing the register keys. 4 to 5 minutes later the counter person once again called for assistance and a minute or two later someone from the back came to the register, punch a few keys and departed. The girl at the counter punched a few keys then looked up and said, " how many burgers was that?" We had an appointment at 12:30 just up the street so I had checked my watch we enter the store, it was 12 noon, it was now 12:12 so I just said goodbye. "It's not our fault, we're waiting on the Whopper meat." and "We don't start the mobile orders till they get here because sometimes they don't show up." I work a block away from this location. I have gone here for a long time and have always been happy with the food and service, but for the past 6 months, every single order, no matter how simple, has been wrong...sometimes disastrously wrong. I place an order for 2 sandwiches for breakfast and both are wrong. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a small fry for dinner and they gave me 4 sandwiches and no fries. My coworker just ordered one spicy chicken sandwich today and came back with a non-spicy chicken sandwich even though the wrapper is marked spicy. I've spoken with multiple managers there and nothing seems to fix whatever's broken. If you go here, be prepared to send something back to the kitchen...you WILL have to. Well as long as you do not require verbal interaction it's fine. Problems occur when talking begins, you typically are met with a tall mall mid 20's with absolutely no customer service training/common sense/skills. At the window after the food is handed over immediately the glass door is slammed. I mean the transaction is not over, if there is something missing or forgotten or whatever you will have to go park and go inside where you can deal with the same attitude only on foot now. I'm assuming which is a risk on my part but from the general felling I think he is the manager. If that is accurate that is even worse. Nothing like getting your brand new 50,000 truck scratched because of trees/shrubs in the drive through lane. Once I realized the issue I had three cars behind me and had no where to go. Numerous tree branches and shrugs stick out into the lane in which you need to drive through. Mentioned it to a worker and the response was "Dey been spused to fix dat." Bad experience at Burger King, this morning ordered breakfast sandwich combo with coffee. The person who identified himself as the manager dropped my sandwich on the counter and walked away. I asked for my coffee he ignored me. From here it escalated to I told him to call the police. They arrived he refunded my money. The police issued an order that I am indefinitely never return to this store. At one time in this country it was considered that the customer was right.
