Go-to is a couple Original Cheeseburgers and some fries. Tillamook Cheeseburger when I'm feeling fancy. Seasonal things I look forward to are Blackberry, and Pumpkin smoothies. Very nice new Burgerville. It's huge with lots of seating. We apparently beat the lunch rush because by the time we finished eating the place was full! I love Burgerville even though they are not the cheapest place at all. Wish there was one closer to me. The bathrooms are just two single stall rooms so there can be a line waiting to use the restroom. But they were clean and usable. read more

Meh. I do enjoy that this place uses somewhat local ingredients, but the prices are ridiculous. You can easily go eat at First Burger which also uses local ingredients, and get a much bigger and better quality burger for the same price. Heck, Red Robin is the same price for a combo which is also massively bigger, you get unlimited fries, and I don't have to pay for dipping sauces. The food was alright. My bacon was horribly underdone and my cheese wasn't even melted. I'll stick with first burger or Gametime for an excellent huge burger for less of a price. We used to frequent Burgerville a lot. We particularly enjoyed their halibut fish and chips and the fresh (in season) strawberry shakes. Unfortunately, since they went all green and trendy they seem to think they can charge premium prices for marginal food. The quality and prices have definitely gone opposite directions. read more

Stopped for lunch on our way through OR, and it was a great discovery, the food was delicious! Slow service at the counter though. I had the Sweet Walla Walla Onion burger, which had caramelized sweet onions, Tillamook cheddar, and a hint of cayenne in the sauce. I added bacon for $1, which turned out to mean "$1 per slice", so I had just one slice for the whole burger (oh well). The burger itself was absolutely delicious!! The fries were nothing to write home about, but the Fresh Oregon Raspberry shake was amazing! I really like the local/sustainable ideal behind the restaurant but found it a little pricey for what you get. read more

Since I live in Eugene and we currently do not have a Burgerville, I am always looking forward to eating at one. I love the non beef options they have and now the non dairy milkshakes - which are amazing. I have come to expect higher prices due to the freshness and quality they provide. I have gone through the drive through of the Albany Burgerville, but have never dined inside, until yesterday, Sunday, July 21st. We were at the store around 5pm and it was fairly busy-fairly. After placing our order we went to sit down and the dining room was a disgusting mess. The floors were full of garbage and food and the tables were all dirty. We wiped down a table and sat down. I had great service here today as I always seem to have at Burgerville restaurants. Wholesome food at good prices and accommodating to food sensitivities. The employees were very amiable and the manager greeted me when I came in and was very kind. Also, the hot chocolate is quite good and not watery like that of most other fast-food chains. Not impressed at all with this Location. The last 2 times I've eaten here has not been good. The first out of the 2, the food just wasn't good like I'd expect Burgerville to be. I paid for Spread sauce and I did not get any either. Okay I wrote it off as a rare thing, I'll give them another shot... Well a couple of weeks ago I went back and told them that I paid for spread sauces last time and did not get them any. The guy was nice and reassured me they would get them in the bag this time at no charge. Well there's a big line behind me so I left the second I got my food, trusting that they were in the bag. I get about 20 feet ahead and I checked my bag and NO SPREAD SAUCE again. I was not happy. I then looked and there was about 15 cars in line. Already waiting 20 mins I said SCREW it and went home. I would go inside but with COVID it's not as simple as it use to be. I get home 5-6 mins later, sit down with my wife and was going to not worry about it as long as the food was good and the fries and burgers were COLD. Not luke warm but like sitting out an hour COLD. I sent in a complaint a couple weeks ago on their website and have not heard a word. Very frustrating when you spend $20 on food and it's cold and no spread sauce which is my favorite. This particular Burgerville is so-so. They do get orders wrong a lot, and the burgers are not made as good as some of the other Burgervilles. That being said, it's still delicious. I do not avoid it, I just make sure to check my order, especially in the drive through. The staff is pretty nice. read more

Quite frustrating to order a cup of extra spread and not receive it in our order. Especially, after the cashier asks if we needed ketchup or salt with the extra spread. We were already on the freeway ramp or we would have turned around. Come on drive-thru workers check the orders! read more

As someone from California visiting family in Oregon. I found this place to be so delicious. From their Marion berry drinks and deserts to there ever so delicious cheese burgers this place is the place to go for good fast food. I like Burgerville. My husband and daughter love it, too. We eat their burger 2 to 3 times a month, (sometimes more), at various locations. We usually happy about their food and service, but we will NOT go to this location in Albany again! We tried twice this location using online order system.NOT happy about they are SLOW both times, forget an ordered item, wrong dressing, AND we got wet by their water that is from their roof. Ordered the halibut? sandwhiches for lunch. Terrible....just plain terrible. We have had halibut sandwhiches before in Washington state and they were really good. Not here. Dry, overcooked and did not even look like halibut, plus it was a small portion, and you ate more bun than anything. Definitely should not have stopped, and will not ever go again. Enroute from NV to WA, we stopped out of our way to go to Burgerville. We even waited to eat until 3 pm instead of eating other fast food earlier. A friend of mine had recommended it as the best burger in Oregon. Meh. We ordered and the food took awhile. I am willing to wait for the right burger. When it arrived, we quickly realized: of four people, my burger was not correct, nor did it even have cheese on it. My son's strips were missing their sauce. I went to the counter but had to wait in a long line to make my complaint. Meanwhile, my family was eating their food....There were several workers and none of them even once glanced to help me, seeing I was holding a burger in one hand and a receipt in the other. When I finally got up to make my complaint, the cashier read the receipt, puzzled, for quite some time. Then asked if she had taken my order (one thing I noticed is that the people working are always talking amongst themselves, or as I experienced - BLAMING each other, instead of taking care of the customer!!) I asked for a different burger that I was willing to pay the difference on. She said no problem, that they would bring it out to me. So I went to the table and low and behold....my family continued to eat. I continued to wait. About 15 minutes LATER, she brought it to me. Served on a Kaiser bun, which the picture showed an onion bun (Walla Walla Burger). I got Corporate's number and will be calling them tomorrow. It wasn't the person who took my orders fault. Rather, was the customer service - ready to blame, not taking accountability that I felt was the problem. The burgers for the price were not worth it, either. I felt that before the poor customer service. I have paid $5 or $6 for a burger that had more meat and was made with more love. If this is the Best burger place in Oregon, remind me to take a different route to WA. I was not impressed. read more

This has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid and one that I missed the most when I moved away for a few years. Upon returning, I have been extremely disappointed in both their quality of service and food. I have ordered 2 meals on 3 different occasions in the last 2 weeks. 2 out of 3 times, my colossal burger only had 1 patty. The burgers were grossly under cooked as well. read more
