I ordered and paid for 6 whoppers with cheese and bacon and 8 nuggets and fries . When leaving my wife checked the bags and the nuggets were missing for my child so I went in and they gave me them saying they forgot to place them in. When home to eat we noticed they didn't put any cheese on 4 and none had bacon . Paid $12 for nothing. Bad service they do here. The ambiance is okay tho not to bad when you go inside. read more

Went here and customer service was awful, lady inside had an attitude while taking the order and then got upset when I got my order because I had just asked for ranch and she said next time it was a charge I'm pretty sure the order came with some dressings and there wasn't any in there so I ask and got attitude. when later arriving home I notice my 8 piece nugget only had 6 in there. Horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive-thru to get some ice cream, only to be rudely told they 'weren't making anything else' because they wanted to close early. If your hours say you're open, you should actually be serving customers, not making up excuses to be lazy. To make things worse, the staff was incredibly rude--no apologies, no professionalism, just attitude. And since they refused to take orders, I was stuck in the drive-thru waiting for other cars ahead of me to figure out what was going on. Complete waste of time. Won't be coming back, and I'd recommend avoiding this location if you actually expect decent service. read more

The hamburgers are hands down way better than McDonald's and I like the fact that I can get a good meal that is fairly inexpensive. The heavy set woman working the evening shift as of 12/22 at 8:05pm needs to have an attitude check. I said I wanted a #5 medium, with a coke. She continually yelled angrier and anger I saying "IM ASKING THE SIZE AND WHAT DRINK" while I continued to say #5 medium with a coke. It was pretty funny to me. Until I was up at the window and I saw how she was treating me when handling my card, and especially how she talked to the other people at the window (as she had a head set on). She was again angry yelling at more customers. Luckily as usual the other staff (slightly older female) was nice and helpful and was a delight to have gotten my food from. CHECK THAT CERTAIN STAFF, if she doesn't want to work here she doesn't have to. I get having a bad day but put a smile on. You're literally paid to. I don't go to get fast food to get yelled at. This is our favorite Burger King in the world, we love to bring our three girls here and they play on the gigantic indoor playing structure, and the value of the meals is outstanding. A very good deal, unlike The competition nowadays. They could keep the drink area cleaner, but I still love this place enough to give it 5 stars. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. The service was extremely slow. The people working there, and the manager were in the back talking instead of cooking or taking orders. They did not honor any of the coupons from the app, even the ones they advertised in their own store. I had the tacos which looked like they had been sitting in grease all day. It didn't even look like meat. When we ordered the ice cream Sundae the cup was only half full and there was a teaspoon of toppings. Do not go to this Burger King ! read more

After a few bites of the egg cheese bacon sandwich , which btw they gave me ham . I just couldn't eat it , cold and soggy and unappealing. 2 minutes ago Beware of the Tacos!! This review is only regarding their new $1 Tacos. Since they're currently advertised everywhere with scrumptious looking photos....I thought I'd give them a try. By far....the worst / grossest taco I've ever had! There is something brown ( Not resembling meat in any way!) smeared inside a tortilla, then its deep fried.....where the brown smear, turns Into a dark brown (burned) crusty substance in an extremely hard shell. A couple pieces of iceberg lettuce are thrown on top. That's it! It has virtually no flavor until after you've eaten a few bites....then a slow afterburn hits. Not a flavorful one, but one that totally snuffs out all your taste buds.... so you cant taste anything, not even the old oil flavor that remains. Shortly followed by raging heartburn. Unbelievably bad! And for a dollar....my expectations were certainly Not high. But this was just disgusting. Burger King does not have any forum where you can post photos, but if you check their FB page most people are saying the same thing. So its not a location based problem. Very poor customer service, went through the drive-through using the Burger King now trying to use the coupons. Representative tells me to give them the coupon code, I proceed to give them the coupon code then the application tells me to continue. Once coupon code is entered they asked me to go back Into the app and show them the coupon code. But the app is not very intuitive so it makes hard to find a coupon that you could've done previously. They simply say we don't know or care how you use the app, but we have a line behind you. Not even trying to solve the problem... Not very helpful not very friendly recommend skipping this location. Even the store manager was rude upon coming to the window, she says she doesn't care she only wants to move the line. read more

I'm giving five stars to Michael who works at Burger King! My daughter was vacuuming her car at the connected gas station and needed 50cents to finish the job. The gas attendant wouldn't let her use her atm card to obtain money for the vacuum. So she asked the employees at Burger King if she could purchase something and get money back. Michael literally pulled money out of his own pocket to give to her. I offered to buy him a drink, or a food item as I only had an atm card as well and he said "no thanks". What a nice person! Burger King was our go to fast food place, especially when we had not had the pleasure of stuffing ourselves with food we ordinarily would not eat. Today was one of those days especially since they were advertising two for 6, which would give you a whopper and another sandwich of your choosing. I chose the chicken. My mistake. I should have just gotten the whopper. Their chicken sandwich was bitter and over cooked. Everyone is trying to come up with a chicken sandwich to compete with Chick-fil-a. What I surmise is that they have these chicken parts precooked, then toss it into the fryer to warm it up. Well this one was tossed into the fryer too long or one too many times. If it wasn't that we had already driven out, I would have returned it. It was off tasting bitter, so one bite, and back into the bag. My lesson. Would be nice to have a In and Out in our area, one can wish but until then stick to the whopper and nothing else. read more

We have had two very bad experiences at this Burger King. Two months ago we ordered 2 of the new steak sandwiches. We got home and found a bacon sandwich instead. Last night we went in a got a very rude response at the drive thru. We placed our large order and got to the window. The handed us our 3 drinks and said thank you and sent wanted us to leave. We said where is our food. They thru out my granddaughters happy meal,without a drink. We said where is the rest of our food. 2 orders of chicken fries ,cheese burger and 2 of the steak sandwich's. Along with 2 large orders of cheese sticks. They order taker in the drive thru came to the pick up window and insisted that all we got was a happy meal and 3 drinks. We paid over 40.00. After getting very up set at her another person found two bags with our order. We got home and you guessed it. No Steak sandwiches, bacon burgers instead again. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I was a manager of a Mc Donald's for 10 years in South Lake Tahoe. I wound never stand for this type of behavior. I realize in these times drive thru is our only choice. WARNING! DON'T COME HERE EVER! On April 24,2019 I lost money when I bought something from this branch. After I handed my 20.00 bill to this lady (who's also the manager),she gave me change for 10.00 bucks. When I called her attention to it., she said I only gave her 10.00 bucks. I am 100% sure I gave her a 20.00 bill and yet she lapsed into an angry monologue meant to confuse me. When I demanded to see the video, she made alibis that she can't and tried to count the money in the register which of course would not prove that I gave her 20.00, because it will only show whatever amount she punched in there . Anyway, I believe she knows what she did so I resolve to inform the Better Business Bureau so they could get in touch with the franchise owner who needs to be informed about this untoward incident. Something is definitely fishy going on in this branch which made me ask if I wasn't the first one who lost money from the service of this particular manager. This needs to be corrected. read more

SO far the last 3 times here I have gotten my order wrong twice. 2 in a row and they want 15 per hr?! Oreder is wopper jr no pickles no tomatoes and they take everything off.
