Chicken tenders, and fries with a drink packet for scale.
Daniel J.

Ordered 3 "as is" cheese burgers and a 5 piece chicken tender with fries. Cheese burgers tasted ok but when I first unwrapped it I thought they might have forgot to put a patty on it. Flavor 7/10, portion 2/10. Chicken tenders and fries came in a nice box. Presentation 8/10 chicken was tender and well seasoned 9/10 Fries were crispy and very slightly under seasoned. 8/10 The sauce was decent. honey mustard 8/10, Burgerville sauce 7/10, sweet and spicy 9/10! I'll probably not order burgers from this place again but the chicken was great!

They have advertised on their message board for quite some time that today is the one dollar all day cheeseburger sale. Just went in there and was politely told sorry no buns can't sell any more dollar burgers. With this as a planned promo sale wouldn't you think it would have been planned for them to overstock their burgers and buns? if they can't do the sale any longer some sort of compensation or a rain check should be in place. The sign does clearly state all day 9/18. There was a line vehicles waiting in the drive-through at the time we went into the Bergerville and also many people waiting to be told the same thing. It is not the crew members fault and they were very polite about it but very direct. This seems to fall on the shoulders of management.

A crying shame.

I could get better service and value at a vending machine! It's official. You have permanently lost me as a customer. As your prices go up to only provide drive through service with the lack of professionalism at the window. It's your only job! And you have the nerve to ask for a TIP in drive through as if you're providing me a continued dining experience! Your employees don't even process the payment for the tip while shoving the card reader in my face to do it myself. Are you kidding me?! To top it off I'm now seeing the skimpiest serving of fries and the smallest pieces of fish I've ever seen at your facility. No way! No more! No tip! $30 for nothing. No more patronage to your establishment from me.

If you look at my history, you'll see that I love Burgerville. But this location can be so frustrating! Every one can get backed up and overwhelmed once in a while... But it happens way too frequently here. When it happens in the drive through, the traffic can back up onto the cross street. I've never seen them direct a car to the "grill waiting" area in order to move a few more cars through... What prompted this review was my last visit to the drive through. I ordered a mocha perk (which was amazing) and a cup of the ancho soup. We all know how pricey their food is. Usually worth it, but my cup of soup was barely half full when I took the lid off. If you can see the attached picture, know that the cup has an indentation in the bottom, so there's even less than it looks... Not sure I can afford the frustration of eating here any more!

Name what fast food restaurant this came from. It's a fish sandwich.

So expensive and smaller portions for the price. I wish we had more options in this small town because this is often our last resort.

I REALLY wanted to love this little place under the new management. I hadn't been in since 2022…read more(out of the way for me). However, the owner made a Facebook post as a "call to action" for the community to support small businesses and I did just that. My experience: Upon entering the store/cafe, no one was working. I looked around and stood at the counter quite a while before the owner and an employee came out from the back. There was someone mopping who made eye contact with me, but never said a word. It was a bit uncomfortable... like I was a bother. I let them know that I saw the Facebook post and was there to purchase something. Under the old owners, the pies were delicious. I opted for a peach (very little inventory/choices available). I was extremely disappointed. $26 for a pie that was not very good. As well as, I felt the environment was less than welcoming. Now mind you, I made a special trip there because of her post which she voiced struggle. So, I asked if I could give some "feedback". Getting as much feedback from the community is imperative to the success of ANY business. Unfortunately, she said she was too "raw", gave me her business card, told me I could text her and walked away. I did feel for her which is why I was there trying to support the store. When the owner walked away, the employee apologized to me and it sounded as if others also have tried to offer feedback/support, but resources weren't being utilized. I walked out feeling like it was a wasted trip, wasted money and a wasted opportunity for the owner to gain a loyal customer. I paid $26 for a pie that was very overpriced; soggy with canned peaches that hadn't been drained well enough. I was disappointed. Like I said, I really wanted to love this place. But unfortunately, it was a one star experience for me. I realize I risk unsavory opinion of me personally regarding this review from the community. However, this truly is meant to help both patrons and the owner. I wish the Yankton Store and Restaurant the best of luck and success going forward.

The order got messed up and i gave the way and what i wanted. That being said said there were a loss to them of 4 burgers. I get it so i thinking a bit magnanimous said ill eat two of them so not a giant deal right. I bought 2 of the 4 and bought my right order. I thought thats the end of it . I went out and left my daughter there to wait for our food. Someone else came in to order a hillbilly and from the kitchen she hear " im not making another one for those fuckin people!!". The nice cashier had to tell her it eas for ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!. What the hell happened to Yankton Store. Ill bet in another year or 2 this new owner is gonna be out of business. my advice go anywhere else. Leave it to rot on the vine.

I ordered the pasta bolognese and a seasonal lemon drop, and both were genuinely the best I've ever had. The bolognese was rich and perfectly balanced, with deep, slow-cooked flavor and pasta cooked exactly right. Every bite felt thoughtful and well executed. The lemon drop was just as impressive -- bright, fresh, and not overly sweet, with a clean citrus finish that made it hard not to order another. The atmosphere strikes that ideal balance of relaxed and refined, and the service was attentive with a splash of "feels like home." Everything was clearly itemized on our bill, and there were no surprises. It's clear they care about quality and providing a complete dining experience beyond a great plate of food. Large portions, delicious food, well-made cocktails, solid service, and a unique setting compelled us to tip handsomely. It was a great experience. If you are in St. Helens, this place is worth your time. I'll absolutely be back. We left genuinely impressed!

I am glad I ignored the appearance because inside was very cute! Tons of house plants and paintings. The bar is absolutely gorgeous. They decorated it well and the lighting was very calm and relaxing. They have a very impressive list of lemon drop flavors. It would be very fun to come back and try new flavors. I had the butter lettuce wedge salad and it was so delicious. I love bleu cheese and bacon and in combination with the tomato's, chefs kiss. I wish I had room for dessert but it gives me a reason to come back!
