Nice staff gentleman took our family order and did fantastic. We were in the area staying at the hotel about to return to OKC. I saw something that caught my attention... veggie burger ( I nodded and added bacon) - yummy... My food was prepared quickly it was piping hot. My order was accurate & they remembered my cajun seasoning for the fries. I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger for a burger and in the area. The prices aren't that great but the food is pretty good. It's nice to get free peanuts to snack on while you're waiting for fresh made food. I LOVE the cajun fries! Good burger and fries. The staff is more concerned about playing around and poking at each other than anything else. Music is blasting like your out at a dance club for the evening. I saw a older couple get so frustrated about it they tried to find a quieter spot to sit. They finally just walked out with their food. I'm 100% disabled and when I asked for the military discount they wise assly replied I have to be in uniform. So here's the thing: I'm not quite sure how I felt about Five Guys. It's weird. The food is nothing exceptional, but I just kept eating and eating... The service was beyond wonderful. They were upbeat and helpful, almost to the point of yelling at me, but hey, I took that as passion for their job. I was glad that they reminded me that the regular burger comes with two patties and the little burger comes with one; I'll have to send them a thank you note for helping me keep my cholesterol levels down. The interior is fairly clean and is really bright and cheery with red and white checkers and posters bragging about their food all over. Music isn't too loud, but loud enough to hear over your own noshing. I ordered a "little" cheeseburger (yeah, right, this thing was huge!) with regular fries and a 20 ounce drink and my total was about $10. I have to give them mad props for tons of soda options. I'm a Coke girl all the way and was stoked to see Cherry Coke (I'm easily impressed). The toppings on your burger are free. I had lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and grilled onions (apologies to my coworkers). My burger came out looking like a ball of meat and bun because the toppings were so plentiful. They wrap their burgers in foil, which makes them terrible for to-go orders (they get crazy soggy). While the foil keeps them warm, the combination of all the toppings I ordered and the steam from the foil made the bread sticky and soggy. The weird thing about these burgers is that all I could taste were the toppings. The burger had almost no flavor. I mean, I like mayo as much as the next person, but when I eat a burger that's what I want to taste. And yet, I ate the whole thing. I got the cajun seasoning on their fries and I definitely liked them better than the regular fries I had last time I was there. The fries aren't crispy, they're the thick-cut variety. I enjoy either kind so I was happy enough. I was told the regular order could easily feed two, and yet I managed to eat almost all of the huge order (oopsy). Last time I visited I had a cheeseburger with pickles, grilled onions, A1, mustard, and bacon and it was DELICIOUS. The Cajun fries are also some of my favorite fries in town and the portion sizes are huge! If you eat at Five Guys be prepared to feel sluggish afterwards because the food is so greasy! I just love a burger that is overflowing with delicious toppings. I mean I can get mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup & mustard on a double burger topped with bacon and a whopping side of fries for just over $10! Their regular sized fries are so massive that they have added the option to get a smaller dose of salty deliciousness. Sure it's greasy and messy, but those are two characteristics of the best burgers. The place is always really clean and the employees are super friendly and usually extra enthusiastic. Their happiness is infectious and causes my day to automatically get better. But really, nothing makes me much happier than a delicious burger. This is one of those places that just make me smile! These guys have it figured out. They have a simple but perfect menu - just a few burgers and hot dogs and they'll tweak them with just about anything you want. Their fries are hand cut and absolutely fresh; how do you know? Well the bags of potatoes stacked up there should give you a clue. If not, stand there for a moment and watch how they cook them. Plan on lots of them as they are very generously served. One regular size was enough for my friend and I, and believe me I love fries! The burgers? Well start with 2 quarter pound patties; if that's too big for you, better move over to the junior menu. I went for the bacon cheeseburger; I figured since it's my first visit, why not shoot for the moon (right?). Though I was warned I was still pleasantly surprised by the size of this thing - definitely a 2-hander. This thing was amazingly delicious - perfectly seared but not overcooked. The toppings were perfect and plentiful, and I ate with abandon! I have only one complaint - not with the food, but the location. Since word has gotten around how good their food is, parking during peak hours is a challenge. If you're willing to walk a little though, you will be rewarded. read more

This place is great! Best burgers n town hands down and comes at a great price. We went in during a slow time so it took some time to make our burgers fresh but I am totally ok with that when t comes to quality and customer satisfaction! If you are gluten and dairy free like me then they have some options for you: lettuce wrap it up or put it in a bowl. I suggest the lettuce wrap in a bowl because it can get messy! They made my tasty burger perfect and I enjoyed every bite as good as the first. As more people trickled in they did a great job keep up. You have two fry options here if you don't mind a little kick to your kewl get the Cajun fries because they are tasty. Even my friends who don't so spicy order these and come back for more. If your really hungry get the big double patty burger otherwise get the little that comes with just one burger on it. If you are looking for a tasty hot dog I hear their great here but I always stick to the burgers. As you sit and wait enjoy some peanuts. I was actually on my way walking to The Anchor for a good tasty burger then realized how much I missed having a good tasty 5 guys burger. They may not have sweet potato fries here but they do offer some tasty full of flavor cajun fries, which differentiates them from other burger places since no other place in town offers that as a flavor that I know of. Their burgers are made fresh, even for being a fast food place. If you don't want to eat your burger with bread they will wrap it in lettuce for your or toss it together in a bowl. Everything is made just the way you want it and to perfection! Afterwards, walk over to the Italian Ice place next door for something sweet and tasty for desert after you eat your burger. read more
