The food here has always been hot and ready to order every time I've come! Wait times are never too long even when they ask you to park out front. Not to mention, they recently remodeled their store so it looks better than ever. The last time I came in, someone was cleaning the floor so I can say with a certainty that it's cleaned. JUST CRAP! They cannot get and order correct whether you Doordash, drive-thru or stand at the counter. The manager is desensitized to customer complaints and just takes the punishment of your complaint and nothing changes. So this morning I decided to stop in to get a quick breakfast in the drive thru, I usually get really good service and never had a complaint until today. The young dark haired woman with a southern accent and tattoos on her neck was extremely rude! She treated us like we were a bother to her and when handing out our food basically handed it to me in a tossing manner slammed the window shut and walked away. She didn't see if we needed any napkins or condiments, in fact we said thank you but she seemed to be bothered. I could understand being busy but we were the only people there. Clearly a bad experience and bad customer service. For whatever her issue was she clearly took it out on us. I'll rethink returning to this location to purchase food from ever again. read more

Went to BK for the last time in October. Food and fries were not hot, they were borderline cold. The burgers don't have the typical BK taste. I've deleted my BK app and won't be going back at least to this location. Service has always been good I will give them that. read more

I ordered what I normally get everytime I come here, and it was taken quickly enough. No cars in front of me, I pulled to the 2nd window to pay and get my food. I then waited for 7 to 8 minutes, no one came to the window to take my payment or even acknowledge my existence. Then finally the person working the drive-thru came over to hand me my drink, but they presented me with one extra I did not order. I let the employee know and then he took it back, and gave me my drink. I then waited and additional 3 minutes for my food and was finally given it, and the employee almost forgot to take my payment. I reminded him that I needed to pay, he apologized and then took my card and presumably charged it. He gave it back, then I pulled out of the drive-thru to inspect my order. Everything in the bag was correct, but when I looked at my receipt it appeared that they charged me for the wrong order. It was a reciept $17.00 worth of food, where my order was just $7.52! I then parked and went inside and asked for the manager, I explained what was going on and she took my receipt and then went over to the cash register at the drive-thru window to check. She then came back to me and explained I wasn't charged for that order, and that the never even charged me for my order at all. Dumbfounded, I then proceeded to finally pay for my food and took my receipt and left. I was there for about 15-17 minutes dealing with this, a total waste of my time and money. read more

Have always had friendly service and accurate orders. One of the better fast food places in Tooele.

Yes it's fast food but it's supposed to be hot, fresh and made the way you ordered it. I don't request anything crazy or outrageous but getting my order correct seems to be the most difficult thing for this group of service workers. And if they are messing up mine on the regular... I know that others have the same issue with their orders. Yes, I've called and spoke to the manager a few times before however this is the last time I will be using this particular BK. Take the time to drive the extra 7 mins and walk in to the Lake Point BK- it's worth it!! read more

What can I say, Burger King is Burger King. Most of you already know what to expect from any of them. This one is part of a Cheveron convenience store building. Clean, not a bad place. And what I like the most about Burger King is the onion rings made with bread crumbs, instead of the extra greasy batter some use. read more

It's a Burger King, you know what to expect. This location has a Coke Freestyle machine which is nice and the food always is freshish and warm. Had the black Halloween Whopper that was alright but I didn't notice any different or special taste to it. Don't forget your crown! read more

WORST BURGER KING EVER!!! They cannot seem to get an order correct & refuse to make things right with the customer. "Manager" on duty claims to be in charge, but says he has no power to correct an order unless you create ANOTHER ORDER & also PAY AGAIN?! Orders have been incorrect the past 2 times I've been here. I never said anything because it was the drive thru & we were already on our way. Even been served cold food at the drive thru when we were the only customer there. Potatoes taste like they're fried in rotten oil. Not planning on returning again after this time. Should have learned my lesson the last couple times. There are too many other places to eat that actually care about doing things the right way. This location appears to be a crappy run business serving up poor quality food, with horrible customer service. Don't be fooled by convenience & cheap eats. (some minor details were left out to keep this somewhat confidential) Would HIGHLY recommend no one coming to work at the Tooele Burger King. I have a 16 year old sister who worked here for a few months in 2022. During this time she meet her co-worker, a 22 year or MAN who has continued to ask her to hangout with her even though she has made it very obvious she wasn't interested. My sister asked her parents on how they would feel about it, and as long as she had other people there with them, it would be okay. She conveyed her parents message to him and he seemed to be disappointed and irritated that it couldn't just be both of them, insinuating the very obvious goal he was after. After informing the store manager about it they told her to pretty much "suck it up" and "it's work". My sister being the most mature one there decided to put her 2 weeks in as she wasn't going to be putting up with this circus show. The store manager then asked if she was really gonna quit a job over a man "hitting" on her. "Absolutely" my sister told them, especially after the fact that she tried to get it to stop and was told to shut up and deal with it. If you honestly think its okay for a 22 year old GROWN MAN to be trying to get a 16 YEAR OLD GIRL to his house your psycho. As of right now I will be contacting corporate as I have all party members names and will be making sure you guys are either in trouble or fired. Good day. read more

Stay out of the lobby! The entire lobby was grody from top to bottom. The floor was so greasy that you could skate from one side to the next. I almost fell onto the floor when stepping of of the bar stool style seating. Also the touch soda machine was so dirty I had to wash my hands before eating after using it. Also the tables had at one point been wiped down but you could tell that "maximum effort" was used. Yes I understand it's just fast food, but I still want to be comfortable while eating. I am most impressed with the staff here. I frequent the drive-thru often (1.49 ten piece nuggets, I have 5 children!) and my order is always correct. They aren't stingy with sauce (like McDonald's) and the food is always hot and fresh. But what really stands out to me is that whoever is handing me my order is super friendly, quick, and efficient. Sometimes I'll ask to add something to my order at the window and they are always nice about it and accommodating. I prefer this location over most fast food in Tooele. read more

Same old Burger King wherever you go, 'cept this one really sucks at the FAST food part of it. They're not fast at all. Staffed with teens that really don't care about quality nor being attentive to get the customer out the door being happy. Avoid this place and go somewhere else if you have expectations. read more
