Bring it on down to A-OK-ville! Burgerville was a-ok for a semi-fast food burger chain with a slightly over-priced & completely underwhelming burger. For some reason, I expected more. A Pepper Bacon Cheeseburger with a flavor-lite patty, standard slice of cheese, overcooked piece of bacon, and smashed bun seemed extremely simple to be the most popular burger on the Burgerville menu. A cooler (at least in shape) find was an order of Waffle Fries. They may not of tasted like fresh hand-cut fries found at some burger joints, but the waffle fries were at least fun to eat one criss cross at a time. Skip drive-thru which seems to always be backed-up, although the lot was also packed at lunch time. One thing that would help, of course, would be to have Justin Timberlake on the street corner pulling in business with some cool rhymes while dancing in a big burger suit. What a shame, this use to be one of our favorite fast food places BUT the increase in prices and decrease in quality has changed that! Recently tried Walla Walla burger and onion rings the burger patty wasn't on the bun correctly so all the toppings felt out, which made it very messy and it had no flavor. It's crazy to say, but I think I could actually like fast food....if every fast food place was like Burgerville! Eco-friendly business, locally grown food, pumpkin shake in October, and beer (YES, BEER!). My sister and I stopped off here during a road trip from California, and this was our first pitstop back in good ole Washington state. Man, I just totally dug this restaurant. The dining area is super clean and modern looking. Our food was excellent...thought of a beer, but opted for the yummy Pumpkin shake. An elderly lady walked around the dining area and let her know she can talk to her if we needed anything--she was very sweet. They also have free wifi, and I believe the recycle/compost many of their refuse. Now I need to find where I can find a closer one! read more

Best fast food burger ever! I am from out of town so typically in-n-out is the go to place for a quality fast food burger, Burgerville far surpassed that expectation! We went through the drive through so i can't speak for the restaurant but the quality of burger and the freshness of the ingredients is unmatched. Burgerville is great! Sustainable methods, good food, friendly staff. This location, however, is in an unusually congested area for Salmon Creek. The parking lot is busy, often full, and always crowded. I would expect this location to concentrate on providing top-notch drive through service, since the nearest overflow parking is at the Burger King across the street. Unfortunately, the line for this drive through typically overflows into the parking lot, and sometimes blocks the 20th Avenue entrance. Today, I spent over 18 minutes in their drive through, just to order a couple of milkshakes. Actually, I had already been in the line for a while when I noted the time, 4:20. Eventually I pulled up to the speaker and waited... and waited... when the black Ridgeline in front of me pulled forward a third time after being at the speaker and disappeared around the corner, I assumed the speaker was broken and pulled up to the second window to place my order. I eventually received my shakes and pulled out of the drive through at 4:38. I should have taken my own Yelp advice and driven to the location on Hwy 99 and 99th St. At least the shakes weren't runny today. read more

Really great joint up here. I think the management is doing a pretty great job, since the grounds look impeccable and the food and service was great. I came through the drive-thru in the late morning looking for a coffee and a snack. The croissant sandwich with egg and bacon and a side of hash browns was perfect! Way bigger than I had anticipated, and it was actually quite tasty. The tots were a bit salty for me, but still hot and crispy. The coffee was perfect. When I had pulled through with my coupon, I was greeted by a very polite and professional young woman (sorry I forgot your name!) and she gave excellent service. Burgerville is my favorite fast food chain in the northwest, and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Very long drive thru line, when I got up to receive my food I didn't see the sauce I had asked for. I asked for another sauce and she said she would have to charge me for it. When I told her it wasn't in the bag she said she put two in the bag and refused to give me another. Awful customer service. On top of all that the food is stale. The fries taste like they've been left out for 3hrs even though there was a long line of customers in the drive thru. The halibut sandwich is so smothered with tartar sauce it's hard to eat, and my soda is completely flat. First and last time. The fish sandwich was SO small...three bites! No cheese on it. Just a single piece of lettuce, too much tarter sauce, and a little piece of fish!!! I really like Burgerville's food and have been going here since I was a little kid, but the mobile delivery order system is broken!!! I ordered one burger and it came out 15 minutes after the promise time. Then the BBQ sauce was forgotten. I texted them immediately and another 15 minutes later I got the BBQ sauce. We got 2 burgers and our order ended up being $29. I know it can be a little pricey, but for fast food? On top of that, when I'm paying that much for FAST FOOD I would hope the employees are paid enough. With our $29 food, they also wanted a tip. So with tip (because I'm not an ass) it was $36. Lived in the Pacific NW over 6 years, only made my first official trip now. Panda logic. I tried the Walla Walla Onion Rings that Burgerville serves for a limited time during the summer months I must say, it was a damn good onion ring. Good size, ideal amount of breading for an awesome crunch. Got me hooked to try them again a few weeks back. My co-worker suggested a Tillamook burger (yup, local Tillamook cheese) for starters. Good stuff. Simple and fresh. The sweet potato fries (limited Fall item) had a slight crunch, very good if you enjoy a treat like that. It comes with a side of chipotle mayo, which admittedly had an acceptable kick on the throat region. Great chocolate shake. Burgerville uses real ice cream. Win. I love that this place uses local ingredients. I'll have to check out the breakfast menu in the future. Burgerville has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Food items smaller, sloppily made, and obvious "cost-saving" measures taken, like a small dab of blue cheese on their smoky blue cheese sandwich and milkshakes that are not completely full. Their milkshakes used to taste so good, now they are sickly sweet and made from some stale tasting chocolate syrup. Don't get me started on the data breach! By request I join another family member there on rare occasion and do not look forward to the over priced unappetizing food. With a name like Burgerville, I had hoped for a fresh burger that was juicy, what I got was something my highschool cafeteria wouldnt serve. They ask my 3 year old what he would like, and listen to him with great eye contact. I've been wanting to try this place since I read about what an ethical fast food company they are in Fast Food Nation. Finally, on a road trip I had the chance. We had burgers, pepper bacon and cheeseburger, chicken tenders, seasonal onion rings, fries, berry milkshakes, and chocolate banana milkshakes. All of it was excellent. Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the cost, but it is a true reflection of what real food and treating your employes well SHOULD cost. read more
