The brisket was plentiful - tender and flavorful. It was just warm, that's my only constructive criticism - I would've hoped it was hot or at least warmer than it was. As far as the BBQ Sauce - I know enough about barbecue that there are many different flavors. For example I do not care for Carolina barbecue with the vinegar base. With their house-sauce I couldn't pin down the flavor. I wasn't a huge fan of their sauce as I like mine on the sweet side. They're usually pretty nice about it and will just give me another small piece to make it like a normal portion. Second, the weird pricing is a bit unfair. The single slider used to be $6. Over time it has gone up to $9, so basically $10 with tax. Fries are like $4.50 a la carte. So if you ordered 2 sliders and a fries a la carte it would be $22.50. But the meal with two sliders and fries, I believe it's $15. That's a nice discount for bundling the items, but sometimes I only want a slider. Slider alone should be like $7, not $9.
