Not a good first experience. So, the service- I was not greeted as I approached the register, I didn't even get a smile. They ran out of ketchup. My friend went to the register and was given ketchup packets. When I went to get some, I was told "it's coming" referring to the refill for the ketchup dispenser, which took more than 5 minutes. Now the food, I was disappointed in the obnoxiously large onion rings! One had the layer you're supposed to peel off with the skin. They were bland and the bottom half was soggy. First of all, let me tell you that I'm typically not a big burger guy. I've always found most burgers to be rather tasteless. However, my experience with Burgerfi was phenomenal! I came in around 9:30 PM, right before they closed up shop at 10pm (whoops!) so I was a bit worried about the food being more mediocre since most restaurants stop cooking an hour before closing time. This was not the case with Burgerfi where the food was fresh, tasty and quick. I was pretty impressed considering the time of the day. I was also impressed with the customer service, Brad, the guy at the cashier stand saw that I forgotten my glasses and quickly offered an easier to read menu and he was friendly, upbeat and attentive. Once again, I'm coming in 30 minutes before closing so this was pretty awesome. I found that Burgerfi takes the best of the customization of Five Guys with the quality of Shack Shake and combines it to create a delicious burger. They also offer a small draft and bottle beer selection, so look at that! I hope that this place stay around for the long term. They have the best burger of all times. The beef is so fresh and raised without all the yucky stuff other burger meat has in it. The major reason I go is for the onion rings. We live right across from the shopping center burgerfi is located in and decided to finally try it out. When we first walked in we thought it was well decorated, but also noticed how inefficient the layout is. The line forms between rows of tables so people are constantly shuffling around to get to tables and get in line. Then we ordered our beers and food. We weren't handed our beers right away so I just thought they give them to us when our food was ready. Then I saw everyone else get beers right away so I had to go up and tell them I hadn't gotten my beers yet. Then my buzzer went off three times and they kept asking me if my name was Ebony... my name is Larry. The girl who's order they kept asking about had been waiting but they kept calling me up, so I asked the girl that had been sitting empty handed since we walked in if that was her and it sure was. Fast forward 30 minutes and we finally get our food! It looks good, we got the CEO, large fries with garlic and parmesan and a double cheeseburger. Both the burgers were average, hardly worth the price. The fries were pretty good though. All in all, I highly doubt we will be returning. The poor service, layout, marginal food and the staff who seemed to run around like they had no idea what was going on make it very hard to recommend this place. read more

Fountain drink prices were higher than other establishments. Big deal breaker was the amount of TIME it took to bring out my single cheeseburger, well over 25 minutes! If you're hungry do not expect speedy service from here just because it is a burger joint. I saw another family of 4 that came before us getting super impatient staring in the direction of the kitchen, I guess it just takes forever for them to make a burger. Perhaps get rid of the branding on the bun if that's what's adding on all this time. If you've got time to wait I recommend going to a sit-down and serve type restaurant like maggianos, they'll probably be faster with the food delivery. I think the food is great! However, the service is horrendous from my experience. The staff has great attitudes but they seem like a bunch of kids who just started that day. I waited in line for 45 minutes because there was only one register open. Annoying. But fine. But when they gave my food away to the wrong person I was furious and starving. But still, I received a gift card for my troubles so I said nothing more. Cool. But then....I called to order food to pick up using that gift card and it was unable to use it online for some reason. Both times, the person on the other line had NO clue to what I was asking. They just told me they their best guess then said "that should work". I had to actually hang up and call a store in a different state to get a clear answer. "It can only be used in store" (which was literally a 30 second call). I doubt I'll ever go back here. I just lack the patience for this kind of stuff when I'm hungry. If I do ever go back it will be years down the road or in a completely different location. This place is unorganized and ridiculous. I stopped by for a shake on my break at work. It was around 3pm. It was pretty busy in there. I didn't try the burgers but I DID try the shakes! My friends mixed a bunch of different shakes all into one which was cool that they let us do that. I ordered the red velvet shake and that was amazing too. You can get "concrete" drinks that look pretty neat- it's like layers or ice cream & cake in a cup. They actually made those on accident for us and had to remake our shakes! Haha. So as far as I'm concerned, the shakes get an A+. The ambiance is pretty decent. It's cute inside! There aren't any TVs or anything (not that tvs matter when you go out to eat but for some it does) and it's kind of small. When it's busy it's very crowded and there's almost nowhere to wait for the food. Another thing that wasn't great is that their ticket times are long. We waited quite some time for the shakes. But they are a brand new store and they were decently busy so I wouldn't hold it against them of course. And plus the employees there were great, extremely nice and laid back. I would definitely go back to try the burgers. And i will definitely be there to get more shakes in the future. As long as they work on those ticket times!! :) read more

Totally digging the ambiance, the decor and most importantly the food. The burgers are amazing! I've eaten lots of onion rings in the past but non as good as these. I purchased a double patty beyond burger, regular fries, and a shake. When I arrived at the store I was informed that the shake machine was broken. I asked for a refund but was told they don't do refunds and I could get something of similar value. I said I just wanted a refund. I purchased something that they could not provide and I wanted a refund. The store took my name and assured me that I'd get a free shake next time I ate there. I did not get any receipt to indicate I was owed a free shake. Needless to say, I don't trust that too much. I'd like to get refunded the value of one shake. Ok... let me start by saying that this place has great food! However on my last visit I ordered on line and had my first bad experience with BurgerFi. My time to pick up food was set at 602. When I arrived at 605 or so they place was not packed. I figured that my for was more than likely ready. Nope.. NO PROBLEM... I'm coool no rush. So time goes by no food now more people arrive online orders as well. Nobody is getting any food. Come to find out we all have similar times that food should be ready. 45 minutes later I get my food. Lucky I checked my bag, because they left out two of my items. So I went back to the counter to let them know about the mistake. It took another 30 minutes to get a burger and chicken tenders. My milkshakes didn't have the toppings on them a my fries didn't have the right toppings on them. Just all messed up.. I did get new shakes.. but not one sorry it took so long or let me give you a discount.. just I've been here all day how do you think I feel... We've ordered to-go multiple times during the pandemic. Every single time, without fail, something has been forgotten on my order. Whether it's the grilled onions (today), the Fi sauce or the jalapeños, there's always something missing. I forgive them though because the food is always good even with ingredients missing. After a few emails hyping up their sauces, we decided to order to-go again and I added on the bacon jalapeño ranch for my fries. It was a $.57 charge but that's worth it for a good dipping sauce, right? Friends...they only filled the little cup a third of the way full. A third!! The sauce was delicious but didn't even get me halfway through my fries. $.57 isn't much but it's too much for so little dipping sauce. The Burgers, fries and onion rings (my favorite!) are good but why bother advertising the sauces if you're going to charge so much for so little? I'll keep coming back but I won't be ordering the sauce again until you guys make better use of the space in those cups. read more

You will not find better burgers and better service anywhere else! PERIOD! Their burgers are well prepared. They are juicy and extremely delicious. Same with their fries. I haven't tried their custards but I bet they are good as well. All their ingredients are fresh and that is a huge plus.
