Passable, but I'll pass next time. So, I've tried eating at two of these locations. Both times I ordered a specialty burger and was underwhelmed bit times. The CEO was cooked properly, but lacked condiments which is half of the experience. I didn't really taste the truffle or tomato jam which should have made up for the salt less patty. The burger lacked seasoning/flavor and the onion rings were greasy and poorly cooked. The red velvet concrete was really good and that would be the only thing I'd come back for. As I walked in, I noticed the restaurant was very clean and pristine, shiny, and elegant for a burger joint. I had heard wonderful reviews, some claiming it was equal or even better than Five Guys, so my expectations were high and excitement through the roof. I was greeted as soon as the customer inn front of me completed their order. The young man who took my order was so bubbly, friendly, and even offered his opinion when I was unsure what to choose. The customer service was unbelievably wonderful! It is rare to meet a cashier who is so uplifting and cheerful. Our order was taken without a problem and the receipt reflected the correct order. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger (add lettuce, no tomatoes and burgerfi sauce on the side), the Ceo burger as is, 3 piece chicken tenders with honey mustard, regular fries, and a black+white shake with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. The total came out to $37 and some change. While pricier than a typical fast food joint, it seemed reasonable if this place is really as good as they all say. I have to say, I was disappointed. Not because of my high expectations, but because our order was not fulfilled accurately. We'll take it piece by piece. First, the double bacon cheeseburger. The presentation was fantastic. It got me even more excited than I had been. There was no bacon in the burger, and to me the bacon is what distinguishes the burger. If I didn't want bacon I wouldn't have paid the extra to get the bacon cheeseburger. My sauce did come on the side which I appreciated. The patties were blander than an unsalted potato chip. The bun had some good soft bun action. I would give it a 2.5 out of 5. Next, the CEO burger. his burger was $11 and some change. This is supposedly a wagyu and brisket patty with swiss cheese and a candied bacon and tomato jam. I would not believe this was wagyu unless it was just not premium. The patty was dry and bland. It had a beefy taste but nothing about it made me want to keep eating it. They gave me ample cheese which helped to dress up the boring patty, but more than half of my bites were only bun, dry patty, and cheese. There was a tiny scoop of the jam which added a fun barbecue-like flavor, but there was not nearly enough to dress the burger. I was extremely disappointed to have spent almost $12 on a burger that seemed like it was worth no more than $6. I would give this a 2 out of 5. The French Fries were actually pretty good. Respectably salted with a nice crispy crunch. A regular order was about the size of a McDonald's large. There were about 6 or 7 ketchup packets - plenty enough to dip each fry. I was very satisfied with my fries. 4 out of 5. You can't complain about the chicken tenders. They were crispy, juicy, and obviously fresh. I was given barbecue sauce instead of the honey mustard that I ordered. Since I got takeout I was sad I couldn't do anything about it when I discovered my missing sauce, but I'll be honest, if I had checked my bag before leaving the store this issue could have been easily fixed. 5 out of 5 Last but not least, the black+white shake. This was a delicious shake. More chocolatey than other joints but since I'm a chocolate lover you will not catch me complaining. Super thick and creamy. A premium milkshake if you will. Another 5 out of 5. While 3 of our 5 items were a great treat, and the customer service was out of this world, I have to give a 2 out of 5 because of how disappointing the burgers were. For such a steep price I expected to be left with a smile on my face and some burger drip on my plate. The burger is the star of the meal yet my meal was left completely lacking. The BurgerFi in WhiteMarsh, MD is by far one of the worst locations I've been to. I visited this location on August 11 of 2022. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling, leaking brown fluid into a bucket on the floor, which was splashing this said fluid on to customers that were trying to order food (the bucket was directly behind the register being used to take orders). Common sense would have been to use the register away from the leaking ceiling. I waited almost 40 minutes for two burgers and an order of fries. There was no communication from the assistant manager, Reese/Mya. I overheard the cook in the back, yelling to the front (Mya-asst mgr) that they were not selling any more burgers at 9 PM, to only sell chicken products. It's a burger establishment! The store closed at 10 PM, then arpprox., at 9:20 he told her no more french fries. The assistant manager ran from the register to the back to handle food without cleaning hands or putting on gloves. The experience was horrific. There was no communication between the staff and the customers of the wait time, no compassion, no courtesy or apology after the duration of waiting so long. As a business owner and customer, professionalism is very important, but also making sure that you are making your customers aware of your situation and not making excuses. If zero stars was an option I would have surely given them this! Never again. read more

Got food delivered through a delivery service, we each had a regular cheeseburger and fries, my son had his cajun seasoned. The burgers are very good, and very messy! So this was my first time here. I saw great reviews on yelp so wanted to try it out for myself. I was waiting for a while and started asking when my food would be ready and was told "it's up next" three different times. I ordered my food at 7:08 received it at 8:00pm. The manager saw that I had been waiting for a while so he came up to me and offered me a complete refund and my food (which was great costumer service). But then my food came out and the burger was really good, But I don't know if I would get it again. I ordered the Veggiefy burger and it was $8 and much smaller then I expected it to be. The bread wasn't toasted at all so that upset me but honestly I was too hungry and upset to even care at this point (pregnant and hungry don't mix well). However the fries were BURNT. I mean like 75% of them were legit black and the onion rings and fries were cold and greasy (mind you I paid $6 for these fries). I told the manager this and he replaced them with free onion rings. I also asked 4 different people for honey mustard and was given a weird bbq tasting sauce instead (all 4 times, even after telling them this). All in all I don't know if I would come here again. Yes they had wonderful Customer service and they handled the situation really well by refunding me and the manager personally speaking with me. But I was still really disappointed that my food came out so late and even then still had problems with it. My family ordered BurgerFi as carryout last week. I am pescatarian, but had been wanting a grilled burger. So I was super pumped to learn they had offerings for vegans and vegetarians. I ordered the BeyondBurger and it was beyond amazing. I had never had a beyond burger due to being skeptical about them but decided to try one and I'm glad I did. They burger bun was soft and fresh as we all the toppings. Giving this 4 stars versus 5 because they did forget a few sauces we asked for on the side. Other members of my family ordered cheeseburgers, the half onion rings (which were HUGE) half fries side, chicken tenders, a chocolate shake, and two chocolate concrete. We had never ate here so we weren't sure what to expect with the concretes. It was basically chocolate overload-chocolate ice cream, brownie or fudge pieces, and chocolate chips.
