This was our third trip to Burgerfi. Not as impressed as before. The onion rings were outstanding and huge but the burgers were disappointing. They had a very salty taste and didn't really taste like a burger. One of our guests ordered the veggie burger no cheese no sauce. It took 3 tries to make the burger correctly. Pretty darn good burger. I like the seasonings on the burger. I saw a few friends that had already eaten and they recommended the cheeseburger and the rings. Being a man with short attention span that's what I went with. There was also a good amount of cheese on my burger. My wife says that I would bleed cheese if you cut me. There was a piece for each burger and it must be some thick cut cheese too. Now the rings are huge a small order is 5 rings. They are cut about an 1 1/2" thick the battered and fried right. You know when you bite into it and you get soft onion and not the whole undercooked onion. They did have some seasoning but not much nut they were good. The place is super nice brand new so everything is spit shined. They have a funk ceiling in the place and one of the largest ceiling fans that I have seen in a while. I do like the whole inside outside thing going on too. They have a roll up garage door thing that is getting to be really popular here in Jax. In all a good place and it is close to the main road in the town center. I really dislike driving to far into the Town Center. Traffic and parking sucks but Burgerfi doesn't read more

Eh. Very eh. Maybe it would've been better if I ate it there. But delivery, very unimpressed. The food was stone cold. And the delivery was pretty fast so I'm not sure why. I ordered fries and paid almost $2 (I know, doesn't seem like much but I was most excited for the cheese fries) extra for a tiny side container of cheese which I dipped a few fries in and there was none left. Call me crazy but there should be enough cheese to cover AT LEAST 1/3 of the fries. The cheese was also cold. The burger was okay. Barely any lettuce and a tiny sliver of tomato. Sort of tastes like a McDonald's (and I don't like fast food at all) burger. Maybe it was the cheese that made it that way...? Not sure. Definitely not worth the price or hype. But I'm from Virginia and I've realized the food in FL is not good. So maybe that's the standard. I probably won't eat here again. read more

I just want to say that I really like Burgerfi's veggie burger. It's not your typical black bean heavy patty. It's very flavorful. Also the staff were incredibly helpful, making a fast food joint feel more like a sit down establishment. Burgerfi only loses points where I think the menu pricing is a little misleading. Still 3 stars from me. I tried the kobe dog Texas style add diced onions. I thought it was good. I'm not a huge burger fan but my brother likes the burger with the egg on it. l like the fry selection it is nice to see that they offer a bunch of different flavors for the fries. Ate here last weekend and I have to say that this is one of the best burgers I have had. I've never been to a Burgerfri location before and once I found out it was a chain I was even more impressed. The fries are a homemade style and are delicious. Onion rings are huge and breeding is perfect. I got a side of Cry + Fry which I was very pleased with. Burger was hand pattied and the bread soaked in the juices but not too much to make it very soggy. I recommend to try their staple sauce as well. Enjoyed it on the burger and with fries, but not too much with the onion rings. Either way this will be a place I will have to revisit. read more

First visit - Sadly I cannot comment on the quality of the food, as I could not get past the horrific dumpster-like smell that greeted me as I walked in the front door. I decided that perhaps the trash bin just needed to be emptied (not at all a busy time, so I'm not sure why an employee wouldn't have taken it out to get that odor out of there), but as I walked to the counter, my shoes stuck to the floor the entire way, not to mention the old, smashed French fries as well. Although greeted by a very friendly and helpful cashier, I decided not to order based on the lack of cleanliness of the dining room. Shared a regular order of fries and a regular size order of onion rings with two others who also had burgers(plenty of food). I went to BurgerFi the other day with my husband for the first time. At first I was hesitant when he suggested that we go there as I didn't think it would be anything special. Needless to say I will be back! I had a plain hamburger with ketchup, mustard and their special sauce. It was extremely tasty! So I can remember when thIs place opened. It was good. Crowded. Good service and clean. The decline in all of this has been quite steady and tonight was the last time we will visit. The food was cold, staff had no concern for anything especially the cleaning of the dining room. It is sad to see a restaurant decline like this. Great burgers, made to order and pretty fast. I enjoyed mine in a lettuce pouch versus a bun and it was delicious. I wish their water cups were larger than hotel restroom cups, I'd even pay a dollar to get a real cup. Also, If you have a dog, there is outdoor seating and they keep bowls clean and full of water. Clean place. I ordered a regular burger, their burgers come with a special sauce which I opted out. Well when I get the burger I find there's sauce, I politely explained I didn't want the sauce. (I told them this while ordering). So when I get what I think is my remade sandwich I find it's the original one! The sauce was evidently wiped off and the patties were flipped to hide it. We went today (Super Bowl Sunday), and it wasn't as packed as ppl were saying. There was still a line, but not super long and they saw us quickly. Not much of a kids menu, so we got our son the hotdog and he didn't appreciate it as much as we did. I got the all day breakfast burger. One thing it's amazing tasting, second... It's super messy. The egg exploded with the first bite. The hash browns fell out but with a fork, I devoured it. So worth the mess.. Hubby got the brisket burger, he wanted a bit more blue cheese, but enjoyed it thoroughly. The onion rings were amazing along with fries, getting large in both.. Way too much for 3 ppl. I'm always in search of the best burger. Yes, I realize that's subjective. For me, the Blind Rabit still gets the win here, while Burgerfi is respectable. My wife and I had two burgers, drinks and an order of onion rings, $28, wow. The onion rings are cut really big and there really wasn't anything particularly tasty about the coating they used. Hubby and I came after being sent away by a nearby closed place. At first, all we wanted was a double with bacon jam which was listed on the digital Menu at no extra charge. After seeing a $1.50 up charge at the register we ? & were told it was a menu list error. Irritated but trying to remain cool , we did the math and with the recommendation of, our order taker, for another $1.50 we could get the CEO (wagyu, with cheese and truffle aioli). We also had Parmesan fries. After some deliberation I decided on a local brew. Sadly my $11 burger wasn't quite as exciting as I thought, I opened the top and saw what was 1 Tbs. of bacon tomato jam. Brandon came by and asked how we were doing and I mentioned I would have put more BTJ on it. He ran back and grabbed a side cup of BTJ and Suddenly all was right with the world, and the heavens were shining. what could have been a so so burger with an exorbitant price turned out to be one of the best I have had! Brandon should be commended for salesmanship and customer service. If not for him we may not be as eager to return for what is a pretty awesome gastropub burger in a diner atmosphere. I love nothing more then a good burger and was excited when I see this place being built. Stopped in for lunch the other day to try it out. Was a little confused by the menu board but once the cashier handed me the smaller paper menu it made it easier. I decided to just try a normal hamburger even though they have some other options. Always try and keep it simple the first visit. All there burgers are double patties FYI. So just got a cheese burger with Swiss and order of the urban fries which are parmesan crusted with garlic aoli and a milkshake. Fries were awesome would like to have more aoli to dip the fries and for burger.. Burger was very good quality kind of reminded of five guys. We got the red velvet milkshake which was very good. The whole experience was very good.. Quality of food is definitely high and service was fast and friendly. Space is limited they outside seating also which wasn't the best on this day as it was a bit cold.. Price is a little high but to be expected for a quality burger place. They even brand each bun with burger fi.. They have also sell hot dogs and a couple other burger variants they I can't wait to try.. Will be a good spot on a nice cool day to sit outside and relax.. I like these higher end burger joints because of some of the creative options you can get, plus the burgers are of so much higher quality than most places. I agree with some assessments that it is higher-end because it serves alcohol, but honestly I don't think this is much of an attraction. This BurgerFi location is in the huge shopping complex in Jacksonville. The joint has some interesting options including the Breakfast All-Day Burger and their special grilled cheeseburger, which we had while there in our recent visit. The burgers came perfectly cooked and the toppings were very tasty and made for a nice burger experience. We had the large fries for two people and I think it was too much for just 2 people. They are natural cut fries and I thought they could have been cooked more, but I like my fries a bit on the crunchy side. These were slightly wilted (not soggy). They have the mixer fountain drinks where you can concoct your own drink, which I like nowadays. read more

We go to burger fi frequently. We love there burgers and their French fries. We have not been disappointed by anything on the menu. My fiancé usually gets the breakfast all day burger and he loves the mix of maple syrup with the egg, the hash brown sets it a part. The fries are great and a small fry can easily feed 2-3 people. If you check in on Facebook and show the cashier you receive a free custard with a topping which is delicious, especially with the key lime topping! We are all about burger fi!!! read more
