    FRESH-CUT FRIES (LARGE) $7.99
    Madison P.

Overall: great burgers, mediocre fries, high prices but average service and ambiance for fast casual dining. Single stall inclusive restrooms It's always been pretty empty when we go and the food comes out pretty fast. The dining area is clean enough, but the bathrooms are not. The CEO burger was incredible with great flavors. The Bbq rodeo burger was good too, but the patties were a little overcooked. The fries and kids tenders were just okay especially for the price.

    The fries were fantastic

The Only Review You Need To Read I've passed this place many times, yet had never gone in to check it out. Today, that changed. First, I need to point this out: two burgers, one large order of fries, two regular sized fountain drinks: $42. . Now, to be fair, they give you a tipping option when you place your order, and I have an issue with tipping before service has even been rendered, but I went ahead and added a 15% tip on there. The burger looked great, but the patty tasted pretty blah. Just nothing there - no distinctive taste nor flavor. I will say the fries were really good; sort of like Five Guys or Thrasher's (if you live in the DelMarVa region), so that explains the two star rating. But I've got a Shake Shack right across the street from me, and because there's no In-N-Out on the East Coast (for now...), I already have a spot where I can get a delicious cheeseburger, so I have no reason to return to BurgerFi. Another reason the rating wasn't higher - the disappointing burger, the high price point for the food and we asked for a couple of pepperoncinis and they said they would charge for those. Really??

kids burger, rodeo bbq burger, onion rings + fry combo

summary: was impressed by the quality of food given some of the criticism that I saw in some of the other reviews. The burgers here kind of remind me of an elevated version of a fast-food style burger (not in a bad way). The prices are on the higher side, but I still thought the food was yummy. I ordered at a self-service kiosk and it was pretty straightforward to use. The service was nice as well. If you aren't too tech-savvy, the staff was more than happy to provide a helping hand. Disclaimer: when I went, we were pretty much the only customers there, but I don't think this place gets very busy because they sit between CAVA and Chipotle which takes most of the foot traffic. I ordered the rodeo bbq burger, a kids cheeseburger with bacon, and an order of onion rings + fries. The kids burger ended up being pretty much the cost of the adult burger after adding bacon (~$12). The food came out looking great. Everything was packaged really well and everything felt fresh and well-cooked. There aren't any options to customize the cook of your burger patties, but the patties are pretty thin and flirting in the realm of a smash-style patty (to be clear though, it's not smashed). The burgers themselves were great, but the sides weren't too impressive. The fries were kind of mushy/flimsy and the onion rings were a bit underdone on the inside for my taste. overall: I would recommend for a solid burger in the area. I would say BurgerFi ranks on the higher end for burgers in the area. I would love to see a few more options available (e.g. different bun options mainly and more types of toppings), but it's still a very solid meal.

Good but expensive. Reminds me a little of 5 Guys. The standard burger comes with two patties but you can get a junior with just one patty for a little bit less. I have driven by plenty of times but never gave them a try until this day. When I came in during the evening hours it wasn't crowded at all. There was no long to order and only a few people dining in. Inside was very clean and orderly. The lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. She took my order and gave me one of those little table stands with my order number on it. After a few minutes my order was ready and I took it to go. Burger was cooked well done. They didn't ask how I would like it prepared so I assume everything will be well done. I had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Seemed pretty standard with two pieces of bacon to burger patties and two slices of cheese. It didn't come with any condiments but I had my own at home. The fries were a little flimsy and soft. Not well seasoned at all either. Total process with a burger and regular fries ran almost 20 dollars. Burger was good enough to get again but the fries I would skip in the future. I want to try some of their milkshakes and noticed they do carry a few beers on tap.

    ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER (single)

Burger Fi was a last minute, change of plan decision because Red Robin was mysteriously closed. I needed a burger fix at this point and Burger Fi was closest. Burger Fi itself is surprisingly spacious, with the checkout counter and kitchen taking about 1/3 of the space, tables, chairs, fountain drink station, and bathroom the rest. I placed an order for a single Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, and had access to my coworker's fries. Checkout was easy. I was given a number on a stick, chose a table, then I wandered to the drink station. My food came out shortly thereafter and I was...pretty underwhelmed with my burger. The single patty was tiny, didn't remotely span the length of the bun. And it was missing lettuce and tomato...that never came up with the cashier so I assumed those items would just come with my burger. I put ketchup on the burger and hoped for the best. It tasted ok, the bacon was excellent, but it wasn't filling, especially at $9. The fries were good. I would recommend either increasing the size of the patties or reducing the cost of the burgers.

It took 20 minutes when the restaurant only had two other customers for a kids burger PLAIN. Angie was somewhat friendly but could have delivered better communication. Instead of handing me the cup for the drink, she just placed it in front of me, completely mute. I had to clarify to ensure it was for my son. The restaurant is also not the cleanest, napkins on the ground. Additionally, TVs that don't turn on? Concerning. Wouldn't recommend.

This was my first time here and I'm definitely on the fence . Everything from the short commute , clean establishment and friendly service was great. However the food was just blah. I had a bacon cheese burger which was made to perfection and hit the spot. However the fries were brick hard and lacked any type of flavors. So basically , I would come back but pass on ordering the fries

Food was bomb. Service was on point. Restaurant was clean but that's because I went when they were closing

6.5.23 All I can say is you MUST try the CEO burger, which has candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and aged swiss cheese. It is out of this world. Maybe it's a combo of the jam and aioli that hit the spot. I haven't been here in awhile, but it will definitely be my go to when I have a hankering for a good burger. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

THE CEO NEW BBQ RODEO BURGER Truffle onion rings & fries
    Melody Y.

Overall: quick service, juicy burgers, and a great variety of items on the menu. The tables inside weren't the cleanest but I was able to wipe off crumbs with napkins. Truffle onion rings/fries: the onion rings and fries were perfectly crispy. I wasn't a huge fan of the truffle sauce as it tasted like a creamy mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese. The ceo: this burger is so juicy, filling, and cheesy. I would definitely get this burger again. It was better than the bbq rodeo burger. Bbq rodeo burger: this was a good burger with great crunch to it with all the fillings. The patty is angus so it was less juicy compared to the ceo burger.

The burgers were just ok. Nothing too special. The fries and onion rings were winners. Great sauce and flavor on the urban style toppings. The chocolate shake was delicious. I like that they have the coke machines that let you mix your own drink.

We were unable to get much attention from our server due to how busy the restaurant was, but the dishes were left mostly untouched for a reason. I was…read moreactually surprised during my visit, because I was really thinking that this was going to be one of those awesome 5-star experiences, but it just wasn't. As I approached this business, I found the outside to be clean and the landscaping was pleasant. After entering, I was immediately faced with a bunch of kiosks for customers to place their orders. I just don't like kiosks. To me, this just shows me a business that is trying to reduce their customer service by not hiring cashiers and making the customer perform the cashier's job with no cost benefit to the customer. After placing my order, I was then questioned with how much I would like to tip. I found this to be even more annoying. What am I tipping for? The quality of the food?...I haven't eaten it yet. The quality of the service?...I haven't received any yet. Tipping BEFORE any experience is ridiculous and presumptuous. To me, tipping is a way for the customer to show that they are satisfied (or highly satisfied) with the experience they have had AFTER they have had it. I ended up ordering the double SmokeShack Burger, which comes with two beef patties, cheese, bacon, cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. The burger was really delicious, but I was surprised by how small it was for being a double. I also ordered the Bacon Cheese Fries, which are crinkle cut French fries topped with cheese sauce and bacon. This was pretty good too, but not as good as I thought it would be. For my drink I was going to get a soda-pop, but then I decided to try their Shack-Made Lemonade. It tasted weird, and I regretted getting it. I was served at my table by a server who delivered my food without saying a word. While eating my meal, I noticed that the inside of the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. In fact, I did not see anyone cleaning anything inside during my entire visit. Even more disturbing was the lack of friendliness of the employees. I kid you not, there were about a dozen people working here during my visit and I did not see a single employee crack a smile...not for anyone. While leaving, I decided to order their Chocolate Blackout Pudding Shake. After getting back to my hotel with this for dessert, I only had a few spoonfuls. Again, this tasted weird. I ended up throwing out 90% of it because it just wasn't very tasty. In total, I spent over $33, which is a ridiculously high cost for one fast food meal. In comparison with my favorite fast food restaurant, In-N-Out (primarily in the western U.S.), I can get a similar meal at In-N-Out for about HALF the cost. I don't know about you, but if I pay substantially more I expect a substantially better experience. I hope that the other Shake Shack businesses don't operate like this one; This was NOT a worthwhile experience, especially considering the cost.

Those of you who…read moreread my reviews know I typically review either really good or really "not so good" restaurants. I'm breaking my own rules, because I feel the 3.9 rating is pretty accurate, with one 5 star + exception. This was a business lunch and a convenient location so there we were. The duck fries as an appetizer were good but needed to be seasoned with a little more salt. I had a strawberry salad with some grilled chicken that was good with the greens, but dry as the desert with the chicken and borderline inedible. Here's the twist!!! My two compadres both had the grilled cheese and lobster sandwich. They both looked at me sheepishly and said, you f ed up!!! William was kind enough to break off a substantial bite and let me try it. Angels sang, children wept, and I almost passed out! It was the kind of perfection we all agreed we would have eaten 5, maybe 6 of these unnaturally awesome sandwiches until we passed out! 3.5 Star service, 4 Star ambience, and some 10 Star bites! The staff are nice, but service and the kitchen seemed a bit slow on a Sunday early afternoon towards the very end of brunch despite the area we were seated only had a few tables filled. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict was nothing special - feeling like a flat, single-note dish.. Perhaps it was that the hollandaise sauce lacked the acidity (usually from lemon juice) to brighten the dish. Or, that the nod to Maryland - the Old Bay honey - drizzled around the edges of the dish wasn't enough to elevate it to something that is savored with each bite. The Fluffernutter Blondie is a good dessert choice if you love blondies and peanut butter. Although, it was a bit drier than I'd like, the texture was still soft.

Run do not walk to Smashing Grapes. This place is phenomenal. To be brutally honest not on the menu…read morewas bad. Everything was delicious. Took a good friend of mine here to celebrate her birthday. This evening that had a really nice pre-fix menu called The Vines and Vibes dinner series in which you get 3 courses and wine pairings for $65 pp. Which was a really great deal. We also ordered a plethora of appetizers to share amongst the table. We had the hummus trio , charred octopus, summer heirloom tomatoes, zucchini fritters and the charred octopus. All of the appetizers were very good. The zucchini fritters were so good, we ordered a second order. For dinner pretty much everyone did the cast iron short rib with the puff pasty. That was basically Sunday dinner in a pan. The short rib was nice and tender and the flaky puff pasty to soak up the gravy. Very delicious. For my first course I opted for the ceasar salad, something told me to get that yellow tomato gazpacho. Two of my friends had gotten it and they said it was phenomenal. The birthday girl got the Bouillabaisse with the Chilean sea bass. She said that was absolutely delicious. The Chilean sea bass was cooked nicely and had a buttery taste. And for dessert we did the orange tres leche cake and the chocolate mousse. Both desserts were really good. The tres leche cake was really good and if you mix it with the chocolate mousse even better. This place offers so many options for dinner, from their weekly specials, where you get 50 percent off any bottle of wine on Mondays, bubbles and boards on Wednesdays, Thursdays they have a nice to go special, where you can pizza and a nice bottle of wine to go. Now who doesn't like that for a Thursday night. They also have a great happy hour as well . This place is great for a date night, girls dinner or just a nice night out to have a great dinner and listen to live music. I will definitely be returning either for dinner or brunch. Also I did want to give a tidbit about parking. It can get a lil crowded especially in the evenings and if there is an event going on at Merriweather Post, it's best to utilize their valet parking for an additional $10 fee. It definitely beats the headache if trying to find parking. SYOY

Love the build-out of this location. It is absolutely beautiful and the food is excellent!…read more Happy Hour on the weekends includes an earlier time and a late-night edition with live music. Customer service is great! I've enjoyed a white wine flight, where they not only give you a bit of the history of the 3 flights, but they also pull from the shelf and add to your experience of tastings. The avocado chicken dish is enjoyable, if you like a creamier milder version of a chicken alfredo. The wings and fries are done perfectly. The best spicy pizza I've had in a while was here. I could go on and on. We hosted a family member's graduation dinner at this location with a group of 10 pleased with the food and service. I love when I come to a restaurant and I can relax because the staff knows what to do without you asking. Also, they have a dinner party series with that runs for three hours. I don't typically sign up for restaurant emails, but because they are doing really interesting things here I definitely want to stay in the know!
