I tried to tip but was not able to due to it only being cash so I deduct a star for that. It's my first time returning to a Fuddruckers as an adult, a manager took our order and was helpful with helping me order and going over menu and the different options/toppings. After ordering it didn't take too long for our food to come out. Food was fresh, the lamb burger was amazing! Cooked how I liked it. The fries could've had a little salt but it wasn't bad. I love the toppings bar so you can add what you like. I'm fortunate enough to live near a Fuddruckers & thankfully this location is very good. I've been going to this one for many years & there isn't a time that stands out where it's been a bad experience. The dining area is very big & tends to be clean because the employees are always doing rounds or standing by. There's memorabilia from all the different decades that stretches from wall to wall & even along the ceiling which is a nice touch! Of all the times I've gone, there was only once where I had an issue because my burger was over cooked but when I brought it back they had no problem cooking me a new patty. They tend to be well staffed & most of the employees have good attitudes when you ask them about something. They offer burgers in 1/3, 1/2 & 2/3 lb options which comes cooked to your preferred temperature. After you get your burger it's time to go crazy on their topping bar. The bar offers everything from lettuce, tomato, onions & pico de Gallo to all of the condiments you could think of such as ketchup, mustard, mayo & relish! My personal favorite, is the warm cheese sauce that I always douse my burger & fries in. I don't usually order their milkshakes but I've had them a few times & they're absolutely amazing. Fuddruckers has been around for quite a while, but a lot of its restaurants are closing. I'm not exactly sure why that is, but the few times I've gone to one over the last ten years, they have been virtually empty even during lunch or dinnertime. I think they're just a little too outdated at this point. People want "craft" everything and pretty, photogenic food. Fuddruckers just isn't really that. My visit to this location was to meet up with some friends while I was in town. I had a turkey burger with guacamole and grilled onions with coleslaw on the side. I could taste the oil they used to cook the food and it did not taste very good. The guac also tasted like it was packaged, not fresh. So you might be better off adding avocado slices instead. The coleslaw was pretty decent. It's the creamy, sweet Southern style. The one nice thing about Fuddruckers is you can add as many base toppings that you like, including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, and the like. The decor is also kind of fun. We sat in a large booth with Beatles photographs all around it. There's plenty of seating both inside and out, so it is good for groups. Overall it's pretty average food, though. read more

It has been a while since I ate at Fuddruckers. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger was huge. I could not finish it. The taste of the burger overall was pretty good. I added some lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard from the bar. The fries were not so great. They were pretty flavorless and boring. My soda was flat. I tried a different one and that was also flat. I guess the whole fountain was no good. This is the type of place where employees take away the trays after patrons leave. There were a lot of tables that had trays and garbage left behind. To me, that makes for an unappetizing environment while I am eating. There are several good restaurants in this plaza. I will probably skip Fuddruckers in the future. read more

You can pick if you either want 1/3 or 1/2 lb patty for your burger. I ordered 1/2 lb swiss melt combo. It came with wedge fries and a drink. My boyfriend got an oreo milkshake instead of a regular drink. What I find interesting about this place is they always give you some excess milkshake in a separate cup/container which I appreciate. So I had a wonderful time here. The atmosphere is great and fun and service was good. The food was for me a little less diserable. I had the bourbon burger which I didn't care for the bacon it was too soggy for me and the actual beef patty didn't have much flavor. Everyone from my group enjoyed their meal. Maybe it was just the type of burger I got. The way you pick up your food and add your condiments yourself was a little chaotic while being busy, but it's part of the charm of the restaurant. Fuddruckers is about 5-10 mins from my house and we frequent this location, especially when walking around Pembroke gardens. They have burgers, dogs, chickens sandwiches and many other options. This time around we got all of them! My wife got a delicious cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I got a a chicken sandwich topped with cheese and crispy bacon, which i added tons of their fresh toppings to. Their fresh topping bar is amazing! Lettuce by the leaf or shredded, onion by the ring or diced, tomatoes, jalapeños, and everything you can imagine! They also have all the condiments you can imagine, including unlimited melted cheese sauce for your fries!!! The only negative was it took FOREVER to get my daughters hot dog which should've been the first thing to come out. Came with a friend who was hankering for the infamous Fuddrucker hotdogs. I wasn't going to eat anything and decided instead to try their bowl of chili and the Napa valley grilled chicken (tracking macros you know!) Well, let me tell you not only was this restaurant very clean but the service was on point. From the manager to the staff working behind the counter they were super courteous and the greatest surprise of all was the chili was very good and the salad was excellent! Nice portions and fresh tasting. I was impressed with this location. I've been to the one in Hialeah and that location is a hard pass. Would definitely come back to this Pines location.
