Bruh. Wait. Hear me out. Sure it's probably weird to review a Burlington but I just needed to share that I've had nothing but consistently positive experiences at this location. Good selection, better prices and the employees are SO FREAKING NICE. I was there today and grabbed more large items than I could comfortably carry and the loss prevention dude at the front proactively carried my items from the cart just inside the door and loaded it into my car. Everyone that works here is always seriously so nice and I appreciate them Affordable prices on clothing down to home goods. I spent $150 and they wouldn't let my 4 year old use the bathroom. I probably would have spent more, but we had to go find a toilet. The fitting rooms were closed as well and their selection was very slim. read more

This is my first stop if I need something for the kitchen or bathroom. Clothing selection is spotty if you're larger than a ladies' Medium or a men's Large. The aisles aren't very well organized, but everything is clean. The staff is hands off, but I prefer it that way. Some things aren't labeled with prices, but the cashiers are quick to look things up if you ask. If you're in a hurry or you need something specific, look elsewhere, but this is a great place to poke around looking for a steep discount. read more

This is a sad story. It starts in a sad outdoor mall that must have died when Vancouver Mall opened. There are a lot of big box stores here, Walmart, Target and Burlingtons and some other lesser known stores as well. I decided to wander thru Burlingtons as I had some time to kill and had not been into this chain for a while. Inside it looks like any other discount variety store, altho as a kid I remember them being more about coats. They had clothes, toys, housewares, much of the same stuff that Target (right next door) sells. The only difference? Burlingtons shiny vinyl flooring was missing all the customers. It's always like this too, maybe if I went to one of Burlingtons sales there would be more people, but on this weekend day that I visited, Burlingtons had fewer customers than employees, and right next door, in Target, that's where all the customers were doing their shopping. This is definitely one of those stores that after walking thru it, you may just wonder why it's still in business. With Target so close and selling all the same (only mostly better) stuff at basically the same prices, why would Burlingtons stick around? read more

I walked into Burlington Coat Factory at 10:45 and the "security" lady was extremely unprofessional! She immediately ran towards me, confronting me and talking to me like I was a criminal. Telling me she has the right to kick anybody out of the store after 10:30. I am a loyal Burlington Coat Factory customer! I will cancel my membership with Burlington, if this is who represents them. I will not be coming back to this location! Just a heads up, if it's after 10:30 do not come to this location! Or you will get bombarded by the big security guard lady! read more

Just your average discount store. It was a nice addition to this shopping mall but my most recent visit was pretty disappointing. The shelves looked empty and the quality of clothing was very poor. The store is never busy but, for some reason finding parking is always a hassle and there's never enough cashiers to keep the line down. read more

This store has always been cleaner than the one down in clackamas. Even though target is right next door, I'll go to burlington anytime. It sucks to see so many theft going around this store, they don't deserve it. Not one bit. read more

My mom and I decided to come check this place out (sorry I forgot to get pictures). I believe they dropped the "coat" and they had pretty much ZERO for coats. But they do have a great selection of clothes at great prices. If your looking for shoes, probably not the place to go, unless you go often so you can check in to see what they have. There are a few things I like and dislike about this place. Likes ~ They have great prices on name brand items ~ They have A LOT OF cool handbags and sunglasses so ladies if this is your thing GO HERE! ~ They have other items, such as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and just random stuff (keep in mind this selection is NOT like their clothing, BUT you can still find some cool stuff). ~ They have some pretty cool jewelry too, I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but they have a good selection so I think its worth noting for others. ~ This particular store seemed very clean and organized, they had a great selection, it was easy to find stuff. If you have read my previous reviews you know I have chronic illness so shopping can be difficult, I like places that are accessible and easy to get around, this store definitely had that. Dislikes ~There wasn't a lot of people around offering help, BUT the people at the register were definitely friendly. But they were understaffed. ~ The clothes, although a great selection don't always fit the way they would from a more expensive store. Now if you have a curvy figure like me, this could be a problem. If you have a slim figure YOUR FINE! Now I did find some VERY cute sweaters, but the dresses, no matter what size/brand just didn't fit right. However the SAME size/brand at the a different store fit perfect. I have experienced his before with clothes from Burlington, but I'm sure you can find something! I did find 3 sweaters that fit WONDERFUL! All in all I don't have many dislikes, for the prices it is what it is, but I can only give it 3 stars because I do ave a very hard time finding clothes there. Although this particular store was very nice, and though understaffed the people working there were VERY NICE! So if your in the area I definitely wouldn't count this store out! My daughter and I shop here often. Other than the fact that they have a very limited selection of coats and their shoe section is almost empty most of the time, the store is always clean, the cashiers are pleasant, and we usually find great gifts at affordable prices. Their merchandise selection isn't as good as what we find at TJ MAXX, but nonetheless, we always seem to find great buys. And they still have layaway for those interested! read more

Great selection. I love their petite section. I am very short, 4'10, and always have difficulty finding pants, capris, shorts and dresses without having to get them hemmed. This place has them all and they fit!! So happy! I will buy all my clothes from them! Inexpensive and very fashionable! read more

Tried to return a coat that I got my daughter for Christmas had the receipt main tag just not the barcode tag, after rude customer service from the cashier 2 other women proceeded to check the cost out while I went to see if the had a larger size ( which they did not) when I came nacknup to the register I was met by the shift lead who was rude An began to accuse me of trying to return a false product An because I didn't have the barcode scan tag she wouldn't return it An I'd be better off trying to return it to the jantzen beach location An try to rip them off I was beyond furious I informed them I will never go to their store again An was to "bye Felicia" I went home called jantzen beach they told me to return it to them there would be no issue! I returned the coat today at jantzen beach exchanged for a larger size An had no issue was also informed I'm not the first customer to have this happen to them! read more
