I tried the turkey cheeseburger light tomato and light onion. I must say it was hot, fresh and juicy. The fries were the cherry on top. It's located in the plaza off Piner Road across from the Epic Center. The guy who prepared my order was very nice, he reassured me that my burger would be well done as requested. Thanks so much!

Service was great. We showed up right at open. They had cartoon channel on the TV which my son loved. The kid's meals come with a drink, side of fries, and an ice cream which is great. I got the cobb salad and everything was fresh and it was delicious. The bacon and chicken were cooked fresh. My husband and father in Law said the burgers and fries were excellent, they get burgers and fries pretty much everywhere we go so they are basically pros at this point. They also have milkshakes which was a great way to finish off our meal. The ambiance is classic diner. Cushioned metal chairs and all.

Good stuff for a local burger joint. The fries were a little undersalted (easily fixed) and the onion rings were cut a little thick for my taste (strictly personal) but in general the frying was perfect. The burger was solid if amazing. Service was very friendly if a little slow. We were there between meals and they seemed a little understaffed, I'd be curious to see how the kitchen holds up during rushes.

How is this place never busy?!!! The food is excellent and the portions are LARGE. The price is awesome too....you can get twice the amount of food for the same price as fast food. They are quick and nice also!

I went to Phyllis's Giant Hamburger for the 1st time on Piner Rd. Went in there around 1:30-1:45 pm no one was in there just the counter girl and the cook. The decor was nice had a kinda like 50's style look about it especially the chairs and tables. I ordered the #1 the giant burger no lettuce with Swiss cheese and onion rings. What I enjoyed about the burger was the burger itself was a good size burger but into it seemed like you were at a backyard bbq. Very tasty and seasoned just right also the onion rings were crispy which I liked and the crunch was there maybe cooked a little overdone but it was still yummy had ranch dressing. Spent $26.00 it was well worth it. I wouldn't mind going back.

When we lived downtown, we used to frequent the Gott's in the ferry building...this location is even better. Ordering is super easy, and there is lots of seating toward the road side, as well as toward the back, where there are lots of picnic tables, and shade. While waiting for our food, the manager was walking around the tables, checking in if people needed anything, and saying hello. This level of service, and care, was really nice. On to the food - the crispy taco, ahi tuna tacos were delightful, with generous portions of ahi, avocado, and a wonderful amount of flavor, in a crispy shell. If you're looking for something other than a burger - highly recommend. We also stopped in here the following night - the milkshakes are outstanding - yum! We will absolutely be back to explore more of the menu!

Just so that you know, I consider myself to be a club sandwich connoisseur and wanted to confirm of Ozzie's could enter my golden circle of club sandwiches. First - the service. Super friendly people who have no problem with accommodating special requests. For example I asked if they could add a slice of cheese and was asked "Swiss, Cheddar, American"? . That's music to my ears! Second- the ingredients. I love that they feature locally sourced bread products. Mine was prepared with Franco-American sourdough. And it's always fantastic! Third- Unlike a lot of club sandwiches, you don't have to decide between turkey or ham, they include both! And if you aren't a fan of either, they do offer a chicken club option. The final verdict! Five star awesome! The sandwich was perfectly stacked with tons of meat products. And extra credit for the extra large slice of cheddar cheese which covered the entire sandwich. And a huge shoutout to the crinkle fries (included with your order). I'm a huge crinkle fries fan and these were awesome!

From the outside, it's a pretty unassuming building. When we walked in, I got more of a diner vibe than an Italian restaurant. The décor is simple and straightforward without a lot of frills, but we were there for the food, not the décor. We were seated almost immediately, and our waitress was friendly and laid back. She also let us know that we had arrived just in time for happy hour, so naturally we had to order some drinks and appetizers. We tried both the red and white sangrias, which our waitress had made fresh that day. They were refreshing and hit the spot. To start, we ordered the calamari and shared a Caesar salad. We also enjoyed some of the house focaccia bread. For our entrées, I chose the Lamb Ragu while my wife went with the Pappardelle Bolognese. Everything arrived in a timely manner and came out hot and fresh. The calamari was crispy and well prepared. The focaccia was good, although I would have preferred it served warm. The Caesar salad was flavorful and the perfect size for sharing. The lamb in the Lamb Ragu was cooked perfectly, and the pasta had a great texture and chew. The Pappardelle Bolognese was hearty, meaty, and equally well executed. Portion sizes for both dishes were just right and satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a pleasant dining experience. My only critique is that both pasta dishes could have used a little more seasoning, particularly salt, to make the flavors pop a bit more. Aside from that, Eddie's delivered a good Italian dinner with friendly service and good value.
