This used to be my fav burger place until today February 21st at around 8pm. I get to the restaurant and I'm standing in the register, this girl doesn't acknowledge me at all, she actually looked at me and rolled her eyes. Someone told us they'd be with me in a second. The same girl who rolled her eyes walks towards the register doesn't speak two words to me she just points to the other register. I start giving her my order and she very rudely stops and says "YOUR NAME?". Gave her a name for the order, I ordered a shake and two burgers and a side. I'm sitting down waiting for my order and I'm observing my surroundings. This man goes to her and says "someone left their sunglasses" and she turns around and completely disregards what he said. Then this group of guys come in and she looked at them and started cleaning outside, she ignored them. She asked her coworker maya to take their order because she wanted to finish her side work. She's cleaning dirty tables outside, no gloves on, changing trash, slamming trays down on the counter, then she grabs my tray with the same dirty hands she's been touching everything with and hands me the food. She took my order and she knew damn well I was missing the milkshake, she did not bother to even ask if I'm missing anything she just proceeded to do her side work. I tell the other girl that was there Maya that I was missing a shake and she made it. After I get my shake I ask a kid that was working the kitchen what the girls name , he tells me he's sorry that he didn't know her name and why I asked for her name. First of all how do you not know your coworkers name? Second of all why do you question why I need her name??? This place has no professionalism. Kids with no manners. I was so in shock with everything. I go outside and eat my food that I didn't even want to eat anymore because I saw her touch all these things then touch my food, both burgers, the meat tasted so weird, almost as if the burger was old. Overall my experience today was beyond horrific. The girl was dark skin, had a sweater on with the hoodie on, dark eyes. If you're having a bad day/night DO NOT take it out on the customers when they did absolutely nothing to you. If you do not like working with people do not work customer service. UPDATE: I called corporate the next day after the incident and they said customer care was going to contact me and it's been a week and not the store manager or corporate customer care has bothered to pick up the phone to call me. read more

Slow terrible service We placed our order at 9:04pm and waited almost 40 min before we received it. It was 9:40pm when we finally got it. Other tables that had arrived after us where being served before us. I asked a few times about our order and kept hearing that it's coming soon. After seeing how many of the other tables that arrived after us were getting their food before us I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, but was told they were gone for the day. When the food finally was ready (which I had to bring myself from the counter), sadly my burger was cold. My younger daughter had ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, the lettuce had a hair in it. My other daughter ordered a vegan burger with lettuce and tomato and no mustard or Mayo, and she was very disappointed when after waiting for so long, she got the wrong thing: it had no lettuce no tomato and contrary to what she asked for (I have the ticket that specifies no mustard or Mayo) it had both, mustard and Mayo. We brought it to the attention of the employee and she said she could replace both, but by then it was too late and we didn't want to wait another 40 min. All in all a very unpleasant experience. I don't know if it's me or what, but I ALWAYS get the regular fries WITHOUT the toppings I ordered. The last 4 or more times I came here, the same deal. I get the fries without the toppings. OK, I know the people who work here are young and probably haven't had the opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience, so I blame the management for lack of training in culturally sensitive topics. This would have been a fantastic experience if it was not for the low-voltage energy that you feel once you walk in. Was everyone high? Probably. AND THAT'S TOTALLY FINE, except for when you (the cashier) gave a customer a cup for the beverage machine, and that customer is waiting to use that machine, DON'T jump in front of the customer to get yourself a soda. Just let that customer go first, it's the courteous thing to do. Maybe she was going thru something? Idk. I'm all about having a good time at work to make the day go by. This is the first Yelp review I ever write however it is thanks to Luis S. in Beacon Lakes. He came up to our table to check up on us to determine if our food was ready yet. Since it was not, he circled back to the kitchen then came back to our table with an update. He was completely honest and told us one of the servers gave our food to another customer, he immediately apologized & offered some milkshakes on the house.
