So many burgers to choose from. I had the Elton John and it was so good. Patty made fresh, bun was soft and sweet, everything about it was perfect. Size, temp, etc. we shared the Jimmy Buffet loaded fries and they were delish. Toys with cheese, pork, jalapeños, bbq sauce. We had so much to eat we are stuffed. This place is located at a really nice food truck area with a good amount of parking and there's plenty of covered, shaded seating. The menu has sooooo many burger options to choose from and they all have really cool names. I got the traditional cheeseburger with bacon!!! The burgers are huge! You can also choose from regular, waffle or curly fries... I've always been a curly fry chic, lol! I decided to also try an oreo shake and let me just say I let my kids taste it and when I looked in the back seat to get the cup back, it was just about gone...definitely kid approved and I agree, very good. They are not lying when they say best burgers in Waco! I can definitely say that they have a special place in my heart. I got the Ozzy burger, which had avocado, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, apple smoked bacon, and a ground brisket patty with chipotle mayo on a jalapeño bun and an Oreo milkshake. Everything was 10/10! I loved how the textures and sweet & savory flavors complimented each other throughout the burger. I also had a side of curly fries which were perfect. What I also really like about them is how you can get any fried potato form (curly, crinkle, waffle fries & tots) not to forget, my Oreo milkshake was really good. I wish I could show you a picture of my perfect burger...but I ate it so fast, there was nothing left. I rolled up to this place late at night, just minutes before closing. I was expecting gruff service and a limited menu. But they were so friendly! They explained their menus and gave me suggestions on what to order. My burger was PERFECTLY cooked - Juicy and flavor filled. I'm glad I gave this place a try! Note - this are has multiple food trucks, so you have lots of options. Sometimes burgers with avocado get messy and the avocado slides around.. The Ozzy did not disappoint - the Pattie was juicy, the sauce was flavorful, the bun was soft, the lettuce was fresh, and the avocados were cubed so the burger didn't get messy! The crinkle cut fries were dusted with seasoning too which was a nice touch. The cashier was kind, helpful, and had an uncanny resemblance to one of the ladies from too hot to handle (you'll have to order for yourself). The chef must have been seasoned because he whipped up the burger in like 5 minutes and it was delicious. The ambiance was pretty chill, it's a collection of food trucks (trailers?) with a bar, string lights, and TVs. Some of THE BEST sweet potato fries I've ever had. You can tell they flash fry their fries so they're extra crispy and not greasy at all. I got the Frank Sinatra and wow the mushrooms were even sautéed to perfection. Sometimes you get a burger with mushrooms and they just get in the way but noooo not these. They made the burger even tastier. Even the tomato was nice and juicy. Kudos to the chef!! Staff could use some lessons in customer service but other than that, they know what they're doing when it comes to burgers and fries. Food was made quickly and everything was still nice and warm by the time we drove 15 minutes back home. The Jack Daniel's bourbon sauce is soooo good with the burger too.
