I love that Burger Lounge offers gluten free buns, so that those with gluten allergies or celiac can enjoy a burger. They prepare the burger separately and safely to avoid cross contamination. I do wish that they had gluten-free fries, but the fryer is used for more than one item and therefore the fries aren't safe for gluten-allergic folks. The service was quite friendly and attentive. They were asking for folks to fill out a comment questionnaire, so I'm sure that was partially the motivation, but it was appreciated nonetheless. The ambience is casual; burger joint vibes, but very clean and spacious. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was tasty. The pricing was fair. Not super cheap, but definitely less costly than Five Guys burgers. Oh, and kids eat free on Tuesdays and Sundays!

First time here! Highly recommend it. This meal was roughly about $16. Very friendly environment and clean space. Will definitely return.

first time here! high recommend it, I love the fact that its grass fed hamburgers! This plate cost around $16, very friendly environment.

The serving sizes, quality, and customer service has all gone down hill. I wouldn't come back again. Also if you upgrade the ice cream dessert to a milkshake you do not get a drink.

Wow, it was good! After a long day at work, a long commute home, I decided to try Burger Lpunge. Ordered the western burger and fries. They have a special price for the western at $8 right now and that was such a deal! Great burger- it does come a little pink, but I ate it just fine! Fries are great- thicker than McDonald's, sort of the width of Wendy's fries, and tastes a little more natural. The kids who work here are super polite and even offered to take my tray as I exited. I'll be back for a pumpkin shake! They use real Tillamook for the shakes which is amazing!

This is located in The Orchards shopping center. There is plenty of parking available as there are many restaurants in this large center. We order takeout from here on occasion. I've tried a few things on the menu, but the latest was the California Lounge Burger (burger, avocado, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, BL 1000 island). With all the fixings, it was a pretty large burger. You can taste the difference in the quality of beef; they use 100% grassfed beef. The burger patty was made like a smash burger with crispy edges but the temp inside was still cooked to my liking. I also got a side of onion rings with ranch. I would for sure order this same thing again.

Advertise kids free meal w/ an adult entree. But don't say full price. Beware of bait & switch & staff insulting you 4 pointing it out.

Food is always excellent. Service used to be consistently excellent. Most times it still is good but my service today was pitiful. Today is the 2nd time in the 5-7 yr I have patronized them, that the company used a bait and switch. They advertise a kids rat free if you purchase an entree. When you purchase, it wonʻt allow it. I drove 13 mi from Pittsburg to Walnut Creek to treat my kid to this. I call & they say, the issue is I ordered a discount entree and I cannot get the kids free meal then. There was a lot of "you know, that's how it is", "thats normal every place you go", but no defense to the fact that the advertisement for kids eat free with an entree did NOT indicate the entree needed to be full price. When I arrive, the employee does not realize I was the one she just spoke to and she is insulting me on the phone with the GM/owner & describing my concerns as "complaining", & framing it in a way that I am trying to get 2 discounts at once, rather than the truth: I got an offer and went to order it so it was ready when I arrived, and they switch the rules that we offer was under. The way you tell a story matters and the The way you tell a story matters and the way you talk about said customer when you think the customer doesn't hear you matters. I totally get their point, but they never got mine. You don't get to advertise one thing and offer another. As I said, this isn't the first time they've done this. But the last time they honored their false offer. This is not an economy where you wanna play with people who are trying to support your business. I did appreciate a supervisor who in the end handled It even if I did not feel I was treated respectfully by her staff, her staff was not apologetic, and I did not get the order that I wanted.

The burgers have a "keto option". What's involved with a keto burger?

Our keto burger is called the Paleo! It is a beef patty with grilled zucchini, grilled tomato, bacon, avocado, and sprouts. Highly recommend! You can also select a different type of protein if you prefer.

Did they get rid of the quinoa burger? It's not coming up on the order online link?

Cons - No employee approached a male dog owner over his pit bull excessively howling / yelping over another dog. A couple yelps, fine. It kept going, it was loud, the silver-haired Boomer was taking his sweet time to ( not ) control his dog with respect to other people in the patio area. So, dogs are preferred over people, no one on staff to politely ask the man to control the dog immediately? One more thing: the barking was such a nuisance that I and another customer were looking back at the owner to see if he was taking care of it, the customer quipped about the dog going to be attacking him, if anything, I joked that I'd be fine, he then suddenly held up the numbered signage for his order ( w/ metal stand ) saying he was going to hit me with it. ( No light-hearted tone, moreso irritated and aggressive. ) And this is how suddenly bad things happen, how a customer spews out a verbal threat ( technically criminal assault ), linked to an out-of-control situation with a pet owner and his dog and a restaurant that won't do anything about it. Simple Solution: Train employees ( or remind them ) to assertively and cordially request owners to keep their dogs peaceful and quiet. Otherwise, it's sweeping a problem under the rug. Not smart nor respectful of other customers. Being Fair: If you like the energy of a loud restaurant, whether it's music and/or dogs barking, then you should be fine, drinks and all. If you love dogs, yet want them responsibly controlled in an environment where you seek to maintain an actual meaningful conversation, this establishment is a roll of the dice.

What I don't understand is why I'm charged an additional $2.50 for the lettuce wrap when I'm not even getting the bun. If you're taking something away, what's the justification for adding an extra charge? I could understand a modest upcharge, but $2.50 for a few leaves of lettuce is hard to justify. I can buy an entire head of lettuce for about that price. What bothered me even more was that no one mentioned the charge when I placed my order. It wasn't until I picked up my food and saw the receipt that I realized I had been charged extra. Customers deserve to know about additional charges before they order, not after the fact. When I politely asked why there was a $2.50 charge, the employee simply looked at me and said, "I don't know." There was no explanation, no offer to ask someone else, and no attempt to address a perfectly reasonable question. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the surprise charge. The burger was excellent, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At this point, I don't plan on coming back. Or maybe I'll just bring my own lettuce next time. Better yet, just give me the burger without the bun, and I'll wrap the damn thing myself when I get home.
