After showing the receipt taped on the bag, on the app, and email they finally agreed to give the two burgers missing, sans apology. The manager was a jerk. We did nothing wrong my work friends and I came in to sit down relax and some of us wanted to buy food so we did and then he said if you don't buy food you need to leave. So those who didn't bought something so we could all stay. Well, I'm kind of scared to leave this review because it is sooo different from the rest but my experience was a complete 180 from what everyone else seems to have experienced!!! I ordered a breakfast meal, the bacon, sausage, egg, n cheese croissanwich, at the drive through and it was ready almost as soon as I got to the window. The server was polite and friendly. The order was correct. The bacon was crunchy, the tater tots were hot n crispy. The one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star rating is the croissant was a little...damp, that was kinda gross. But I think, I hope, I pray it was because of the hot sausage n egg. I did think it was kinda weird that at 1000 on a Saturday I was the only car in the drive through and about the only car in the whole parking lot. Maybe I was a fluke, I don't know, but I'll try it again based on my experience. read more

Not understanding why this location has such a low rating as well as a bunch of bad reviews. I go here once a week and have never had an issue with my food or my customer service. Tonight I was helped by two amazing individuals. I do not know their names but to the young lady who forgot to give me my ¢5 and apologized for it, thank you for being so bubbly and bright. To the young gentleman who told me that you guys had ran out of Coke and Sprite and acted so professional and politely about it, thank you. This is the type of customer service that needs to be recognized. People often times forget that these workers are humans too. They are working as fast as they can to get you your food and trying to prepare it so that It's correct. Maybe it is silly to review a chain place like Burger King, but I feel like I should let people know that this Burger King sucks. I give it 2 stars because the food is pretty standard and the place is relatively clean, but the service and staff are terrible. They always get my drive through order wrong. Once I went through the drive through for breakfast and we only got half our order. We ordered two croissant breakfast sandwiches and an order of breakfast wraps and only the breakfast wraps were in the bag. When I went inside with my bag missing the stuff I ordered, the manager, a long-haired Asian lady, rudely proceeded to try to tell us that she had put 4 orders of breakfast wraps in there, and that we had eaten them. First of all, no. And second of all, even if she HAD put 4 in there, that's not what we ordered! She did end up giving us what we ordered, but mumbled rude comments to us under her breath. This is just unnecessary. Another time, I went in and ordered a BK Joe, which I think is a simple order, and the girl poured it. I thought she was going to give it to me, but then she went in the back and added so much chocolate syrup to it, that it might as well have been chocolate milk. This place must be busy because it is the only Burger King in the area, but it's really crappy. Management and staff need improvement. read more

I am beyond very satisfied with the food and the service here. While I am not a burger kind of guy, the nuggets and fries are really good, still McDonald's are the best, but burger king's are very good too. I went there today 9/20/19 and as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice man behind the counter who not only took my order but made a really nice complement on my Redskins wallet which goes to show how nice the staff are here. I don't eat fast food much but always liked Burger King. Today, the drive up window was long so I decided to go inside the restaurant. I was not greeted by 2 employees and waited over 5-minutes before the manager helped me. My real experience was that an African American female, who had on a shirt indicating that she possibly worked at the restaurant because she was behind the counter with another bald-headed African American male and both did not acknowledge me when I arrived. The female used the N word 2xs because someone needed to go inside. These were 2 of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. The poor manager was just amazed when I was finally acknowledged by her. She was very kind but I told her she needed to fire these employees. I hope the manager follows my recommendation. read more

Some one please put this place out of its misery. Every time we go there we only go for 2 things a cheese burger and nuggets for my kids. Every time there is some ridiculous wait for food. Worst Burger King EVER! The drive thru is awful - it took 20 minutes for me to get through today and every other time I come. But obviously that's everyone's complaint and it still hasn't changed. The only reason I ever choose to go here is because McDonald's is several lights down and with traffic on route one can take so much longer. but at this point with the time it takes waiting through the drive-through I might as well have gone to McDonald's and taking that chance. I visited your Burger King location in the River Ridge Rd in Woodbridge Va. I placed two separate orders. One that included two impossible burgers, two fries, and two drinks. The second order contains a family bundle. I ordered at 10:44 PM and my daughter went to go pick up the food. I (because I had to ultimately trade spots with my daughter) am now arriving home @ 12:45 am with part of my order. We were advised after waiting in line for an hour that the truck did not contain impossible burgers for this week. We told her that's fine we will take the rest of both orders and Call in the morning to get a refund. Jackie @ the drive-through cashier explained that she was somewhat short staffed because two members of your crew we're not helping her and the new associate. Unfortunately this Burger King has always had an issue with time management even prior to coronavirus. We still come back here because it is very convenient and I know it can be a little bit of a wait. Keywords are little bit of a wait. When we advised Jackie that we would take the rest of the orders, it was another 20 minutes before she came back with drinks and told us to call back tomorrow for a refund. This is the time I had to leave my house to see what was going on at the restaurant and attempt to figure out why we couldn't get even the regular whoppers. Once I arrived, Jackie apologized profusely and asked me to hold on. I over heard her asking her coworkers, in a much calmer voice than I would have used, the status of my orders and several others. I over heard Jackie ask if they dropped the fries and onion rings. The two associates talked around their response and Jackie ultimately walked away to try and fulfill the orders with the new associate (sweet kid I forgot his name though). I'm sitting outside fuming because at this point it turns midnight and I see those two associates clock out and leave Jackie and the new kid with five unfulfilled orders. I was in shock, they left their colleagues, they left their customers. With them leaving I wasn't able to get any food until 12:40 am. Almost 2 hours. We all know we are living in a very sensitive time and I understand we are all stressed. But if you had more dedicated associates like Jackie and New Kid (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) then there wouldn't be instances like this. And your associates probably wouldn't just be clocking out. read more

I eat out normally two or three times out of the week. I normally come in the evening. There is one particular employee I want to give recognition to. There is this one young lady who is the cashier there. She is so sweet and kind. She makes sure that my order is right. The lines do be long but she is a fast worker and the restaurant is always clean when I go there. Sometimes I go there late at night and she is there cleaning. This location is terrible but it's closet to my house. The drive thru is the slowest fast food line around. The most recent visit they gave me the entirely wrong order in the bag but gave me the correct drinks. How do you mess up half an order?? I paid $18 for my meal to not be what I ordered. The meal given to me was cheaper than what I paid for. By the time I discovered my order was incorrect I was already home and it was too late to go back. Not only is this place very nasty and disgusting but the service and staff just don't care. I only use to go there because of the convenience of going just down the way. I no longer go there I will go out of my way now. While sitting at the drive thru I actually watched an employee drop an order on the ground scoop it back up and serve it to a customer. I have also had to wait for up to 45 mins for an order and once they totally forgot about me after I paid and I had to go inside to get a refund because they gave my food to some one else. This is the worst Burger King on the planet. My family and I have occasionally visited this Burger King unfortunately due to the fact that it is the closest restaurant to our home and with the exception for one time, our order is always incorrect! My wife went through the drive thru one day and to be safe quickly looked through the bag to make sure all of our order was in the bag and the drive thru girl stated "No I'm not on a timer!".. I guess because they are timed on each car?? but to say that to a customer was uncalled for! Which also clears up why the service inside the building is so tremendously slow that we have seen customers walk out of the store! But they are really pushing the food out the Drive Thru window and the customers inside suffer! In my opinion and observation, the staff is a collection of the rudest, laziest group of people I have ever seen assembled in one place. This BK is closest to my house, but I've decided to drive down the street to Checkers, McDonalds, etc. I've had nothing but terrible customer service the two times I've been desperate enough to stop there in the past year. The 1st visit, they left the fries out of my order, when I parked and went in, the mgr must have thought I was lying so she pretty much tossed the bag of fries at me without an apology for the inconvenience or the incompetent employees. The 2nd visit, I witnessed the window clerk pass my bag of food out to the car in front of me. This is NOT supposed to happen. You don't allow strangers to feel through a bag of food then pass it back through the window with intentions of giving it to the next customer. When I got to the window, I asked if my food had been given to the previous car by mistake and then passed back to her. She lied and said "no" but I watched the entire transition simply to make sure it was the same bag. I requested that all of the exposed foods (the fries, onion rings) be replaced. I pretty much wasted money that day because I no longer wanted to eat anything from there. Last straw. Save your money, it's not worth it. Chik-fil-A with better customer service is around the corner, well worth the drive. read more

This Burger King needs new mgmt and need to be shut down Santized and remodel... I waited 10-15 minutes in drive thru just to order the Lady in front was still waiting and never ordered. I over heard her yelling saying hello hello nobody responded...She said they not answering I called and the manager hung up on me... I went inside and the place was filthy... Workers just standing around... The Only one who was working was the 1 young man on the register and he was very polite apologetic and understanding to how we felt we was on break and wasted our break just trying to order... I asked to speak general manager who told me the drive thru speaker don't work ok I could understand certain things are out of our control... But if the people were in correct order in drive thru they would be able to see they had a long line...
