BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER
BaÅŸak O.

I am glad that I aet free antibiotics meat! Taste of meat was good. But the bread!!! I don't have comfort food very often! When I heard there is an award winning burger, I wanted crazy about try it in my diet-free day! Disappointed!!! Service was ok. Ambience was ok. Even taste of meat was ok. But the total look and taste of burger no way! Especially bread was like artificial and veeeeery thin just like paper. It's a too much stuff in it and bread can't keep them together. I get really upset!

Fries are decent. Ordered the Wagyu burger but that's definitely not what they put in for me and not what I got. But I think I was pretty clear when ordering. He seemed to understand by nodding his head but the screen was broken so I couldn't verify what he was putting in for me. So all the other reviews about them getting orders wrong and the staff seeming disengaged seem to be spot on and they seem to be pretty consistent about it. Fries were warm but far from hot. My burger was almost cold, definitely not made to order as my cheese had already hardened. One patty shouldn't even be an option (reference picture-- Looks like a junior burger patty---I took top of bun off because it was too much bread for the patty). Asked for the burger sauce on the side and never got it. Paid $15 plus tax for my meal and drink (tip extra because everyone expects that now); could have gotten a freshly made burger and thicker patty for the same (or less) at a pub or full restaurant. Will satisfy my burger craving elsewhere next time.

Burgerfi is a tough one to review. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood at the machine confused for a minute trying to order. We finally figured it out and patiently waited for our food to come out. It took awhile and it was wrong, but that's actually when things turned in the right direction. The staff was apologetic and fixed it immediately. They were really nice and down to earth. The food was pretty tasty. I had the burger bowl with extra protien. Price wise, like everything else, it was expensive. But nowadays what isn't?

Truthfully, I've been sort of avoiding this place because of the poor reviews on Yelp. But I was craving a burger. The kind of craving that can't be satisfied at McDonald's or those type of low-level fast food places. I wanted a grab it with both hands, topped the way I wanted it, BURGER. And, gloriously, BurgerFi did NOT disappoint. Yeah, it was a little expensive. I mean $77 for four sandwiches, two orders of fries/onion rings, and a couple of FreeStyle Cokes seems a little extreme to me, and therefore I will not be back, but it was a great burger. We used the self-order kiosk because there didn't seem to be anyone at the counter. I regret doing that because my boyfriend and my mom spent quite a bit of time bickering about how to do it. My mom is terrified of the newfangled kiosks and self-checkouts and makes my boyfriend do all the ordering, even though she's the one who pays. I feel like having a BurgerFi worker taking our order would have been faster, and we wouldn't have ended up ordering all the items separately, instead of as combos. I had to roll away after I told them what I wanted because I couldn't handle watching two people snapping at each other, while neither one of them were doing it correctly. Then, as if all that wasn't annoying enough, they couldn't figure out how to use the FreeStyle Coke machine, and a fellow diner (a total stranger) came over to help us. All I wanted was one of the limited time holiday flavored sodas that the machine claimed to offer. What I got was a sickly sweet SUPER flat coke with cream syrup in it (because the machine is not wheelchair user friendly, I couldn't take charge of the situation myself). Do not recommend that. When I'm eating a big ass burger I need carbonation! So I had the BurgerFi Cheeseburger with grilled onions, FiSauce, and jalapenos (which were SO spicy). I would have liked to have had just a single patty, but we couldn't figure out how to remove a patty (the sandwich comes with two) on the kiosk. Don't get me wrong, I ate the whole thing, but lunch was the only thing I ate that day. I also got a side of onion rings. They were huge, and thus there were only 5, but they were fairly unremarkable in flavor. I preferred my mother's fries. My mother (doesn't eat beef. It's a whole thing, none of it is logical) so she ordered the Fi'ed Chicken Sandwich (All-Natural, Cage-Free Chicken Breast from Springer Mountain Farms, Organic Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, Pickle Chips, Lettuce, Tomato). Personally, I don't need all these "cage free... organic" tags. I've yet to feel like any of those labels make for a better product, but you sure pay more for them. She said that she liked it; didn't offer me a bite so I cannot give my own opinion. She did go on and on about how much she loves chicken with mustard, and how she usually mixes mayo and mustard together when she has chicken at home, but honey mustard was also good. My boyfriend can never have just one sandwich, especially when it comes to burgers, so he had BBQ Rodeo Burger (Double Natural Angus Beef, Charred Jalapeños, Pepper Jack Cheese, Crispy Haystack Onions, Memphis Sweet BBQ) plus he added an onion ring and bacon AND Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (Double Natural Angus Beef, Double American Cheese, Double Bacon) plus he added a fried egg. I don't know how the heck he ate a pound of beef, but he did. And he enjoyed it, as I suspected he would. I would like to explore their milkshakes, as they use custard, but they're like $8 and I was already feeling guilty for the price of the meal. I don't know if the milkshakes are enough to bring me back into the restaurant. I know if I do return my boyfriend is not leaving without cheeseburgers, and then there's the whole expensive bill again. For $80 we can get a load more food somewhere else. But those burgers ARE delicious.

Was out shopping with friends and wanted a quick bite to eat. Decided to try this restaurant. I got fries and a chili dog. It was delicious. The dog had a little kick to it. The service was alright. You order your food and they bring it to your table. All other condiments are self serve, including the drinks. The restaurant was a nice chill spot. You can eat inside or choose to sit outside. Great if you enjoy burger joints.

We came by for the $3 cheeseburger promo for National Cheeseburger Day. All we had to do was buy a Free Style beverage. Easy! I ordered mine with white cheddar and raw onions, yum. It was tender and smacking with flavor. They say it is Angus beef. It was delicious. I thought about asking for med-rare, but that would be a study in futility just looking at the staff making the food. It came out with 2 burgers, giving it height, a pleasant surprise. The bun was fresh and had the logo stamped on it. The only thing I did not care for was the chopped onions. They just don't stay put, so it was a fall and gather mission. My husband had the regular American cheese along with lettuce and tomato toppings. He really enjoyed it. These burgers had plenty of mouth feel, and every bite was enjoyed. We also split an order of onion rings, they are cooked to order. Piping hot, crisp, and were at least an inch tall. These were expensive, about $1/ring, and there were 5 in the container. The staff was courteous and helpful, could not have been nicer from the cashier to the servers. This was a lunch we totally enjoyed! Parking is a bit of a challenge, depending on the time of day.

When we went, we got a burger, chicken sandwich, onion rings, fries and a milkshake. Everything was delicious and I especially loved the way they prepared the onion rings. Thin batter, light and crunchy! However, the service was subpar. They didn't have all the condiments available at the counter so when I requested for some things, they assured me they would bring it over but were never brought to us. They also ran out of things (napkins) and those were never refilled for others to use. With that, it didn't appear that they were understaffed as they had about 3-4 cooks in the back with 2-3 ppl bringing out food. We went at peak dinner time and although the customers came in waves, it never seemed to have gotten packed to the point all the tables were taken up.

Kids were off school today, so we wanted to go out for lunch. I like that they have outdoor seating (in the shade) and with AstroTurf. I ordered 2 kids meals with fries, 2 cheeseburgers, and a large "urban style" fries. You then get a number while they cook your food, and then the food gets brought to you. We got our food and the server realized that he had forgotten our chicken tenders. We got it in a few minutes. I started eating the fries and was wondering why they tasted like regular fries. Turns out they were regular fries and we hadn't gotten the kids fries. We went inside to notify the staff and they corrected the mistake (gave us the 2 kids fries amad also our large urban style fries). So they made things right, but was certainly quite a few mistakes. I got the "urban style" recommendation from a staff member, but I didn't like them and wouldn't order those again. Maybe I'll try Cajun seasoning next time. The burger was fine...well cooked and juicy. What really makes the burger is that fi sauce. So yummy!

Large fry anyone?

M M Mmmm mmm! I purchased a large fry, wagyu brisket burger & a regular bacon burger all for the price $30. It was so tasty well as you can see there are no pics of it.After the burger the fries didn't matter but they were still good .The portion is huge.Unfortunately even though they advertise wine and beer. They don't have wine & although they have local beer it's non alcoholic.

Meh... Had high hopes but we weren't impressed. We had the CEO burger and thought with the wagyu beef it would be great but not really. Husband even said he would have preferred Wendy's Fries were cold... not crispy at all. I did like the aioli that's we added. Really not impressed especially since it was by no means an inexpensive, quick burger place.

Chicken sandwich, tenders, and fries were all just alright. The tenders are nothing special and we weren't offered any dipping sauce options to try. Garlic parm fries were soggy and there was too much of the topping for how potent it was. Service was friendly and relatively fast with the food. Interior is nice with lots of seating options.

Disgusting fries

$11 for fries and onion rings. They give you a small fry and three onion rings. They clearly never change their oil. Very soggy, black, and undercooked. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered a flatbread pizza that was good and the pesto chicken sandwich (no bun) that was delicious! Sandwich was served with house made chips that were worth fighting over. Tons of specials. Just a terrific place to perch. Will be back. They even have Keno!

I popped in to The Local with one of my friends for a much needed happy hour and we were both in consensus we had to come back to try some other menu items and specials. $7 for the house Sangria and a mule of the day, was a great start to the evening and quite tasty. We both dined on the burger and fries and enjoyed the dish. I would've like a bit of seasoning on the burger patties and maybe a cheddar or American cheese, but that's my personal preference. I asked for the black truffle aioli on the side and that was definitely the way to go to really be able to taste the black truffle. And might I say the aioli was delicious. Our waitress was great and very attentive. The Local offers different specials on various nights and even does live music on Friday nights. On the plus side my family enjoyed the ribs and crab balls. On the negative side, the fish in my fish and chips was painfully thin and small. Normally you get a nice chunky piece of fish when you get fish and chips. Not only that, l've never had fish and chips where the skin was on the fish. I left most of the skin behind, but ate some of it because the portion was so small. I had to eat something. Please have the chef look up what fish and chips is supposed to look like. Despite being the only server, our wait person was outstanding - it wasn't their fault that they had to handle the entire dining room. . Also appreciated the carafe of water on the table - but why no ice -had to drink lukewarm water. Make sure to ask for prices upfront and verify-for a single crabcake entrée, we paid $63 when it's advertised online as 30. Let the buyer beware..
