We just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, stuck because there were cars behind us, and never even got to order. We got up to the speaker and the worker said that she would be with us in a second, and then there was radio silence. Went to go pick up food in the same shopping center as this Burger King on Grant line for my son and there were cones in the Drive-Thru there was nobody inside there's no notes no nothing! Every time I come here the food tastes great. Definitely made (or put together) to order. I usually go inside when I eat here because I can count on the dining room being well kept Love their soda machine! It's super neat...tons of options! Service is generally good. Love this Burger King. They have really stepped up the service, and helper Porsha does an incredible job of keeping things clean. The kids zone is clean, although very cold. Great for the summer, but in winter it was freezing. Service was great, and 10 nuggets for $1 can't be beat to feed 5 hungry grandkids. Bathrooms were also clean and kept up. Went there on Wednesday around 1:30pm. Every table was dirty and there were only two other groups in there besides me. I let them know at the counter and she said ok. I cleaned off a table and eat my lunch. A half hour later no one had even come out from behind the counter to wipe down tables. Decided to have some BK for lunch and ordered a meal. Upon ordering the meal the employee tells me the soda machine is broken they only have apple juice and coffee available. Okay not that big of a problem I'll just take the replacement apple juice . Get to the window to pay and they attempt to charge me extra for a apple juice that they offered in place of their broken soda machine . While paying for a meal a drink is included in that . The employee proceeds to tell me "I only charged you for the sandwich and fries" false I was charged for a meal and didn't receive a drink because I wouldn't pay extra for a juice . This place is absolutely horrible and they do not follow food safety rules. They are very unsanitary I went in and wanted to order some breakfast I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sand which as I was waiting for it I noticed that one of the employees took my food out of the wrapper with no gloves and took it apart with no gloves and then wrapped it back up and handed it out to me which is absolutely disgusting. I asked for it to be re made and got treated very poorly. Then I opened the new one and the bacon was barely cooked at all it was still cold and the bun was soggy like soaked in grease I just threw it away and walked out because I was done at this point. As a person who works in food service I just don't know how they get away with running a fast food place like that! They should be shut down! read more

I went to this location today and downloaded the app. When I went to pay and use my coupon at the window the store manager said that it takes too much time and they could not accommodate my coupon. Then the employee tried her best to accommodate me but her manager tried to read something to me and talk to me as if I was illiterate so I read what the coupon said back to them which stated there is a 15 minute time limit. After going back and forth the manager was so rude and very unprofessional she called the employee aside, and then came back and said she would do it this one time. Folks who works here are disorganized. It seems like they prioritize drive through more than dine in customers. I waited 15 minutes and I have seen cars pass through every 3 minutes but people inside wait 20 minutes for our meal. I have to go to the counter complained why is it taking too long to my food and the lady took 1 minutes to get my food ready. If there is a timer that record how long it takes for the food to be ready and they passed assuming the tolerable wait time is 10 minutes, they a cheating. Average dine in 20 minutes. The workers need time management training. Don't dine in. You will get frustrated waiting for cold food and ruin your day. read more

We like to try out things and so we went to the Burger King for the impossible whopper( we never ever ate the impossible burger before).....once we had it we thought damn impossible burger nailed it. Out of most flavours of soda. Old fries and soft (not crispy) nuggets. An employee sneezed but didn't wash. Interior and exterior are dated. The result feels low quality in appearance, service, and food freshness. A second-tier Burger King. Play area is decent. Management needs to set higher standards for food and service. read more

This place has sold us old meat of chicken tenders. it is supposed to be chickentenders - but their chicken is too old meat and not tender - just like beef jerky - difficult to chew. We ordered to-go and only find out after we ate it at home. I believe their meat were stucked in their freezer for long time until we come in. if you are planning to crave for burger - yes it maybe the place to be - but who knows - it might be same jerky cool aye! go to another city and look another for your favorite BK place - hopefully they'll fix these. read more

I don't actually frequent burger king all too much these days but in a pinch I tend to due to the location. It's on my way to and from work and if I feel like I need a quick breakfast or an afterwork snack I'll stop in. However this review is for the coffee. On occasion I'll grab a coffee and with each time I've done that (all of twice) the coffee was...well hot and ready. However it seems like a watered down version of something you would make at home. Not too bitter when it's just black but not too much flavor either. I'm not a coffee expert but I feel maybe the employees in the morning are not putting enough coffee grounds to water ratio...maybe? I think that is something that needs to be double checked and worked on. I know reviews like these fall on deaf ears especially the restaurant chain or what have you but every little bit helps. I suggest if you decide you need a coffee in a pinch take the extra five minutes to drive up to starbucks across the street and grab a cup of joe there. read more

Accordindin to the corporate office, this was a local decision by the franchizee and a bsd dicision at that. Remodeled but needs new staff! Went around 2 and someone was sitting right next to where you take the order, she had a broom so it looked like she was taking an extra break. Had to wait awhile for them to finally take my order. Asked for the 2 for 6 whopper deal that was plastered every where and pulled up and told me my Total was 3.49 which I thought was pretty cheap since I asked for the 2 for $6 and asked to repeat my order and she just looked at me like I lost my mind. Just passing threw and stopped for lunch. The lobby was a mess the floor was dirty and when I received my whopper there was a hair sticking out of it. They did replace it with a new one and while waitting I notice the girl in the back didn't have her hair up at all(go figure).
