I've had this place bookmarked to try for months and finally had it today. It did not disappoint! Shoestring fries with just the right amount of seasoning/perfect crispy freshness and a large pressed cubano was my lunch. The ladies running the show were friendly and helpful. When I say this Cuban was Stupid Good, this is what I mean: have you ever eaten something so good you involuntarily make noises that sound like awesome bedroom stuff is happening? Yeah?! Embarrassing. Who cares though cus it's so damn good! 10 out of 10. I'm coming back sooner than I should. Don't skip this place. The ONLY thing I'd recommend that could possibly make this place better? Seed oil free mayo/cooking oil, etc and beef tallow fries! I'd pay extra for same items if Albelo decides to go full on MAHA here. Just my 2 cents!

I walk with a cane & I had brought my dog. I rather doubt I'll be back. I'd rather go any of the other WEC restaurants where the staff is gracious to the level of Disney gracious. Staff were not at all on par with the rest of WEC, well at least not the blond young woman that waited on me. She did smile upon arrival, but their tone was condescending and obviously an old, plump lady didn't fit her idea of who to be nice to. I ordered quickly, as I came to just try the place out and figured the Ralph's burger was the way to go. I felt all the staff sort of walked around her and gave her a wide berth and frankly all looked nervous. Is there a tyrant there? Layout: is odd! Condiments are on the far right end of the counter, yet the utensils and beverages are on the opposite wall. The girl who took my order said nothing about that. I was surprised to get a burger with no condiments on it. I ordered coffee and they give you a cup and it's self-service, which is perfectly fine, but the tea and coffee were not labeled or if they are, then it's up over 5 feet, I tipped 18%, not my usual 20%*, as it's counter service. I assume that's divided up, as the staff cleaning tables were quick & efficient, as well as pleasant. Maybe blond girl was having a bad day, but if that's the case - don't share it. I was there on June 4th, 2026. Since this is not a chain fast food restaurant and they apparently don't put condiments on the burgers, I think having them on the table would be better. Worst service in Ocala all due to one girl.

In addition to the Home and Garden show, there were horse jumping competitions and apparently some tour groups with their yellow lanyards hanging on their necks. Needless to say, we waited in line a while and had to hunt for tables and chairs. Fortunately, my wife and I "divided and conquered" as she secured a table (which we happily shared with another couple after my wife wiped it off with a wet wipe) and I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered the Southwest Burger ($17) and my wife ordered the Patty Melt ($14.75). Both came with fries. We just had water. The wait was longer than we thought (the place was truly packed). My burger had good flavor but thought the burger patty was a bit overdone for my tastes. My wife liked her patty melt and thought it was full of flavor as well but would've preferred the marble rye to be grilled instead of toasted. All in all, despite the crowd which we thought may have affected their execution a bit, we thought of our experience a positive one. We might consider trying out their breakfast when we decide to head back out to WEC for a Sunday service in their quaint chapel. But for real the customer service was amazing the guy taking the orders was friendly the guy cooking was amazing as well, they were slow the food came out fast I got the og combo they used 2 chicken tenders for each sandwich one of my tenders was dry and the other one was juicy you can tell it was sitting for a little bit of time the fries on the other hand were fried fresh so they were on point all in all 6 out of 10 on the og. The buffalo mac and cheese combo was better both pieces of chicken tenders were juicy and had a nice little kick so this one was 8 out of 10. Because it's inside a Walmart may be the reason they are slow but they should really do all sandwiches to order meaning they should fry it to order once they are more busy then start doing a few more pieces at a time.

This was ok but it probably would have been better if eaten there and hot. I had wanted to try the Chicken Guy just to see how it was in comparison to all the other chain chicken places and the food is decent comparatively but from what I've heard from others and this experience I do think that they probably could use better service.

The buttery Cuban toast was good and so were the cafe con leche...wished the coffee size was bigger. The biggest disappointment was the bacon, if you can call it that. When I first saw the bacon, I thought it looked odd...and my suspicions were confirmed when I bit into and tasted it. The texture was off and it had no flavor. Perhaps it was turkey bacon or vegetarian bacon, either way I wasn't informed that the bacon would be some weird facsimile of bacon. Surprised the lady behind the counter didn't try to convince me to change my choice of meat. We'll probably go back for breakfast but will definitely avoid ordering that strange bacon. Breakfast for 2 with the turnovers and tip cost just under $30.

Or a "if everything looks good you can head up to the front and pay" (we did not know we need to pay up front so we stayed at the table waiting for her to get the card which she didnt check on or point out after 10-15 minutes of us sitting doing nothing). The food was delicious in my opinion. I got the 2 for you with the monterey club and the chicken avocado chop with a pueple haze (i unfortunately did not get a picture of them) but they were good quantity and quality for the price. The price of both is almost the same as if you bought any of them individually (they serve half the portion of each for the 2 for you) but i personally like the variety and trying both items. The salad only had two slices of avocado though which was slightly disappointing but it all tasted delicious. I think it's the best food i had in first watch ever!
