Came in to eat around 8PM on a Tuesday and the meal was quite good. Had no issues with staff or anything else I read on here. We ended up getting: -SWAG Burger ($11.97) Solid burger. Supposedly Wagyu meat with charred jalapeños, candied ghost pepper bacon, sweet tomato relish, habanero jack cheese, and hot steak sauce. Not overly spicy and flavorful with the toppings they chose for this limited time burger. Not sure I tasted every component. -BFi Cheeseburger ($8.37) Solid cheeseburger. Perhaps a little pricey to some for what it is, but definitely on par with Five Guys. -Large Onion Rings ($6.47) Massive amount of onion rings. Was hard to finish them all, but for the price, it should have been. Nice flaky shell with a little bit-o-flavor. -Caramel Fudge Concrete ($3.27) Expensive compared to say a McFlurry, but was worth the splurge once. Was actually rather good otherwise. I was curious about this place for a few weeks, wondering how in the hell they could compete with their neighbor Chipotle. They can't and won't survive for the following reasons: 1. hamburgers are mediocre at best. No seasoning. No sass. Just an ordinary round, flat, plain hamburger. 2. Roll was definitely day or two old and cold like the hamburger 3. Fries were limp and pricey 4. Decor is boring, nothing to draw you in much less keep you there 5. First time here, won't be back. Junior Burger Fi, was asked if I wanted cheese, said no. But it came with cheese. Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, bacon half cooked. Order of onion rings and fries is enough to feed a family of four. I wish they would make it half as big and serve half the fries because most of our order went in the trash. The food here is good. The burgers have good flavor, the chicken sandwiches are good but not great. The shakes are really good, one has churros on top! There are usually only younger people that I see working and they are nice but the quality can be hit or miss. The last visit my shake was made with a green banana (watched the employee make it) and had a few banana slices left on the bottom. read more

I was so excited to visit Burger Fi, because normally the only time I have it is at the Ft.Lauderdale airport so it always brings about good memories. I walked right in and can I just say that the inside is HUGE. There is so much open space I loved it, and it's also smack dab in the middle of Chipotle and Cava so you have you're pick of places to eat. The service there was excellent. The cashier had so much high energy that I felt like I wanted to keep on ordering off of the menu just because of it. I ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwich and an Oreo Custard and all in all was left feeling pretty full from both of those items. The spicy chicken sandwich was a bit different that all of the others which I did really enjoy howeverrrrrr, I felt like it was a little TOO bare bones for the price. The bun was a lightly toasted and perfect. There were two sauces on the sandwich: a ghost pepper honey and a spicy mayo. They were delicious, and not overwhelming at all. I didn't have anything dripping out of my sandwich when I was eating which I loved since I am a super clean eater. But other than that all the sandwich had to it were a couple of pickles and jalapenos. I just wish that maybe they could've thrown on some lettuce or tomatoes? Maybe that would've distracted from the heat but if I'm paying $8.50 for a sandwich I want more. That milkshake though....holy cow did it steal the show. It truly is a custard because I had to WORK to get anything to come up the straw and I freaking loved it. So creamy, and thick. I 100% will be coming back to try more of their flavors. They had a churro shake but I wasn't feeling very adventurous so I stuck to the OG cookies and cream and it sure didn't disappoint. BurgerFi is new to our neighborhood so had to try! I took my mom for lunch and we got two juicy burgers. I got the traditional burger on lettuce bun. My mother got the breakfast all day burger. Her burger came with bacon, hadrons and maple syrup. Can you tell which of us is looking to lose a few lbs lol. We also shared a fry. Everything was cooked to order so we had about a ten minute wait to carry it out. It was hot enough that it held up until we got home, about ten more mins. I was impressed at the flavor of the burger and surprised to find their regular burger is a double patty. If you want a single patty order the junior. I believe their claim to fame is all natural angus beef. I will say the burgers reflect that statement. Literature about where they source their meat from is on the walls of the restaurant and on their website as well. I rated four stars simply because to me a burger is only as good as it's competition. As much as I loved the burger here, I still don't feel they replaced the need for their across town rival, Shake Shack. My kid actually finished the whole cheeseburger! The fries seemed over fried but still delicious, especially the urban styled fries. As for the onion rings, it was just ok. It was too big and the breading and onion combination was just not right for me. I wish they had more specialty burger options but it will do when I have a burger craving. Food was good, but the cleanliness was questionable. Saw a couple tables left with trash on them. Most tables had numbers on them from previous guests, telling me no one cleaned the tables and pulled the numbers as they did so. Burger was tasty but you need to be careful when ordering because some of the burgers come with lettuce, tomato, and special sauce even though it isn't listed on the menu that way. Fries were so-so. Sure they were fresh cut but they were not crispy and were overly brown. Given a choice, I would go to the Five Guys across the street. read more

The fries were ok, the burgers ok, except the bacon was a bit too dry, almost a burnt taste. Also the burger was a bit dry, could use a bit of sauce or something. Coming from hospitality I understand right now that things are hard for customer facing positions, but it's not that hard to open your mouth and be communicative to the customer that's in front of you. I was not greeted/even glanced at by the boy at the counter, I don't think he even said more than 2 words to me while I was asking questions and ordering. I'm not going to bethat person and say "I'll never come back to Burgerfi", but I might think twice about visiting this location again. Being charged almost $40 bucks because I was not informed that apparently you can't order a meal and everything is individual, even thought o asked for a meal was also a bummer. It's always a red flag when a restaurant is empty during the dinner rush. My first interaction was with some kid that literally spent a whole minute staring blankly at a shakes menu on the wall 2 inches from his face while the guy in front of me tried helplessly to get his attention. It seems that the cashier may have been unhappy about the tip I left, which was within my budget. I saw her face and observedher going immediately went inside to inform the people. Hot delicious food cooked to order. Generous portions and excellent customer services. I was assisted at the counter with my order and my food was brought to my table quickly. For the cost, it's really not a good deal. The kid's meal "grilled cheese" is a piece of American cheese, barely melted on an inverted hamburger bun that's put in a toaster... not "grilled". It's a toasted, cheese sandwich. But the most infuriating thing is that when you pay by credit card, it's now one of those places that EXPECT a tip. There was NO OPTION for "no tip" unless you choose "CUSTOM TIP" and physically put $0.00 as your tip. Really? Really? I stood in line to order and went to my own table for overpriced food. They just bring it out to you. You even bus your own table. Why the **** should I feel pressured to tip? It's not as simple as... "just don't tip". I came here a couple months prior. I walk in and the cashier was friendly and very helpful in acquainting me with the menu. I went at around 3 pm, so hardly anyone was there. I ordered a BurgerFi Cheeseburger with a side of fries. The order came out as fast as I ordered it. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and the ingredients mixed well with the melted cheese and savory beef patties. Fries were also great at complementing the burger. I was encouraged to come again a few weeks later. Unfortunately it was around dinner and more people were around. I ordered the same with a shake and a side of onion rings. The order took some time to come out, plus the burger and fries weren't as good as the first time I had it, much like many things in life. Although, the shake and onion rings were great. The shake had lots of flavor and the onion rings were crispy and cooked to perfection. I'd be careful if you order them. You might be tempted to order them again! Having said all that, this place has really good burgers! I eat lunch at an odd hour and might strike up the courage to stop by again soon. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area if you're craving a burger. The place is clean and staff are following COVID protocols. Might try something new this time around! I would give this place 4 stars, but one other thing I really liked about this place was they weren't serving alcohol to patrons. Today I went to BurgerFi for the very first time, after hearing all the hype about the spicy Wagyu burger that was limited I wanted to see what the hype was about and come to find out it was absolutely amazing. Very fresh, juicy, and the service is very competent; all regulations were up to par in regards to Covid and everyone super friendly. I love how the environment is very clean and gives an authentic Burger Spot aesthetic I will definitely recommend bringing a group of friends here to enjoy an afternoon meal or even a dinner. I have never left a Yelp review, but this experience was so subpar I felt compelled to leave one. The food was absolutely terrible for the price of this place. The burger was meh, the fries poorly seasoned and bland that even my 2 year old fry obsessed kid didn't want to eat them. Our food came and was missing three items. An entire order of their boring fries, my kid's drink, and a milkshake. We had to ask two different people to get our completed order. The price of this place is crazy. $40 for two burgers, a kid's meal, and a fry is ridiculous. We feed the same people for $14 at Wendy's and the food and service is better. That's sad. The overall cleanliness was horrible. The tables were all dirty and sticky, the flies hanging around were less than appetizing, and the bathroom was totally out of soap. If I could give a negative star I would. This was the worst experience ever. My order came to $93.68, and I have no issue paying for good food. But, let me tell you what we got. I am some who like mine rare, but this was beyond rare, it had blood. The kids hotdog was burnt, the fries were cold and limp, and two of the burgers did not have the sauces we asked for on them. BurgerFi finally opened a Columbia location! I don't eat many burgers anymore but when I did, I loved the BurgerFi in Laurel, MD but that location closed. Their burgers are the best around. BGR is basically across the street but I was never a fan of their burgers. Buns there were often dry as well. BurgerFi has great patties, and moist buns. I also like that they offer various sauces, a DIY soda machine and milkshakes. Their fries are also fresh and handcut. That alone makes a world of difference. You really should try their garlic aioli with the fries or anything else. I got the Beyond Burger with their Street Fries and I poured myself some Mello Yellow.
