Sat in drive through for 15 minutes with no movement. Ordered drinks and it took forever. They didn't know what drinks we ordered.

Ordered the $5 meal and it was horrible- hamburger tasted burnt, fries were salty, old tasting oil, iced tea tasted old and didn't dare try chicken nuggets! read more

Asked for a whopper jr. not tomato and they put 3 large slices of tomato and three slices of cheese and I didn't even ask for cheese. Here I am again... I came a year ago and left a review about how absolutely disgusted I was with this location. Unfortunately for me, having been stuck in the house with my kids for the passed 4 days I was out ideas of what else we could do so we decided to give this place another try since it has such a unique play place...... ‍. The staff is obviously idiots, and one of the guys (potentially the Manager?) has long hair that is some of the greasiest and nastiest I have ever seen, and he's wearing it down... it's just waiting to fall off into some ones nuggets. Although they are (kind of) nice it is so blatant that they obviously hate their jobs. Also, this place is so gross! Not a single person here has began to attempt to even look remotely like they were trying to "clean". The workers take lots of smoke breaks.... right by the entry door where my family and I walked in, right through his this cloud of tobacco. I really REALLY try to be kind and look passed shortcoming because I understand that there isn't anything perfect in this life, but honestly, this place deserves an entire new management and staff. It's a wonderful location and such a great set up (again We LOVE the play place (even though we just noticed that in this rope tunnel thingy that there a rip and screws that have obviously fallen out)). Save yourself the disgust, eat at any other Burger King in the whole planet! Don't let "fancy" playgrounds try to make you sway.... it's not worth it. I went to Burger King for the first time in probably 6 years today.... I had a rather simple order. A bacon king and 10 piece chicken nugget. I was very excited to get my food. My friend got his food after 10 minutes. I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I went to the counter after waiting very patiently for over 20 minutes.... The nice lady behind the counter had said that somebody had taken my food. I was in shock... After the employees learned of the issue they started remaking my order. I waited another five minutes to get it. I got it to go and walked away in shame. One of my favorite childhood restaurants gave me a terrible dining experience. I truly hope the king steps up in these coming years. Very disappointed.. Would not recommend this location read more

After being asked to pull forward, I waited 20 minutes before I got my food. Got home and found 1 order of nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and BBQ sauce....That might explain why I was the only one there at 5:40. read more

Avoid! Not virus safe. I'm an at risk senior, traveling in an RV for safety. The staff and manager refused to take my order at the walk up window. They demanded I come inside the store for no logistical or mechanics reason I can discern - except their personal convenience. Which, I now understand, is more important to them than customer safety. This should be a warning that they are most likely ignoring other safety practices as well - if they're not convenient. read more

This place needs an upgrade and a cleaning service, because the staff isn't worth much of cleaners. Now I will say the young man that took my order was very polite and even gave me a military discount because he just happen to see my ID card. But other than that, this place is filthy! Went to BK at 21st & Woodlawn in Wichita, KS at 3:15pm on 3SEP2020. Went through the drive-thru and it appeared to be no customers.. Great (I thought)... I order the 2 for $5 Special and ask for a Whopper and an Original Chicken Sandwich... No chicken I'm told by a voice that sounds confused, so I order a Whopper & the fish sandwich for 5 bucks and go around to pay but there is a vehicle (car #1) at the pay window and there is another vehicle (car #2) in front of the paying customer. So I wait.... and I wait... and wait some more (evidently fast food is not fast today). I notice the driver in car #1 steps out of his car and goes inside. Upon seeing this I figure there is some kind of problem so I go across the street to Wendy's and order and pay for (very quickly) a #1 Combo Meal. BK service sucks... read more

Well I have determined that this Burger King is unable to correctly cook an Impossible Burger. If I'm going to pay almost $6 for a IB, I expect it not to be burned. I have gotten 4 Impossible Burgers from this Burger King over the last 6 or 7 weeks. First 2 were perfect... last 2 were burnt! TERRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT COME HERE!!! This is a terrible location, this Burger King was the most disrespectful Burger King I've ever been to in my life. From the second I walked into the Burger King I was being stared at with the addition of the staff at the front desk talking to eachother about me quietly, like I couldn't hear them psh. All I was doing was sitting there waiting for my friend in the dead restaurant(only about 2 customers were eating there) my car had died so I needed to wait for someone to drive across town to meet me and jump my car. Originally I was sitting in my car, mind you it was about 85 degrees outside. My friend and I felt like we were overheating so she walked across the street to Walmart while I decided to wait inside the Burger King. I was in there for a total of 25 minutes, 10 of which I was using the bathroom after I was done in the bathroom I went to go sit down and 10ish minutes after that a worker I'm assuming was the manager came up and told me that he's afraid he has to tell me to leave because I was scaring him... what ever that even means, I'm not even a worrying looking dude. I'm a 21 year old Normal man. This Burger King experience was unbelievable and I will not be going back to this location and I would advise you not to either unless you wish to be profiled for no reason and told you need to leave. Went to grab a quick bite though the drive through. This is not the place for it. It takes for ever and u can easily go inside another place and go inside and get it before u get food here. Freddie McDonald's or any other fast food place in this area has lot more traffic than here and their service is much better and faster. Would not stop here again for sure. read more

Went in to order and there was a person standing at the counter waiting. I asked him if he'd been helped yet and he said he was waiting for someone to come up so he could get some sauce. This is the worst Burger King I have been to. I love bk burgers but I don't want to drive very far to get one. This one is the closest to my house but is disgusting. So here are a few reasons to never visit this Bk (Burger King). Number one I get sick after I eat at this specific bk. Number two there soda/drink are is always sticky and messy not to mention there soda machine is always broken. Number three they are really bad at taking orders and take a long time to get to you even if there is no one else there. Number four the workers are always rude, last time I went the lady was so mad she ruled our bag down the side stuffing our food in it and didn't even bother giving us a new one. Number five and final reason the guy that was putting the burgers together in the back had a extremely long ponytail and was not even wearing a hair net.
