As I was looking over the menu, I was greeted at the register by an employee who was very attentive. Even though it was busy, he made sure I wasn't left standing there. He was running food to tables while also taking orders at the register, and I was very impressed by how well he handled everything. Once I was ready, he took my order and gave it to the cooks to make fresh while he continued helping other customers. When he came back, I paid, and by the time I sat down, my food was already at my table--hot, steaming, and looking amazing. Now, let's get into the food. This burger was fresh, hot, and straight off the grill. My mouth was still on fire after the first bite, and I have zero complaints. I got the double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The flavor of the burger was amazing, and everything complemented each other perfectly. 10/10 The fries were hot, fresh, perfectly crispy, and had great seasoning. 8/10 by themselves and 9/10 with ranch. Their homemade ranch was another banger. I dipped both my fries and burger in it, and it took the whole meal to another level. 10/10 The mac and cheese was a different take on the classic, and I wasn't complaining. It had a unique flavor that I really appreciated. It was flavorful, creamy, and something I'd definitely order again. 8/10 I definitely need to come back and give this place a more detailed review for the Mac and cheese because I was rushing to catch Spider-Man for the second time. But I am so limited in what I may eat, that I had to ask for a plain hamburger and grilled mushrooms--cooked on a space that that was freshly cleaned off on the grill. I was so wrapped up in explaining this to very patient counterlady McKenzie (I believe) that I forgot to ask for lettuce and tomato. When it arrived at the table--brought singly out by Fernando (I believe)--I realized that I hadn't asked for the lettuce or tomato and I mumbled that to myself. But, I did not ask outright! Lo and behold, not a minute later Fernando appears with a plate of lettuce and tomato. How terrifically caring is that!?!?! And my burger was perfectly cooked and I did not have a bad reaction which means McKenzie got all the instructions exactly right and the chefs did exactly right, too! I thank all the staff very much! My family who was with me enjoyed all their selections, including fries and onion rings. My grandson's milkshake disappeared quickly. (You can get alcohol there, too.) Our food took about 15 minutes, during this time, we saw a tray of fries sitting in the window. We were hoping it was not our order as they would be cold by the time our burgers were completed, however they called us and sure enough it was ours. We touched the fries and they were very cold. We told the employee, who knew the issue and they remade the fries. I'm glad they didn't make an issue about it, but also disappointing because the employees thought it was okay to even serve cold fries. The burgers were fantastic.
