Had been to the location in Del Mar a few times but we drove to the Temecula location for a yelp event. The high light of this location was the super friendly and attentive staff. Mike, their manager (who was on duty on Feb 10th night) was awesome and very helpful. My go to at this joint is the "Organic Quinoa Veggie burger" with grilled onion, lettuce, tomato and 1000 Island dressing. The burger is consistently good, the patty is moist and the whole thing does not fall apart when you pick it up and eat it. Their french fries and onion rings are amazing and you don't have to pick one as you can get a 1/2 and 1/2 of both. My daughter tried the Alaskan Cod sandwich and she really enjoyed it. She could not finish it as the portion was quite big for her. Of course, she could not resist the onion rings. I am sure we will be back to the Burger lounge close to home. read more

Such a great place in Temecula! I ordered the lounge burger with a side of fries and root beer float! I was so impressed with the float and the tastiness of the burger. I also added some avocado and it was all so flavorful! The place had indoor and outdoor seating and since it was such a beautiful day, we sat outside. They brought her food out and I devoured it. Me and my husband both ordered the husky burger which is pretty much a typical double cheese burger. He got a side salad and I got the fries. The ambience is cute and trendy, but the size of the restaurant is rather small inside, but fear not, there is an outdoor area for seating as well. Now the taste test! The burger meat was flavorful, fresh, and yummy and I believe they use grass fed beef. The bun was soft and complimented the burger patty pretty well. The fries were thick cut and satisfying, but the salad was just a bit underwhelming. I believe the salad had corn with mixed greens. The dressing is very light so ask for a side of it if you don't like light amount of dressing. I had the lavender lemonade which was lemonade with just a hint of mint and lavender which was very refreshing and not too sweet. My husband had the hibiscus lemonade which was sweeter than mine but also very tasty and refreshing. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Only wish it was a tad bit cheaper as we paid 34$ without the tip included. But it was tasty and we will prob visit again. read more

It's becoming my favorite California burger joint after in-n-out. It's more expensive than fast food but it's all organic, grass fed, blah blah blah. What makes the burgers good are the nuances and quality ingredients. The meat is slightly charbroiled on the outside but juicy on the inside. The cheese is melted just right. The onions are grilled just right. The bun is fresh. The sauces complement and don't overpower. I tried the strawberry shake recently and it was really good - tasted like actual strawberries and not sicky sweet. The fries are good but probably the thing that stands out the least. I found out that this place uses peanut oil for cooking. I think that is extremely irresponsible. About 2-4% of people have peanut allergy that are sometimes fatal. Even airlines have remove all peanuts from their menu. In addition, I see no sign in the restaurant warning customers that they use peanut oil. That is just blatant disregard for health and safety of the general public. I'm surprised the health department doesn't mandate such a warning. I will look into that. I urge them to change their cooking oil to something else other than peanut oil. I will never eat there again. read more

Lately this place has declined in food quality. The burgers have been very soggy. As if they don't let the meat rest before putting it on the bread so everything gets super mushy. The fries have been hard and old tasting. When I go in person everything is usually good and comes out correctly. When I order through DoorDash every time except one the food/ sauces/ icecream / drink has been missing. Almost every time they forget the ranch. Even when I click the option to pay extra for more ranch they always leave it out! Their Togo service is terrible. Never any napkins even when I ask. I ask for extra sauce/ranch is usually forgotten. So make sure you have your own because they most likely won't put it in your bag. Their customer service has been terrible lately & I have been coming here since they opened in 2015? 2014? The food quality has gotten worse. The Del Mar location has amazing quality, tastes fresher, & better! It's surprisingly how the food at Temecula is so sloppy and mushy compared to San Diego when they are supposed to be the same thing! I keep ordering hoping I'll have a better experience. But the staff is always changing so I'm not sure how they can have good food when the staff is constantly in & out. I noticed a decline in quality when new manager "SAM" started. @sam what's going on ? This last time they forgot ranch & icecream for the kids meal, hard fries and a soggy burger.
