My family and I have purchased food from this location quite a few times, but never again. On December 21, my wife spent $32.89 on an order that had been cooked in old or dirty grease, which made all of the food be very nasty as being burnt and distasteful. We didn't eat it and immediately called the store. The person we talked to promised to replace the order free of charge whenever we came in again, but the name he gave us later proved to be false. On January 4, we called them to place another order and told the person who answered about the previous order and promise to replace it. Only to then be so totally dismissed by a very rude person who told us they would not honor nor replace the food free of charge. After speaking to two other employees they all told us there was't any person with that name who worked there and also after we told them we would not accept their rudeness and also would not support their business again, their response was they really didn't care one way or the other if we never made any additional purchase. They also made it perfectly clear that good customer service was not of any concern for them. So I'll now continually use each of my social media platforms, to remind others of their rudeness and disrespectful treatment towards their customers. read more

I have been to at least 3 other America's Best locations throughout Maryland and one thing I can say is that they are pretty consistent. The wings are always fried to the perfect crispness while maintaining a juicy interior. I usually go for the honey bbq wings and they have the right amount of sauce. This location in Elkridge is no different. The wings are on the same level as the other locations I've been to. The restaurant itself is clean and there's an area to dine in if you choose to. As for me, I got my wings to go so I could enjoy them while watching the football games at home. Besides, I don't think anyone would want to see me with honey bbq sauce all over my face after I demolish those wings. Lol! Will I be back? Of course I will! They haven't failed me yet. read more

The young men taking orders are very knowledgeable and courteous. They have bubble machines with lemonade and peach tea. They suggested doing a combo of the two and I agree! You know how you can tell when a business is spoiled and doesn't really care? When their phone etiquette and customer service are out the window. This business hasn't been at the center too long but their attitude on the phone is very bland and doesn't seem to appreciate the customer value. I don't know if this branch is connected to the ones in DC and surrounding areas, but if you're not, PLEASE RENAME YOUR BRANCH. Because you're making other ABWs look bad. Ambiance is boring, dirty and empty... soda machines had nozzles caked up with sugary stains. Sauce bottles old and caked up along the nozzles and top. The food was the kicker. We ordered: Thai chili Hot BBq Hot lemon pepper Mango habenero Hot carribean citrus Sweet chili How does the Mango Habanero and both chilis use the same sauce... I visited American Best Wings recently. I had not been to any location for myself in about 5+ years. And this particular visit was for my nephew; lemon wings combo and I decided to try barbecue wings combo. Customer Service was very professional. Received order and I must say the lemon chicken was more advertising than the barbecue. And it smelled so good. I was tempted to take one of my nephew's but I did not. I could not wait to taste barbecue because as I mentioned earlier, I had not ordered from American Best Wings in years. Let me tell you, I wish I had ordered the 10 piece instead of the 5 piece. During Super Bowl weekend, I arrived at 5:03p and order a 30 count wing and catfish. They said the order would be completed in about 30 minutes. Now considering it's was the big game I understood the wait time. I went to a neighboring store and killed time for about 25 minutes when I arrived back, the store was filled to capacity and I complete chaos, I can hear several parties complain about the extended wait (some people had placed their order several hours prior) and the young man at the register was overwhelmed and quite frankly unsympathetic to the crowds need to get their food and go. I went to check on my order at approximately 6:00p (30 minutes before the big game) and it wasn't ready. Fortunately I was finally able to escape the scene before things got ugly but I don't think I'll be visiting again any time soon, at least not during the Super Bowl read more

No, not particularly. The rest of their stuff is fan-freaking-tastic though. Chicken Tenders? They're huge! Chonkers! Crispy as all get-out, and full of juicy flavor too. Best thing they have on the menu. Boneless "wings"? They're literally hunks of white meat chicken breast with a variety of tasty sauces. How can you go wrong? Fish? Soft, flaky, carefully fried... Solid. I don't like their fries. Dunk them in a pound of cheese and now we're talking. Yes, that's on the menu. So, yea, ironically enough, this where I go when I want the best fried chicken tenders. Whoever was working on October 24th needs to be fired, he is not capable of doing his job, I noticed an error with everyone's order before me. I pointed to the picture of the pasta on the menu and asked for it. He gave me chicken Alfredo instead, when I called in angry and frustrated he only made me more angry and frustrated.
