First of all they had a sign posted that they only take cash, That's very inconvenient. I asked the girl working there where the nearest ATM was and i was told at the gas station. I wasn't very happy about that but I decided to eat there anyway. I ordered the build your own burger with the side of onion rings. The burger was good, the patty reminded me of a Wendy's burger (it just had that taste to it) but the toppings enhanced the flavor. Now the onion rings were AMAZING! Came during 12 o clock lunch hour. Only waited around 15 minutes for the food and I got it to go. I got the Burger Fi Burger Single Patty and added cheese. I also added the regular fry. All in all, I would say it was a pretty delicious burger and fry. I could compare it to five guys but obviously Burger Fi is a little more pricey. I would definetly get it again, I just wish it didn't end up being $12 for a burger, fry, and a fountain drink. On the other hand, I do understand with organic foods, it costs a bit more to provide. First time in Burgerfi even though I've heard of them before. A co worker and I decided to go for lunch here and can honestly say u wasn't to much impressed, although I didn't set high standards to begin with in the first places lol. I mean it's just a burger spot, but supposedly according to the reviews a good one at that. So we get there after waiting a significant amount of time to order without a long line and just one person in front us, we finally order to be told they don't accept cash. Now being the kind friend I was treating my co worker to lunch but didn't drive and have my wallet on me, but I had cash. I was told they don't accept cash so I had the blackest look on my face like oh well your lost not mines I guess we can get our food then because I only have cash. So she then after going back n forth several times gets someone to open their register just to take my order, then on top of that there was no ice in the soda machines at all, and to top it all off we waited about 20 mins for our food when there was no one else waiting or no line at all smh. My daughter and I had a great experience at this location. It's far better than what we experienced at the Davis location who always got my order wrong. This was a place I was very excited to come visit, being a burger fan. And the menu was full of things that looked fantastic. However the food took over twenty minutes to come out and the cashier came over to us because apparently they forgot about us and the buzzer never went off. and the temperature was as if it had been sitting for a while in the window and the fries were hard and full of grease. The burger looked nothing like the picture and tasted like a mount of beef with no flavor. And I felt sick the rest of the day after eating this.
