I was so looking forward to BurgerFi. The website photos had my mouth drooping. I got the Yes, Chef burger and it was the biggest letdown. The meat had no flavor whatsoever. It's like they forgot to season it. I would take a McDonald's burger over what I was served any day. It also looked nothing like the menu pic, like NOTHING like it. I just left this store. My burger was fine, but this review is about the customer service experience. Both the cook & the cashier disappeared while I was eating in store. I needed a To Go box so I approached the counter & yelled "excuse me?" to get their attention. No one appeared. I waited at least another 5 minutes during which time I yelled "hello?" twice & opened the front door in hopes it would chime. Still no one appeared. So I grabbed some of the burger wrappers that were on the counter & a cup to transport my leftover burger home (see picture). read more

Super yummy and fresh quick lunch. There were four of us: 2 kids hotdog meals (with fries and a drink)- really good dogs. Adult cheeseburger and Adult CEO Burger, both in the lettuce wrap for 60 cents over the bun. Crips, flavorful (that bacon tomato jam) and yummy. Side of the Urban style fries (parm, herbs, aoli) and side large and good onion rings- not super greasy. Roped off with IPAs. Meals were reasonable, about $35 each for one adult and a child with a beer. Food was fresh, super flavorful. We ate in and the food came super quick- kid friendly. I did ask for a side of honey mustard and American cheese instead of Swiss, which didn't happen, but it actually was great anyway and I didn't correct. I've been at this place probably around 2 ago and when I went was ok, but the service at least around that time was a little better than now. Today I than decided with my family to visit out there and it wasn't a even good experience at all, place really heavy and low in terms of energy, I know we go out there to buy and eat the food that those strangers people would be cooking for all of us, what they should at least have or demonstrate is the kindness up front before order your food. Sunday, I did mentioned to my wife! It's weird that this place hasn't to many people eating inside, but even that, I told my wife, let's given a try because it hasn't been a long time we didn't come down here, she says ok. Well, by walking through this place I felt that something wasn't right, but than when I went to order, than I seem why this place is really bad now, the one brunette girl that was there was very rude and didn't know what she is doing at all, how someone (Corp) put an unprepared person to represent their business? That's crazy! Girl was taking the order was look on her phone while taking, crossed hers arms, making faces, making some many errors until an assistant manager or whoever was asked HER what happened, she did her version, this assistant manager you can tell that hasn't leadership at that store at all, oops, she also on the phone too. I also seen their laughing and playing at restaurant between a cooker and this rude girl. Assistant manager didn't say anything. I did brought that up the incident to her attention and she heard but you can tell that she doesn't care at all. Ok, about the food, burger hasn't tasty at all :( Not quality, fries want warm enough and not enough portion either for the combos. When I did mentioned about the burger doesn't tasty is because didn't tasty at all, I cooked a lot Durant a week and my food tasty. Told my wife that this place I'm not coming at all ever, I erase the app on my phone and she did also ( she was just downloaded) For the price that I paid for the kind the treatment and the food wasn't worth it at all. This is a great place to grab a quality hamburger in a chill atmosphere. They offer several types of burgers as well as chicken and hot dogs. They also have shakes and offer beer and wine. There are televisions inside and outside on the patio. You can order at the self-serve kiosks. Unfortunately, we went through the process on the kiosk only to have it tell us that our order couldn't be processed so we had to repeat it at the counter. It went quick as they weren't busy so not really an issue on this visit. I had the Prime Time which is a new item and is a prime rib burger. It comes with Au Jus and I recommend getting some extra to dip it in. The fries are potato cut and were very fresh. We had some onion rings which were ok but some are large and therefore greasy. The burgers are angus beef and you can add or take away from the items on the burger which is nice. The price is a bit above average for a hamburger and fries but the quality is good. It is also next to Cooper's Hawk, which makes for a great pairing when we want to do a wine tasting with a more casual burger or even a hot dog. All of the food is delicious, and we've tried everything on the menu; therefore, you can't go wrong with whatever you decide to pick. I would say that you shouldn't skip the milkshake though because it makes for a great combination. While the restaurant is a smaller area and counter ordering, they still provide a quality experience and the staff has been friendly every visit. This BurgerFi become a go-to for a reliably good burger -- both for my beef-loving husband and my mostly-meatless self. Regardless of whether we eat in, pick up curbside, or even get delivery, the burgers are consistent. We get the same thing -- my husband gets a classic cheeseburger, and I get a Beyond burger with cheese. My husband has aversions to a few common burger toppings, and BurgerFi pretty much always manages to get the requested toppings (added and/or removed) correct. The onion rings and fries are tasty, too, and even travel surprisingly well (and I don't fault any place whose fried food quality doesn't last through curbside pickup or delivery). The staff is always friendly. Sometimes they seem a bit overwhelmed, but seriously, who isn't these days? Overall, it's a consistent, filling meal for a fair price. Trying to support local business, so we decided to place an order for pick up. I tried twice online through Yelp and ran into system issues. Then I called and waited on hold for 8 minutes before reaching a live person. Which was not that big of a deal especially since the voice was friendly, verified my phone number as well as asked for my name, and did a great job of up selling us on adding bacon to our burgers. The part that was frustrating to me is I provided my credit card information and was asked to wait on hold and then was I am assuming accidentally hung up on. I waited for a call back and never received one! This of course made me nervous. My husband went into the restaurant to confirm with the staff if they had received the order and was told nothing had been submitted. We made the decision to place the order in person since we were already here. Even as we waited for our order we never received a call knowing our number, name, and credit card information... Disappointing. Giving four stars for the food. We ordered a regular size fry that came with plenty of fries, three burgers and a milkshake. The Milkshake came with a larger straw to help reach all the goodness without getting a headache. A little higher priced than expected but not horrible. Our first time visiting a BurgerFi location in Jacksonville. We weren't very impressed. It's been a while since we ate at the south Tampa location, we were in the mood for a good burger so we decided to give them a try. I ordered the Jr ultimate bacon cheeseburger, hubby ordered the BurgerFi cheeseburger. We also shared a regular order of the fresh-cut fries. Visually, the burgers didn't look like anything we remembered. They tasted okay but nowhere near as good as the Tampa location. The bacon on my burger was the pre-cooked, microwaveable style bacon. The burger was just blah to me, definitely dry but ketchup helped. Hubby's burger was topped with old, wilted lettuce. The fresh-cut fries were the best thing. Definitely tasted like they were made in-house. They tasted good but I thought they needed more salt. The staff member who took our order as well as the food runner weren't the nicest. The manager did come by our table. He ask how everything was and gave us coupons for next time. Unfortunately, based on this experience I can't say that there will be a next time. Had the CEO burger double which has Wagyu and brisket meat in it. I really couldn't taste the difference as compared to a regular burger as some others have noted. My first time back here since our community yelp manager, Matthew, had an event here years ago. Parking here is not that bad. Typical for any shared parking lot in shopping areas. The line when I got here was small. Had our food ordered in less than ten minutes. The wait for the food is part of why only four stars. It took almost twenty minutes to get me my burger and longer to get my frozen drink. The main reason for four of five stars was the burger size. For 11$ I expect a nice big juicy burger. The burger was awful small. Aside from that. The frozen chocolate drink was 5$ and also on the small size. It was the equivalent of a small version of the similar drink at other places for large price. Outside seating is dog friendly. They do have a military discount. read more

That is so very bad and dangerous. The condiments and soda machines need service and cleaning. The floors and tables were sticky. I really should've gotten a refund and left. I hope that I don't get sick. I didn't finish my food. I couldn't. The only great thing about this visit was how really sweet my cashier was. I have had very good burgers in the past at an Atlanta area burger-fi, which is why I stopped in while at St John's town center on 2/25/25 at 6:30PM. The woman who took my order was friendly. Unfortunately, the "ultimate bacon cheeseburger" that I received was SUPER dried out and not hot. I suspect I was given pre-cooked patties that were reheated. This was the worst burger I've had in a long time and at $21ish with fries, drink and a tip - I am not happy. It's unlikely I will ever return to a Bruger-Fi. The place was pretty empty and there was a managerial looking guy walking around, but he missed the opportunity to check with me on my meal. My husband went to use the restroom to wash his hands after he ordered our food and he said it was the dirtiest most disgusting restroom he has ever seen. Our food came out and the bread was old snd steel. The manager then asked us how our food was and we told him. He asked us if we wanted our food remade and we said no. We were starving and just wanted to eat I peeled off the top of the bun and my husband tossed the top 1/2.
