Highly recommend this place! I really enjoyed my visit. It was my first time here. Parking is easy to find in front. Jess was so nice and welcoming! She helped me with my order. I told her I really didn't want any bacon in my burger - and she said they use a special foil to cook the patty so it doesn't touch the bacon grease! Wow! I don't think I've ever had that kind of understanding. You can order as many toppings as you want, and again Jess was so patient and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the quality. The burger was excellent! The sauerkraut and grilled mushrooms were excellent. The burger was exactly how I asked for it to be - no blood but not burned. It was perfect! I can't wait to come back! Burgers N'Bites is a great addition to Bethel. Staff is friendly and my food has always been ready in time when ordering take out. I particularly love their Lobster Roll and could easily eat one everyday when they are in season! The Mac & Cheese balls are also yummy, without being too greasy. Such a great addition to Barnum Square! I really liked the variety of toppings they offered and that you had the ability to customize your burger any way you like. We had never tried a salmon burger before, so when we saw it on the menu we thought it would be a good idea to branch out and try it! They did a good job with it, and I was glad I got their chipotle mayo on it because it made for a pretty good pairing! Love the selection of little bites on the menu too- the spinach and artichoke bites were super addicting and made me want to see this on more menus! What a fantastic addition to Bethel! Burger and bites, not only brings great grub and flare to Barnum Square but also makes eating out both affordable and enjoyable. Came here on their soft opening night, and the line was out the door. We were not only impressed with how the food appeared, but more so with how quickly the food was being delivered and how well the staff handled its bustling crowd. The stud and I ordered a hotdog with all the fixings, a cheeseburger that was generously stacked with grilled onions and mushrooms, beer-battered onion rings, and these ridiculously mouthwatering, fontina, mac & cheese bites, and of course, let's not forget ... the classic black and white shake. We waited maybe about 15 minutes for our food but the sweet treats were delivered within five minutes ....slurrppppp. It was delivered to our table by a smiling staff member who impressed us by how well he worked the floor, and how quickly he cleared and cleaned the tables. The burger itself was nice and thick and perfectly cooked and the freshness of the ground beef, as well as the quality, really sparked my taste buds into euphoria! The stud's hotdog was the fat foot-long, and he was very pleased with how it snapped as he bit into it. The beer battered onion rings were a very generous portion that were fried into golden perfection and naturally delicious... definitely worth of a Lipitor! The fontina mac & cheese bites... Dreamt of those that night!!! They came with a dipping sauce that had so much pop. The milkshakes were nice and thick and sinfully satisfying. I may be weird but I'm not a fan of fast food burgers. I'll let others weigh in there. When I heard about this new burger place opening just down the street, I was pretty ambivalent. But I AM A SUCKER for a good salmon burger and I've tried them from all kinds of places. From east to west, north to south, beach food shacks to fancy restaurants. I decided to give B&B a shot tonight and lo and behold there's a salmon burger on the menu. I ordered it a little fearful because so many places today just offer a generic frozen patty line you'd find at Trader Joe's. I can say 100% without it being even close- hands down this is THE BEST FREAKING SALMON BURGER I've ever had anywhere outside of Seward, Alaska where they pull wild fish right out of the river. Clearly homemade, chunky with ground salmon, perfectly seasoned, smashed on the flattop grill to crispy perfection. Not overpowered by the modest potato bun. Tomato and just a schmear of chipotle ranch (by request). Also shared a side of Guacamole Bites with my daughter and they were decadently good too. Never seen those anywhere else. Imagine a really good fried mozz stick but with guacamole instead of cheese. Half an order was plenty. So now the mad scientist in me is imagining a salmon burger with a few guacamole bites RIGHT ON THE BURGER and thinking that might just send me over the edge. Gonna try it next time I'm there, and I promise you that will be SOON! So glad to have B&B in town! I'll probably never have one of their beef burgers though, because the salmon is that good. Service was fast and friendly but my Pulled Pork Tacos I like meat and cheese only. I get without Mayo or Coleslaw and they came just meat and nothing else, no cheese. Looked so un-appetizing. Delicious food and wonderful service. I have some unusual food allergies. Sometimes staff can be less than kind when I ask about ingredients. The young lady checked with a smile to see which of the condiments contained my allergens. She immediately made me feel comfortable in the establishment. The food! My husband enjoyed his grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich. He commented that it was high quality chicken and very tasty. I loved one of their specials. My lobster roll may be the best I have had. It tasted so fresh. The toasted potato roll was loaded with perfectly poached lobster. The lobster was light and the accompanying lemon added just the right zing. It was my first time coming here. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. A cute little burger joint. I ordered onion rings and a cheeseburger. The onion rings were nice and crispy, and the burger had a good look. Had to knock a star because they put WAY too much mustard on the top and bottom buns to the point where it was the only thing I could taste - even with red onions and ketchup. Top things I loved about this place: - Service - Jess took our order and she was absolutely fantastic. She was patient with two people that had never been there, engaging and extremely helpful. Jess represents what an outstanding employee is: customer focused and highly professional. She also delivered our order to the table. Again, they nailed it. Fresh ingredients, correctly cooked meat (not too rare, not overcooked, correctly cooked!) - Physical Plant - loved the booths and the spacious layout of the restaurant. It is classy and still a little trendy. This place was a pizzeria before it was Burgers N Bites; 100% nicer atmosphere as Burgers N Bites! I'm going to go back and try some of the items like the tacos . I am impressed though, this place has definitely brought the "A" game to Bethel for comfort foods. Yes, there are other solid food places in Bethel. However much of the surrounding area has nothing like Burgers N Bites. Try this burger before frustrating yourself with Shake Shack or any fast food! Tried out the new spot in Bethel today. First it's the former location of Famous Pizza so the inside is pretty nice. Food was good, not something I would drive hours for but a good burger and fries place. They have other stuff on the menu for apps and bites but didn't try those. No Kids menu but they do have chicken tenders so something for kids that don't like burgers. Service was very nice and very helpful. Took a little time to get our food but I don't mind waiting for quality. If your in the area, I'd give this place a try. read more

There was a huge difference in the quality of the food. The Chicken Tacos are a must have! Seasoned to perfection, with great flavor and fresh ingredients. My daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders for its crispness and rated them 9.5! The burger bun is nice and soft while the burger was cooked to my liking which I appreciated. Husband, myself and my daughter were there last evening, and WOW, were we glad we stopped in. They have a really nice menu, and the young lady who helped us, Nicole, never rushed us, as we were taking our time to decide what we wanted. Since it was our first visit, we all chose burgers with different toppings, and three different sides - waffle fries, onion ring and sweet potato fries. Big, juicy burgers, almost too many fries to finish - ALMOST! My daughter never finishes her meals. It gets boxed up and forgotten in the fridge until somebody finally remembers to look. Not last night! We all finished every last bite, and we were all too full to even think about getting one of their shakes. When my grandmother and I walked in the door we were greeted by a lovely host. She made a number of great suggestions. We decided on the onion rings, sweet potato fries and salmon burger. Being from the Bronx and recently moving to CT, it's been a challenge finding good food. This place will hands down be one of my most frequent for myself and my family.
