Used the app to order breakfast and redeem a free iced coffee. Service was quick, but they forgot my hashbrowns and gave me regular coffee instead of mocha. Sandwich ( sausage egg and cheese in a large biscuit) was great , hashbrowns crispy once I got them. Good thing I decided to stop and eat the meal in their parking lot. App and rewards are nice, but two stars off for the mistakes. read more

Negative 2. After a long Halloween night supporting a friend, no dinner.. the only option was fast food. McDonald's was closest, but cmon. When is McDonald's the first option?! Excited Whataburger offers breakfast items, the first thing our party of 2 orders is a honey butter chicken biscuit (clearly listed on the Togo bag when arrived back at home) was the honey butter chicken biscuit in the bag - no. Were the onion rings that were ordered in the bag - no. Noticed the onion rings were not in the bag asap, pulled over like asked to and waited 10 mins for those. Once arrived back at the house with nothing but good fries and an ice cold cheese burger - that's when it was discovered the only chicken item ordered was missing. I called the store, spoke to "said manager" named Jordan. Who promised a chicken biscuit upon arrival for next visit. Is this what I wanted being as though I hardly ever frequent fast food places - no. I just wanted my money back for the missing item at this point. I don't want any free item. That was never offered. Actually after giving my name, I was hung up on. Fries - cold. Jr cheese burger - cold. Missing half the order of onion rings which waited an extra 10'mins for, plus a main item like the chicken biscuit. I threw the entire order in the trash. I feel silly even writing this lame review of a damn nasty a** fast food place to begin with - but given the long night, I was really looking forward to a hot meal. Super friendly service even at 5am in the morning! We were there for honey butter chicken biscuits of course. They were so nice and let us know that we would have to wait a bit but that's because they were putting out a fresh batch soon. The biscuit itself was delicious of course. The chicken was hot and crispy and juicy. The biscuit was thick and buttery. But I do wish there was some more of the honey butter. read more

Thought I'd check out the cinnamon roll for breakfast as it looked really good in the picture. It was pretty good with lots of cinnamon, but of course not like a bakery. Staff is super friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. I was brought my coffee seconds before my breakfast and it was hot and fresh. The biscuit had it southern flavor and can tell it's their specialty. read more

First time trying whataburger and was not impressed. The fries were soggy, but they were still warm. It's my understanding after talking to a couple of people that they're soggy across all locations. Ew. I had a jalapeño burger, which was really disappointing. The meat tasted like Wendy's, which is great, but had a weird consistency almost like it wasn't real meat. I hate that some restaurants put chopped lettuce on their burgers, which Whataburger does. Plus the onion was in the same stupid shape, so of course half of the toppings fell out of the burger. There were more pickles than jalapeños on my jalapeño burger. I could go on and on. I won't be back to this or any other location. read more

I will give it a 2 because of the patty melt, but we had an order that were not made correctly, had a receipt and the mngr( female/Af am) was so incredibly rude and actually told us to never " try it again". Imagine, you take proof and all the facts, but get accused of cheating for a few burgers. When I mentioned what happened to a few folks a week later at the window, the employees knew who it was and said she was unkind to them and to others. We waited for WaB to open, and only go now for a water or a patty melt very occasionally. Staff can create a low rating!! Bummer read more

Even better this time ! I think the service is great. There's just a lot of teenagers which is expected but it doesn't hinder my experience the team is great. I love whataburger ranch with a passion it's so good and they keep them cool in a fridge. The "wings" are good an juicy. Could do with more sauce but eh it's a burger place. I enjoyed todays meal with a cherry coke which i am super happy to have as a choice! It's so nice and clean here. It's becoming a fave fast food spot. read more

Have given so many of these establishments a try, the food just doesn't meet my taste test. The appearance of the burger when unwrapped was not pleasant. The patties were overcooked and salty. Cheese wasn't melted, which I get because the patties are cooked ahead therefore once cheese is placed on it will not melt. This business has only been opened since January so spit shining everything is a given, and it looks great! The seating area seems small compared to others I've visited, so it can easily become packed at lunchtime. My overall opinion is that it's not for me. read more

Went there right after it opened and won't be going back! If it was a burger I don't know what they used for meat because it certainly didn't taste like beef. Was made very sloppy and the lettuce looked like sprigs of left over grass. The cheese was slapped on as an after thought and wasn't even melted! Not attractive or tasty. Saturday evening not busy still took way too long. Guy taking the order seemed to be bothered with having to even take the order. Asked for sautéed onions for probably an onion worth of chopped onion, not sautéed. Drinks were all soda water no syrup. How disappointing. Won't go back. read more

This is the best whataburger I've ever been to. I've been to about 9-10 different ones before and this is hands down the best one. Hummm...can i give zero stars? I know it's just a fast food joint, but it wouldn't hurt staff to say hello to customers. But they are more interested in talking to each other. Sitting around surfing on their phones feet up on chairs. It's only been open for a week and it's already a sloppy place. Food was cold and too salty. Staff unfriendly and disrespectful. how does it take 40 minutes for an online order of 2 meals and a milkshake and then you mess up and forget that we're waiting for our corrections because you messed up our order? dude from the window was literally eating in the lobby and when i walked in and asked about the hash browns and shake that was supposed to be made 10-15 min prior hadn't even been started. literally waited 10-15 min for hash browns and the entire rest of the order got cold waiting. my gf's car got a low battery signal we were waiting so long. not the first horrible whataburger experience just the most annoying read more
