The whole process from waiting in line to getting our food took only about ten minutes. They do provide military discounts and I overheard them saying that they do the AARP discount as well. We took the burger to go and it was delicious. Tasted like a smash burger with the crispy edges of the burger. Cheese was perfectly melted and the aoli wasn't overpowering. Definitely recommend this place. Burgers are a little on the pricey side as are most places now. Paid just under $16 after the discount for the one burger, but money well spent. We sat outside in t-shirts and flip flops on a warm November night (only in SoCal could you say something like this) and our order was brought out to us. I wouldn't say that it came out fast, because it's not fast food but I was so hungry I kept looking in and checking on it. When our burgers and sides did come, it was sooo yummy! Generous portion, looks IG-worthy, and I was so happy. I'm glad I ordered a side of avocado because my burger was dry. Maybe it was because I said no cheese, but mine didn't have any sauce. I didn't think to ask for well done since most places ask. The size, (as you can see in the picture) is relatively small for a child's burger. I got the all veggie salad but couldn't eat the salad because it was mainly a head of lettuce with handfuls of shredded carrots. Organic Roots across the street has WAY better salads for the price. Came here with my aunt, uncle, and cousin for the first time. The counter staff where you order where nice and friendly, and answered all my questions. I ordered the lamb burger special. It was delicious. It did need some extra crunch though, so I asked for pickles to add into it (after I took a few bites) and they gave me a big side of them, no extra charge. My cousin got the chicken skewer things (basically their chicken nuggets) and they were really good, nice and crispy, moist chicken inside, good flavoring. Been coming here for a while now, I enjoy the burgers and the gluten free options. Today, will probably be my last visit. While there a team member was on there break on their patio, talking loudly and I think released some flatulence. I thought this was pretty gross because customers were out there eating there dinners. The employee then went to the restroom, I actually had to take my daughter to the restroom too, so followed and had to wait for a bathroom to open. The employee came out and we went in. So I have an allergy and we called to verify this allergy and they said unfortunately yes they use what I was allergic to and wasn't very nice about it and said it was too late to change the order. Some who have been to their other restaurants may notice subtle differences in the menu items' names, but the awesome product stays true to the brand. The best thing on the menu is the Lounge Burger. Add Applewood Smoked Bacon and Smoked Cheddar to that grass-fed beef patty and you've got yourself a delicious old-fashioned burger in a hip contemporary setting. It's your choice to add fries, rings, or half & half--just remember there's more at the bottom and they'll remind you. In fact, the staff seemed committed to being helpful when refilling water, craft sodas, or bringing over some house-made organic ketchup/BBQ sauce/ranch. Oh, and they've got some of the best milkshakes around. They've also got a limited time Bison Burger that may interest those who want something different. I also ordered the "1/2 and 1/2" which is supposed to be half fries and half onion rings, to split with my friends. I just had water to drink and it was over $18 for my food. Kind of pricey. My burger was very good. I loved the flavor, and the amount of toppings were perfect. The bacon was good, very thick. The 1/2 and 1/2 though left something to be desired. We were given a massive portion of fries, which I found to be under-seasoned. We were only given 5 or 6 onion rings, which were better than the fries, but definitely not an equal portion. Wish we had actually received half onion rings. Their homemade ranch was good, and we drowned the fries in those to give them some flavor. My friends both had the Lounge burger and they liked it. Atmosphere is great. Music selection is great. Food is good and I'll come back, but I have a few things to say. The mint lavender lemonade actually looks like water. I was expecting it to be a little more purple in color. It was pretty weak, but I liked that it wasn't too overpowering. The organic cane sugar soda isn't bad at all, and I would almost rather drink that than the regular all the time. The burger, honestly, wasn't anything special, and the cheese option was either 'overwhelming' or 'underwhelming', because it's American or white cheddar. The buns, however, were really nice. The fries were good, too, but also a little bland. On one hand I'm glad they weren't drenched in spices, but on the other hand, they tasted a bit like cardboard. The onion rings that came with the Half n Half were so delicious that I had to fight for the last one with the rest at the table. It was a rather chilly morning and the heaters made a huge difference when we stood outside. They are definitely more efficient and high performing than those we see at other places. The tables were well maintained and it was such a relief to see high chairs for children being so clean. It is usually a challenge to clean the high chairs and boosters at other establishments. We could concentrate on more pertinent things such as food this time around :) ... The restrooms were super clean and well stocked as well. I've been to Burger Lounge a couple of times in Carlsbad, but never to the one in Temecula. My family came in and grabbed a booth during a busy Sunday afternoon. This location shares the same parking lot as Trader Joe's, and everyone knows Trader Joe's parking lots are the absolute WORST and this one is no different. If visiting, try coming at an odd time (like 3pm, etc) to easily get a space, or Uber if you're not too far away ;) We ordered: * The Husky ($11) * Alaskan Cod ($10) * Kids Lounge Meal Cheeseburger ($8) * Kids Lounge Meal Chicken Bites ($8) * Two draft Stella Artois beers (~$6) Everything was great. My kids loved their craft sodas and the small ice-cream that came with their meal. There is an outdoor patio area with heaters and I think TV's too (they were not on during the daytime).
