My kid felt like a burger and we were already in the same parking lot. 5 guys is pretty quality, but very expensive for what you get. I got 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, $45. That's a lot. The staff at this location are always super friendly, greeting us with a smile and super attentive to our needs. We've never had any issues with our food from this location either, and the dining area is usually clean. All around, they provide about the best five guys experience you can get, right here in town. If you're gonna do a "fast food" burger..... this place makes the top of the list. The last few times I've gone in, it's been fairly quiet. I'm not sure if it's the time of day, or that business has slowed down here... either way, don't sleep on Five guys. Especially now that they have their combo meal deal making it more affordable. You can hardly get a McDonalds meal for that price ($13.99) and the quality doesn't even compare. read more

Best burger on Naglee! I know it's a chain but i love all the toppings you can add to your burger. The price is a little high but also where isn't the price high? SMH My go-to order is the grilled cheese add a patty. Trust me it is delicioso Service is always friendly. And the dining room is pretty clean too. I don't have any big complaints. I went here on a whim for lunch while passing by starving to death. I was their first customer for the day! Walked in and was greeted by a nice lady and she got my order. During ordering, the gentlemen behind the counter was very rude to my girlfriend and I, cutting us off and telling us to hurry up when we were looking at the menu. We wanted to be as polite as possible, so we didn't make a scene but didn't give any tip. He glared at us when he saw we didn't give a tip and said my card declined, and had me repay for the order. Let me say first that burgers aren't my first meal choice, but there is something about these burgers that win me over every time. This location is consistently good for our family. I love the Cajun fries too, just the right amount of zip. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and professional. On multiple occasions I've witnessed their excellent service and attention to customers. I also want to commend on the strict adherence to food safety protocols. The kitchen area is open and all employees are seen washing their hands multiple times, changing gloves, wiping and cleaning surfaces. Sure, that's what they are supposed to do, but I appreciate their commitment to our safety. read more

On my drive back home I see Five Guys and immediately pulled over to grab a quick snack, French fries and a Chocolate Milk Shake. Service today was awesome and fast. They were open to inside ordering but not to eat inside due to Covid-19 restrictions. Fries are always hot and the sizes are huge. Not too mention they put extra fries in the bag. Fries are crunchy. I ordered from this place many times. Food is great but when I was pulling up to pick up my order I saw the employee cleaning the windows with gloves I come inside and he helped me. He did not removed his gloves while putting the fries inside the frier! I told him to please change his gloves and that I seen him clean the windows. So he did and I also told him I saw him touch the fries with the same dirty gloves! After that day I will never come in here again! People can get sick! He needs proper training again! I had the worst experience here. I ordered a cheeseburger and asked if they could split it in half and put all the toppings on the side. He charged me for a hamburger with cheese extra. So let's start with the obvious. There online orders are not working. The wife tried to put in an online order and the online was not working. I went to the restaurant and the staff didn't know this was occurring. This is not the first time five guys online order system was not working. I ordered my food which was quick since there was no one here. The nice girl took my order and now it's time to wait. While I waited, I went to get a drink. I prefer diet. So they have the cool coke machine that can make just about any drink. One problem though. They have zero diet drinks. How do you run a fast food establishment and have zero diet options. I know what happened. They ran out of diet and this restaurant has failed to refill the diet drinks. Mind you this machine offers many diet options so this tells me this store is failing if they can't refill or order diet sodas. 14 options of diet and not one is filled. Pathetic five guys. The staff there were pretty cool. Thumbs up ladies. The food came out pretty quick. Now it was time to eat. The burger was ok however lacked some typical five guys flavor. How does five guys lack flavor? Honestly I don't know. I love me some five guys but today, it was different. I know one thing, then grilled jalapeños were HOT!!!!!! These 3 girls who are working today 10/8 at 7:30pm they need to learn to work together as a team. This is directed towards management/ owners, because as a business owner myself, I would want you to be fully aware of the impression your staff is giving patrons. 1. This location rarely picks up the phone, but if they do, they sound genuinely sour and angry to be there. The cold tone is painful to interact with and getting a general answer from someone is like pulling teeth. Today is November 9, 2021, I would say this is mostly directed to whoever was on staff today. Please note, the reason for calling at all is due to inconsistent operating hours as of late - wanted to confirm they were indeed open. 2. My husband entered this location to put in an order (given the phone call was so unsettling) and nobody greeted him despite seeing him enter. He stood there 3 minutes before realizing he was unwelcome and the same staff we likely encountered hours earlier on the phone, or similar, was still present. He called me from the parking lot to say that he felt the food would likely be poorly made based on the attitudes of the workers currently on staff.... and that masks were halfway down their faces. Bottom line, he is one of the nicest people you'll meet and somehow they made him leave 3. The last time we DID take the risk of eating here, weeks ago (because we otherwise love this restaurant chain), I had a genuine piece of receipt inside my burger. Quite a bummer to find. All of this is avoidable with decent employees with decent attitudes, proper food handling and sense. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger fries and drink and it's $18 Walked over to fill drink and had to walk through standing water to lid and ketchup Very slippery and nobody has attempted to mop up standing water. We asked for shake suggestions and the lady working the counter obliged with our weird request going off-menu by mixing coffee and Oreo in a shake. It was delicious! Highly recommend. I got a little bacon cheeseburger in a bowl, added grilled onion, grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapeños. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrapped and my son had a grilled cheese. They shared a regular sized fry. They give you SO much fries! It was awesome, and they were sooooo good! Five Guys may have a very cool beverage machine but if it cannot dispense any milkshake, then it leaves a lot to be desired. They have tested milkshakes in the NY/NJ markets but until they bring it here, your best option is BYOM (Bring Your Own Milkshake)! Their poster shows their burgers are made from fresh ground chuck with an 80/20 ratio, which is perfect because you need that amount of fat to keep the meat juicy. You can select from a variety of toppings or you can save some time by going "all the way," which includes the toppings listed in black on their menu board (i.e., mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard). For a Bánh Mì feel, add some raw jalapeños! French fries come in two styles: Five Guys (regular) or Cajun, with the latter being saltier but with a good kick. Plenty of fries every order because they put a lot in the bag. They are fried in peanut oil and if that's not enough peanut flavor for you, you can have free roasted peanuts by the bulk. This is still a solid choice for hamburger and fries this part of the city especially if you're shopping or you live nearby. If not for In-N-Out, I would be seeing myself here more often. Tracy is relatively small and less than 2 miles away is my preferred choice. Comparing the price, milkshake availability (ha!), presentation, quality, etc., my vote goes to the competition. Maybe the quality is closer than it seems but the way they wrap their burger here drastically ruins its appeal. More often than not, their tendency is to wrap it too tightly. As a result, it flattens the sandwich. They have to keep in mind that customers are ordering a hamburger, not a pancake. Sometimes, it's the other way around. Five Guys has finally come to Tracy! Yes, Tracy already has A LOT of Fast Food and Burger options but none of them are all that appealing to me. Living on the Peninsula there was no shortage of Five Guys to choose from and started to miss them since moving here. It's not often I eat fast food or take out Burgers but I am partial to a Five Guys ''Little Cheeseburger'' and some Cajun Fries from time to time and am very happy that they are now a lot closer to home. The location is slightly smaller than other locations I have been to but still has ample seating and kind of ironic that they are directly opposite BK. This past Sunday they had a staff training event which was for invite only where they had a lot of staff.. more than customers in fact. They could have easily catered for a few walk ins but it was only an extra 2 day wait otherwise. The food is good and I really like that orders are made fresh to order, I hate with a passion those places that mass produce and simply keep warm until someone orders (bleugh) which is why Five Guys stands out among the many fast food places there are. If you have a smaller appetite then the ''Little'' Burgers are ample and the Fries are best shared too. One portion is enough for 2 or 3 people. Never had an incorrect online order until now. Placed an online order for a cheeseburger, little hamburger, and little bacon cheeseburger. Requested all 3 burgers have grilled mushrooms, especially mine with extra grilled mushrooms. Picked up order and only 3 others waiting to pickup their orders and no line. Whem I got home, there were no grilled mushrooms in any of the 3 burgers. The receipt i got showed the request for grilled mushrooms. Also, I had asked for BBQ sauce on the cheeseburger and there was no BBQ sauce. Called the location and complained about the incorrect online order. The manager said to come back Tuesday and they can redo the order for me. Really?! How about the same day? I'm disappointed and not ordering from here again anytime soon.
