The first Burgerville I ever went to was in Portland, when my husband and I were on a road trip and we were lost and hungry. We each got a bacon cheeseburger and a mocha milkshake. Both were amazingly good, but there was something about the milkshake that had us both absolutely hooked. Now, any time we head south on a road trip to Centralia or further south, I map out a trip to Burgerville. The shakes are worth it! Best mocha milkshake I've ever had. Fast Food. The anazi black bean burger was better than expected. The fries were soggy, they needed be crisped up. Asked for a uber chocolate shake and they made it for me. It was runny, but very chocolatey. read more

Service was fast, efficient, and helpful. Patient with our order, since we are out of towners and weren't familiar with the menu. Parking lot was overflowing, so obviously it is popular despite mediocre reviews. The smoked salmon with hazelnut salad was delicious and far exceeded our expectations for a fast food restaurant. I'm very disappointed. I haven't been here in years. My mother had the burger and it came with nothing on it. I had the halibut sandwich which showed it came with lettuce and tater. I asked for extra tarter and if that was extra then they must not give you any. There was no lettuce and the fish was small and very dry. I made a special point to hit up this Burgerville for dinner on a trip to Seattle. Upon arriving for dinner, I was informed that they were out of all salads. Ok, that sucks but ok, whatever. Then, after ordering onion rings, I was informed that they were out of them too! Wtf, is this a restaurant or not. I didn't stick around to find out if they were out of burgers, I just assumed they were and left. Pathetic. read more

Not bad. Clean and the food is good. A bit pricey for fast food, but you get what you pay for. I would give it 4 stars but the crew seems like they really don't want to be there. I like to be where people enjoy working. read more

And that turns away alot of potential customers (yes I realize it's "locally sourced" ingredients) but if you ask me that should bring down the prices in some cases not raise them.. Ehh the burgers are ok but definitely not worthy of the price. My burger was dry and didnt taste fresh. First time at burgerville, and will be my last. I miss In and Out burger in CA. They have always had high end delicious fast food. Local meats and cheeses, real milkshakes but now, best of all they have GLUTEN FREE BREAD!!! Thank you burgerville!! The blue cheese burger is my favorite , and the ham bacon egg and cheese sandwich is yummy!! It's a little more expensive than the other chains, but it's a much higher caliper of food, real food with real cheddar cheese, not "cheese food" worth the extra for the quality. read more

I give this place 3 stars, it is pricey but not worth the money to me I order the pepper burger I was expecting a little spice but there was none. I got a regular fry and a strawberry lemonade to go with it. The fries did not give me heart burn so that's good the food was not greasy another bonus. The hamburger bun was bigger then the meat lol. Never been here before. I thought it was the best option considering everything else in the area is corporate fast food or sketchy ethnic cuisine. The staff was great and very friendly. The place was clean. But why does anyone go to a restaurant? Its the food, right? Well, i thought i'd order their original burger with fries because thats got to be their staple order and what their famous for.... The fries were decent on par with any fast food fries. But, the burger came out looking like someone sat on it before bringing it out, a style perfected by in'n'out and dick's, but not this place. When i bit into the burger all you could taste was the bun and some mustardy/thousand island secret sauce that wasnt tall that bad except for the fact they drowned the tiny burger patty. I had to open the burger just to make surebthere was beef in there. In other words dont get the original burger or if you do get it light on the sauce. read more

It's been a while since I've bought a hamburger that tastes almost as fresh as if I had made it myself. I would definatly come back.

I have been disappointed several times by the actions of our local Burgerville. First was there a sale of Onion Rings. They were great however when I visited again several days later they told me that they didn't sell them anymore because they couldn't find and buy Walla Walla Onions anymore. This of course was a big fat lie as every store in this town were selling Walla Walla Onions. They are raised in this state for goodness sakes. Next we had heard that they had chili so we decided to try it. It was great! However, when we returned several days later they said they didn't sell it any longer, This is just plain stupid and only serves to hurt the store. I suggest that you stop this nonsense and give the people what they want or folks will go elsewhere. read more

As far as fast food burgers go this place rocks. Fresh food, shakes are on point, and the food usually come right. We have eaten here several times and love to stop on our way through. It is a bit pricey so don't expect McDonalds value meal but the food is quality. read more

What a huge disappointment last night. We got two of their Tillamook burgers. It had ketchup, mayo, pickles and fancy lettuce. The patties were so thin and had absolute no flavor. Reminded me of the burgers in elementary school. I would of rather had Wendy's across the street. read more

The only 'fast food' joint we go to, when traveling between Seattle and Portland, is Burgerville. Burgerville uses seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients when possible. So, last night, we stopped by the Burgerville in Centralia on way home from Seattle (back to Portland) as my 7 year old was hungry so we needed something fast. We popped in and it was relatively quiet as it was just after 9pm. We were immediately greeted by Kendra and she took our order and that was that. Soon after I paid I looked down at my wallet and noticed my $100 bill was not there. I looked around and thought I must have dropped it earlier that day in Seattle. I was bummed but let it go. As we were eating, at at this time other patrons had come in, Kendra comes over to me and whispers to me "did you drop $100 bill?". I was so happy and appreciated that she found it and found me! She went back to her duties. Before we left I found the Manager on Duty - told her the story and said asked her to thank, again, Kendra for me. I wanted the Manager on Duty to know how great Kendra is :) Kendra - thank you for being friendly and clearly a hard and honest worker. Wish there were more like you in this world! read more

So disappointed today! We have been here before and had decent food but today...not! Ordered one burger, one ice tea and one kid meal and it was twenty bucks. Firstly they only gave us one patty of our burger so had to stand in line to get correction. She took the burger back and added another lukewarm flavorless dry patty. Asked for a lettuce wrap. Ended up with one thin piece of lettuce on each side. Need lessons from Carls jr. Would only return with hesitation! read more

Worst hamburger I ever had, dry, not cooked fresh and very over priced for what I got. I ordered the fish and chips...............ugh, the fish was so dry and over cooked. Waited forever expecting to get great food. Sorry to say I probably won't ever go back. The onion rings were superior, but too expensive. Everything was over priced for what you got. This place is great- local products & fresh. Very friendly, clean, kid friendly- and adult fun too. Can eat outside, or inside.
