Dennys is lucky to have her! This prompted me to ask for the manager. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ed. You could tell he took great pride in producing a clean welcoming environment. Excellent food and service the waitresses that work here are incredibly sweet and efficient! But I only have two questions... WHERE IS THE MANAGER?!! WHERE IS THE BUSSER ?!! These poor waitresses and hostess are working their butts off with no help whatsoever! The Manager and the busser are just hanging out in the back! More than half the tables in the dining room are dirty with no booths available at the windows because literally they are all filthy, with only two booths being occupied. The manager did walk through the dining room once earlier, took a look at the horrible condition his dining room was in and went back to what he was doing ,nothing!! Tried this Dennys close to your stay here in Temecula. Greeted and seated. We had a long night at the Temecula wineries which Dennys was suitable to dine since everything was pretty much close. We were starving and ready to eat! I wanted something from the breakfast menu. Ordered Steak and Eggs and Moons over my Hammies Sandwich. All was served deliciously fresh. This place was immaculate for being a Dennys! A very clean establishment. The waitress there could have used some help. She was stuck trying to accommodate folks that loved talking and wouldn't let her do her job. I don't know her name, but she was tall. I had to stop one of the other servers to get more water and pay my bill. I give a 5 star for presentation. Service was lacking. I would come back. read more

This Denny's has got it go'n on! From service & great food... to cleanliness. Claudia took care of us today for brunch and she is amazing! Friendly and always right on time with checking up on us. She gave us a number of options and told us about the specials. We had 2 orders of the American Slam: 3 eggs (scrambled) with cheese, bacon and hash browns. Coffee- of course - it was hot & fresh! The restrooms were clean and squared away, which is always a great indicator. I love breakfast/brunch and this location was a pleasant surprise. We went here recently for breakfast and noticed the prices had gone up a lot! So I decided to ask if they had any specials, and the waitress said, as a matter of fact they do have a whole menu of specials! So she got me the "special menu". The grand slam was $15.99 on the menu and $7.99 on the secret "special menu". With this economy having everyone struggling, this would have been nice to have from the start! So after paying I mentioned to our waitress that she should give out the specials menu with the regular one upon seating guests. This is my go to spot when I am in town for work and stay at the hotel (Courtyard) next door. Both times that I have been there, Claudia has been working and she is wonderful. She greets you as soon as you walk in and asks what she can get you to drink. She engages in conversation with you and keeps you up to date on your order. This last time I went, she was so sweet she complimented the cook on the presentation of my breakfast plate...so I had to take a pic! The food was great, tasty as it always is, the value was amazing $10 for all that food and she asked me if I wanted a hot chocolate to go! So sweet! Always a great time coming to the Dennys in murrieta! Today I got a sirloin steak and eggs breakfast combo $16 and substituted the hash browns for fruit and toast for pancakes. Big difference from last time as they included grapes and bananas to the melons. Last time I only got melons. I saved the bananas to top my pancakes for sweet banana pancakes. Sirloin steak was delicious for what it was. I asked for medium but the steak was more on the medium-well side. Eggs scrambled. It's very easy to turn a full breakfast into a healthy one at dennys! Tip: you can only substitute the hash browns for another form of potato (like fries) or upgrade* to fruit. It's not really a substitute and costs 99 cents. Located on the corner of Madison Ave and Murrieta Hot Springs Rd next to 7-11 with plenty of parking and open 24/7. Conveniently near the 15 Fwy off Murrieta Hot Springs exit. We stopped here on Friday night on our way home after a boxing event at Pechanga. It was not busy at all, so we were seated immediately. Tonight, I had their Sirloin Dinner, and my husband had their Chicken Fried Chicken dinner. Everything was delicious with that authentic Denny's taste. Food was cooked to perfection with good presentation. Shout out to JC and our server John, both gentlemen were extremely attentive and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and organized, the kitchen looked impressively clean with floors moped. This Denny's is a great example of excellent management. I ordered the Smokehouse Mac & Cheese Skillet.. it was delicious but my friend ordered the T-Bone Steak. medium rare.. the steak we got, was well done., meat was dry and there was no pink. Our server said it was medium rare and we showed him, there's no pink, as normally found when meat is medium rare. Our server then sent it back to the kitchen to get another one, and the new one that we got.. wasn't medium rare at all. It was rare and too pink. Given it was a slow day., at least the cook should know how to cook a medium rare steak.. temperature between 130-135 degrees. We did not send the second steak back.. but Denny's should train their line cooks better. We appreciated the server trying to get our order correct. read more

I became a regular to dennys because of this place. I first came to this place with the intention of having a quick breakfast, but found myself having a great convo with Tara and Carlos. I then started going to this Dennys 3-4 times a week. Once my work split my days up from here all the way to Mission viejo, I started going to different Dennys, but I have not found the same comfort as I have at this location. Dennys, take notes because this location has a great connection with their guests and community. Dana point location was particularly terrible, and Alicia parkway was a bad, maybe not terrible, but not good experience. Thank you to Carlos and Tara and the rest of this locations staff. read more

We ordered 2 grilled chicken burgers with white cheddar cheese and a side salad as the side instead of fries for- I know eyeroll (.89) up charge for each which is so worth it because of their ranch duh! After running a 5k in Anaheim earlier in the day, and doing a detour to the 15 instead of the 5 after, food was a top priority. Granted, the first choice was Toast in the same parking lot, but Denny's always has a special place in my heart so we went there instead. There was no wait time (as opposed to Toast which was 40-50 minutes) and already I was happy with that. We were seated immediately, and the coffee was rushed to us faster than expected. Something about Dennys coffee always hits just right. The food order was taken right away, with the sampler appetizer being such a delight. As someone who doesn't normally eat that (or any apps) it truly hit the spot. The rest of the order came out and we had no issues with anything. The vibe inside was quiet, it was well lit but shaded, and the AC was exactly what we expected on a hot June day. Special thanks to our waitress Kim. Kim was on top of EVERYTHING and made our visit truly special. As funny as it sounds, she made it feel like pre-Covid back when servers and waitresses truly cared about doing a great job. Service 10/10, I believe even the manager greets us at the entrance. He is really on top of everything, making sure everyone is well served. You can see he cares a lot of his employees as well.
