It's about time a good burger place opened in Weston! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. My first time going the guy behind the counter broke down the entire menu for me and every time I go now I get treated with a tremendous amount of respect. The food can get pricey but it is worth for the amount of food you get. As for the burgers they taste great and they have a good variety of other things on the menu as well! This is my all time favorite place for burgers, but I also love the onion rings (they are huge). The staff are friendly and the food is usually served quickly. I am not a huge fan of their table set up as it can be quite difficult to navigate when it is busy. read more

I just knew it was not going to be a good dinning experience when they only cook their burgers to med-well/well done. That's not a good sign & I was correct. I ordered the brisket burger & of course was way over cooked to my liking which is med-rare & not impressed with taste overall. I placed my order at 1:12 over the phone and was told to be there to n 15 minutes. I was at the store and it was 1:57 and no food. They had no even finished cooking my food and the best part after I had asked. Several times for my order. The answer I received was "oh we mixed up your order with someone else" 45 minutes spent for nothing. Burgers were very good, although a bit overpriced. I would love to enjoy another burger however, I had terrible customer service. There was a girl with glasses at the register named Mia who had a very bad attitude, which completely ruined my experience. I asked for a custard and as she was serving it on the cup, I asked her if I could change it to a custard shake instead. She rolled her eyes with a bad attitude and went on to make me the shake like she didn't want to do it. If someone makes me something with a bad attitude there is very little chance that I'm going to enjoy it. Overall, burgers are good, fries are tasty, but the unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service makes me never want to go back. They are paying this girl to work there and she's just driving customers away. what a shame. read more

I am not sure what happened to BurgerFi. It used to taste so fresh, juicy and not so heavy like other burgers. But lately it is not so good. The decor is very cool, not fast food like at all. I wish the burgers on the menu weren't all double burgers because that leads to having to create your own. Reminds me of Elevation Burger except it is a tad nicer. The Coke machine is definitely a plus...turns your meal into fun trying all the different flavors. read more

I wanted to really enjoy this burger place as it is close to my house and I have heard good reviews, but sadly it was just so so. To start with everything was very greasy, we had the fries, onion rings, and cheese burgers. The buns were too small for the burgers and they were deformed and wrinkled, as if they were in a plastic bag too long. I had high hopes. After all. Everybody Raves about BurgerFi. I opted not to pay Three and a half bucks for a small french fries so I got just a BurgerFi burger with bacon and a small fountain drink. Attack of the new burger restaurants! Apparently this is the new wave of cool places to go, so we had to check it out. I was not super impressed. The staff was standard of any fast food type place. I swear I'm not a cranky old lady, but I couldn't read the dang menu while we were waiting in line because it printed in tiny type on the wall above the cashier's head. If they had printed that sucker a bit bigger it would probably keep their line moving at little faster. Ah well. Ambiance was not the name of the game here anyway, it's just fancy Burger King. I must say I am fascinated by the new Coke fountain machines with a billion choices, of course Burger Fi has 2 to serve you all the pop you want. The burger itself was great and juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. By far the best part of the meal was the Key Lime custard thing we got for dessert. It was highly recommended by some friends who are regulars here. All in all if you're craving a great burger and a custard dessert head to Burger Fi. This pick up experience was just awful. I ordered three burgers, a hot dog and fries. I ordered one burger with add on items. After getting back home I noticed they had just stuffed the burger with the add ons and left out everything else (lettuce, tomato, sauce etc) that were supposed be in the burger. I called back and the person on the phone was just incapable to even form proper sentences - no apologies, no solutions - and then while I'm waiting for him to reply, he hungs up on me! Food was mediocre as well: hotdog bun was burned and the sausage was so hard you couldn't even take a bite. We threw it away. My hamburger (as mentioned) was lacking ingredients and the third one was soaked in grease. read more

We usually come here with the family after work if we're feeling like a burger. The cashier is always really friendly and the manager is always circulating and making sure the customers are happy. I love the doors that stay open in the front to let fresh air in and the burgers are quality. They also have the cool Coca Cola machine that has a million different soda combinations. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it and the portions are pretty big. read more

Burgers are great. Used to go to a competitor (ends with 21) but the burgers here are better imho. Really love their plain fries and BurgerFi sauce. The vanilla shake was good. Ordered online twice so far and they are quick. 10 minutes for my pickup order to be ready. Make sure they don't forget your drinks and/or shakes as I've had my items almost forgotten at pickup. When the GM does stuff he doesn't not have to. We went to BurgerFI for the first time. Good was great !! Wife had ordered wrong. She ordered a burger and did not know why it did not come out like the picture. The GM was very kind in explaining the way she ordered and then bought us a meal. He was doing everything in his power to make to experience exceptional and he succeeded. Just by being himself. You can tell his crew working for him feels the same. Great food coming from California and in and out the burgers are good but the service sucks. They should take a lesson from in and out and they might have something. Employees just want to chat with there friend and not take care of customers. Too bad like the food. Went back and again the service gets worse. Make you wait in line while employees just chat. Terrible service just too bad because the food is great. Area manager should fire the service staff and start over. Have to try another location to see if any better. read more

This burger and fry place is fantastic. Got the Burgerfi and was juicy with fresh tomato and lettuce. The frys are unreal. We did Take-out from BurgerFi Weston on 10/4/17. I called the order in from the car while enroute. Matthew took our order and he was polite and professional. At one point, my phone dropped the call and he called me right back, before I could call him. When I arrived, Jeff, courteously, double-checked my order for correctness and Matthew brought it over. What a nice smile he has! I offered to tip them and they, nicely, declined but let me know that I could write a review. So, here I am, letting everyone know that these young people give great service and my order was perfect and btw our food was great!! We went there last night burgers and fries very greasy !!! Staff was friendly and nice, the food was over priced for greasy food and well well done meat !!!!
