We ordered 54 dollars worth of food and got food poisoning from how overly nasty this fast food restaurant is, we've never had a problem before with taco bell IF YOU EAT TACO BELL DONT GO TO THE ONE ON WEBB I'm overly disgusted in the way the food was made, how clean n properly they make the food and the over all whole establishment. DO NOT DOORDASH AT THIS LOCATION It's better to go thru drive through so you can stay there until your food is made right. I worked fast food and minimum wage and I never gave a customer sloppy food and missing items!!! I understand people PAY for this and I NEEDED the job. Even though I didn't like it, ima make and give you your food the way I want mine because I know the frustration behind it all. They are slack, careless, and lazy over here. At leas I expected to get my hot sauces smh not even that!!! That's ok, next time I'll pull up and make sure it's right. Sorry as food I've ever had at a Taco Bell and I have ate at plenty to start with I didn't get what I ordered and the service there is so unhanded they just throw the food together by time you get it it's a mess in a wrapper ,I'll never order from are go back to this Taco Bell I really hope if there's more in Wichita there better than this one . Placed a mobile order today at 12:20 am and waited a whole hour. To be told "they already picked up" very pissed off.

Door to dining area was open, waked in where every worker was standing around doing nothing asked to order to go as was in vehicle that would not clear. Manager on duty proceeded to say "Lobby is closed." Attempted to explain situation, he was rude and said we could take our "asses" elsewhere. They then stood at door and flipped us off as we drove away. Very disrespectful and not somewhere I would want to go back to soon. read more

i love this taco bell, its honestly embarrassing how often i go here lol. i went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a number 10, and a couple other random things for my bf. they were prettty busy, we waiting in the drive thru for probably 10-15 minutes (no biggie, i'm a server so i get being busy especially in the food industry) before we drove off the girl working the window checked the bag and said "just wanted to make sure it's all in there" and handed it to us, we drove off and got home and they forgot the cheesy gordida crunch from the number 10, which was the whole reason i ordered it :( still leaving 4 stars bc i looks this tb, but my feels are hurt LOL read more

This Taco Bell is right near where I live so it is a frequent fast food stop. While the food itself is fine for Taco Bell, there is almost always something wrong with the order. Usually it's a very small mistake, like not giving sauce, but recently it was a big mistake. The complete order included a chalupa, 5-layer bean burrito, cinnamon twists, two cheese and bean burritos, two rice and bean burritos, and two Baja blasts, a medium and a large. The order looked good on the screen and I confirmed. However, what was packaged appeared to be a random selection of seven burritos, the two drinks, and the cinnamon twists. None of the burritos were even burritos that were ordered. They didn't even give me a receipt so I could go back and dispute--a mistake I now know to avoid. They had never screwed up this bad, and it was the cherry on top of an already couple of bad days in a row when Taco Bell should have been a comfort. Not to mention some employees don't wear their masks correctly, you know, while dealing with food during a pandemic. I think I'll be driving a few extra miles to a different Taco Bell. read more

stopped by the Taco Bell on South Webb Road and wanted to order a sancho. The employees and the cook said they don't have it to order anymore. All of the Taco Bells that we have been to in Wichita do serve sanchos. This particular Taco Bell said if they would make the sancho, it would be very expensive????? They were very rude at this particular Taco Bell. When they first opened, we went there and they were so rude we never went back until today, and got the same treatment. I called several Taco Bells and they said it is like a soft taco, only the tortilla is wrapped up differently. So why is it that this Taco Bell on South Webb RD can't make this sancho and why would it be very expensive???? We will never go back to this store. It is no wonder that the TACO SHOP across the street from this place gets all the business. Went into the Taco Shop and bingo, they serve sanchos and they were very, very friendly. Folks, it is bad enough to be rude, but to say it would be very expensive as if we could't afford it is an insult to a customer!!!!!!!! HOW RUDE TO SAY THAT.
