The worst service ever! We waited in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes! The drive thru attendant did not say. Hi, good bye, not even thank you. She was light complexion and had braids. She was extremely rude even when taking the order over the speaker. We were there Saturday October 11 around 2:30pm. I hope management can do something to better the service at this Burger King. The food was really good and the order was done correctly. We added a few things and it came as asked for, staff was polite and very helpful. Floors and tables needed some attention, they were dirty. Ice cream machine was out so that was disappointing but overall it was a nice experience and we would return. read more

Was litterly called a liar by the store manager...so I go in there and order my usual whopper and as always ask for it off the broiler. (Right of the grill cooker and not warming tray) and it was on the receipt... I sat there and watched the cook grab the meat out of the tray. They gave it to me, and I said I want it hot off the broiler, not a warm patty from the tray. The cook tells the manager she got it from broiler, which was wrong. Instead of just re making it, the manager gets in a giant defensive argument about it, calls me a liar, and says hell belive his cook over me." I finally told him to check the cameras then which he did not want to. He finally told.cook to remake it and told me to make sure I watched her do it. He finally gave me the with, but no fries. Every once in a while, I get a random hankering for The Impossible Whopper Burger from Burger King. And there are very few options for sides so I inevitably have the fries. The Washington Boulevard location consistently over salts their fries to the point of being inedible, and this has been the case for years but I always forget and order the fries anyway. Did that tonight and I feel the regret of not remembering and after having tasted the fries wishing I hadn't wasted the money. I always flashback to memories of terrible fries past. Went through the drive thru this time. When I have eaten at this Burger King, I usually feel like my life is in danger with all the manner of shady characters this place attracts. It's old and dingy and so depressing. To the point where the only thing that will help is to raze and rebuild it from the ground up. But the memory of its grossness will haunt this location until the end of time. If I were to have it my way, they'd ease up on the salt and do a makeover. At least their consistent, lol. read more

Came through the drive-thru around 8:25pm for dessert, as I do a few times a year, I was looking forward to enjoying their Hersey pie and their tasty ice cream Sundae, however, the employee Nicole who took my order was in a rush, I asked her for the total price and she said "See you at the window" then cut me off..... I once again asked Nicole what the price was for the Sundae as I wanted to have the cash ready.... The Burger King Corporation is ultimately responsible for training and monitoring the drive-thru communication service. The girl was young and was actually sweet after I politely confronter her once I reached the window, it's also the Franchise owner who needs to be held accountable for not properly staffing the right people in the correct positions as well. Burger King Headquarters and their CEO need to re-focus on their customer experience, they offer delicious desserts at great prices. read more

They're NO king of burgers nor of char..... I'm SO....... Extremely disappointed!!!! All these commercials showing how, Burger Kings, CHARBROILED burgers is what makes them stand out from the rest. I was craving.... I mean CRAVING the flavor of a charbroiled burger and all I can say is they, FAILED!!!! I bought their two cheese burger special with fries and a drink for under $4 and their 2 Whoppers for $6. First thing I noticed was where in the heck was the char??? My burgers had NO CHAR??? They appeared to have BOILED IN WATER. NOT even as if they were cooked on a griddle. I think I was in shock and denial besides a few other things. I was so upset that I couldn't eat it. I tried by taking a bite in hopes that maybe it had some liquid smoke infused in it. NOT!!! These are the reasons why this placed and many other burger kings have such horrible rating. Went it to the restaurant on Washington in Whittier, and walked into the restroom; it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a restaurant. The bathroom had crumbs on the floor; I could have slipped on the floor. I entered the stall to see nothing but crap all over the toilet on the walls, no dispensary, all for the paper to cover the toilet seat. If this is how they keep the restrooms, I would be afraid to eat their food because that's telling me they do not have any pride. There is no excuse for dirty filthy bathrooms. The MOST DISGUSTING place I've ever been to. One of the workers dropped some chicken fries on the floor and he was picking the fries from the floor and putting them into bags and serving the fries that were on the floor to customers. The floor was so dirty, full of shoe marks and who knows what else. Another worker dropped cups on the dirty floor, just put them back like nothing happened. The same worker dropped a tray to keep food warm, just put it back into the tray holder. Again like nothing happened. There was so many things dropping and the one worker giving me my food, just said "Just trying to hurry and give the customers their food." The problem is that the food was on the dirty floor. The owner of this franchise is an embarrassment to the trade. Something is always wrong with the equipment. Usually resulting in the customer having to change selections or go without. But of course, the prices never change. They will always charge you, whether your fries are cold, the soda is flat, or the wrong flavor, or your chicken nuggets are so stale, they're just inedible. Made a quick stop at Burger King to grab some food. I order a burger then ask what type of sauce is on the burger and the girl acts like I'm speaking gibberish and says rudely "what burger" as if I didn't just order one. I was highly confused as to what the girls problem was but when I pulled up to the window after ordering 2 meals and a side of nuggets for my family and ask for 4 sweet and sour's and the girl tells me she is gonna have to charge me for them AFTER she already slid my card for my food. I don't understand if they're just super cheap or the girl has an attitude issue but this was on 7/31/21 at 11:30am.
