Burgerville is consistently a solid fast food option. One of my kids wanted to eat here this time and it was another good meal. We ordered and picked a table in the massive dining room. Our food was out pretty quick. I tried the fish sandwich for the first time, and it was good! I had it with the waffle fries and some garlic aioli. What can I say... the meal was good! Good service, good food!

Burgerville has always been the only fast food restaurant I would go to, but not anymore. They got rid of their delicious halibut sandwich and replaced it with black cod. The cod is a disgusting mush with no texture or flavor. They have also gotten rid of green leaf lettuce on all of their sandwiches and burgers and replaced it with iceberg. Don't know if they have new corporate owners/managers, but the place has gone downhill significantly

    You sold me.

It was getting late. I was tired of driving. This was just a stop on our way down to San Diego. I love this place. Don't miss out. #fan

Conflicted review! The good is for the friendly service and the comfy pseudo-upscale (at least for a fast food restaurant) setting. High ceilings, actual booths, patio area. I wish I could be wowed by the food, either taste or quantity, but sadly the cheeseburger was McDonald-esque in size & taste, and the sundae was DQ-esque too. Unfortunately I guess you're paying for ambiance cuz prices are inflated ( maybe 50% higher than McD). The large rosemary shoestring fries $6, while pricey were very tasty & crisp. So 2 stars for taste & value, but 4 stars for service & ambiance equals 3 stars.

Concept is great, but neither burrito was marked, so we didn't know which was which.

Ordered two breakfast burritos through the app. Super easy and they were ready on time. Burritos were good, but would be better if salsa was distributed throughout the burritos and not just in one end of them. Additionally, the labels identifying them as burritos would be helpful if they were marked to identify which was bacon and which was sausage without having had to make my husband rummage through one to make this determination (and unfortunately it turned out to be mine.)

Nice stop for a burger and fries. Good temperature of food. Reasonable prices. We had the Turkey burger basket combo with fries and a drink. Good beverage selection - self serve. Lots of open space for eating. They also run monthly specials for drinks and food items. Fried pickles are the current special. Friendly service.

This is not your typical fast food burger chain. The burgers are very good and the fries are unique (I ordered truffle waffle fries). I was very pleased with my food and service, I will definitely eat at a Burgerville location again.

Sorry for the spooky looking photo, we were driving away lol

Parking can be tricky as the lot is narrow and fills up fast because of all the businesses in the strip mall. We ordered the two slider meal with fries to share. We picked the no spice and mild for the sliders. It took a long time for our food, which was surprising since they weren't too busy at 11:30 on a Saturday. Our sliders were nice and hot, but our fries were lukewarm at best. The sliders were yummy, but fries were disappointing. Overall a decent experience. We left satisfied, but not extremely like last time. Hopefully they'll work on their quality control. Would definitely try again though.

Big portion and worth the price. Next time I would get it with Al pastor. I'd also ask for no lettuce and no pico (too many red onions). The onions were overpowering and blows the palate. I usually lean towards green salsa for a personal blanket preference for salsa, but since I had never been here before I asked for all of salsa options so I could decide what tastes best. Willing to pay more for extras. Roja salsa was the best. But it's tasted more like a homemade enchilada sauce and not a good red salsa. The Verde had vinegar in it for some reason. It was terrible. Rachel Ray vibes if you know what I mean. Lol. The habanero had a really nice kick to it but not a lot of flavor, kinda unfortunate. If I come back I would only order extra red salsas. Or better yet have some of my own homemade at home on deck to make it way more flavorful. I'm tired of reviews on Yelp raving that it's "the best" when it's mediocre. As a Mexican I'd beg to differ. I think a lot of spots in the area cater to the demographic and they don't have anything to compare it to. lol I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area for the portion size. I will definitely try another meat options because carne asada was flavorless. Definitely needs to up the seasoning (and I mean more than just salt!). I'm down to try tacos in different protein options so it's a quick pick to the best before I commit to a whole burrito again. Lol Service was great. Parking was a breeze. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes. That's what's got me leaning for a 4 star Yelp. It's "ok" and an option if I'm in the area and have a craving.

They have two ordering kiosks when you walk in, but since it wasn't busy, the girl behind the counter took our order. She wasn't super friendly, but helpful while ordering. We decided on the Chicken Bop and Beef Noodle Bop. We ended up ordering the large size since the regular one looked pretty small. You definitely get a lot of food for the $16 price tag, but I'm not sure about the quality, preparation, and freshness. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was lukewarm. The chicken was kinda mushy, which was a big texture issue for me. The teriyaki sauce was yummy. The fried rice was just okay. Liked the cabbage in the bowl. The mac salad was good. The edamame was served cold, which I didn't like. I love edamame, but have never been served it cold. My husband's beef was good. He ordered the kimchi and calamari salad. He said his was good, but not good enough for a return visit. The have everything set up well inside so you can fend for yourself. You order at the counter, go pick up your food at the counter, and clean off your table and place everything at the garbage station, where they also have lids available for your bowls if you're taking some home. After we grabbed our food, there wasn't one person in the dining room asking if everything was good or if we needed anything. After writing all this, it makes me wonder why they asked for a tip at the counter when ordering. A tip for what?! I did everything myself. Hmmmm, makes me more apprehensive on leaving tips until after my meal going forward. Tipping is so outrageous nowadays... Overall a decent experience. The food was just okay. For a mediocre meal, not sure we'll be returning. There are so many other options in the area.

WOW! That is the only word I could start with, and I will explain why…read more I recently learned that Top Bop originally started in Alaska, where it is already quite popular. It finally opened its first Washington state location a few months ago. This new location is in Vancouver, Washington. It is a bit of a drive from the Seattle area but much closer if you are coming from Portland. Still, no matter where you're coming from, it's absolutely worth the trip! Top Bop is located in the Hazel Dell area of Vancouver, in a modern and well-kept building with plenty of free parking. The interior is very clean and welcoming, with interesting artwork on the walls. There are two self-service kiosks where you can browse the full menu with pictures and place your order without needing to talk to a staff member. It might feel unfamiliar at first, but once you try it, you will see how simple and convenient it is. I personally enjoy using the kiosk because it clearly shows all the customization options and makes the ordering process smooth and easy. Okay, let's talk about the food. As you can see from the photos I took, Top Bop uses a build-your-own-bowl format. It is similar to how Chipotle works. You start by picking your protein. Then you choose two free toppings. Next, you select your desired spice level for the sauce. Finally, you can add optional extras to your bowl. As a poke lover, I chose poke for my protein. They offer both salmon and tuna. I could not decide which one to go with, so the friendly staff allowed me to do half salmon and half tuna. Perfect! My friend almost chose the Beef Bop (because, let's be honest, you can't go wrong with Korean bulgogi), but ended up getting the Shrimp Katsu Bop instead. Let's save the Beef Bop for next time. Once we placed our orders, it took about 7 minutes for the food to be ready. Everything is made fresh to order and fully customizable. The portion size was very generous. One bowl could easily be enough for both lunch and dinner. Now back to the WOW. The taste was outstanding. I got the poke bowl with two free toppings for only fourteen dollars. That is incredibly rare in today's market. The bowl was packed with fresh salmon and tuna. I could really taste the quality and quantity of the fish. I chose calamari salad and seaweed salad for my toppings, and they paired perfectly with the poke. The signature sauce at Top Bop is another highlight. I selected Level 3, as recommended, and it elevated the entire bowl to the next level. I also tried a couple of bites of the Shrimp Katsu. It was crispy and flavorful. From the menu variety, to the prices, to the taste, Top Bop truly delivers on every level. It is my number one pick for a restaurant this year so far. I genuinely hope they open a location in Seattle or Bellevue soon so I can visit more often. I will definitely come back soon to try the Beef Bop, Spicy Pork Bop, and of course, another bowl of Poke!
