How did I not find this place any sooner??? The town of Quantico is located inside the Quantico Marine Corps Base. I was already out there and looked to Yelp for some food nearby. I was skeptical of a place being on the base getting 5*s so I decided to test it out. To my surprise, it is deserving of all 5 *s. It serves burritos, rice bowls, and tacos. Kinda reminds me of a Chipotle where you build your bowl or burrito, but with an asian fusion twist. I got a Bulgogi Bowl, which is basically a burrito bowl but with korean style bulgogi beef all on top. I got a healthy portion of beef on top of my rice, beans, corn, cilantro, guac, sour cream, (ok so i got everything they had). They have extra sauce on the table if you want to spice it up even more. The portion was huge. I couldn't finish my bowl. All that for $10. Not too shabby. I'll have to try a burrito next time and also check out the other shops and restaurants in this town. read more

When I go to work on base, this will definitely be my first choice when it comes to lunch! I had a team meeting on base, and part of that was us going to lunch for some team bonding. I'm not familiar with the restaurant options, but the more seasoned team members suggested burrito house. It's a fast casual setup- one register for bowls and another for tacos and quesadillas. Most of my colleagues chose a bowl option, as did I. I had a brown rice spicy carnitas bowl with lettuce, guacamole, tomato, and all the spicy salsas. It came to around $13 if my memory serves me correctly. It was a large portion but I was quite hungry. They have bottled drinks as well as desserts. It's a popular place, but a lot of takeout. The ambiance was slightly off-lots of K-pop and K-pop videos, but maybe it's popular outside of our small team. I'd definitely return here if I was looking to have lunch on base in the future. read more

Best burrito in q-town. That being said, not a lot of burrito places in q-town so the bar is kind of low. It's a good knock off of Qdoba but the flavors are a bit bland. The staff is great and has a nice atmosphere but even the spicy salsa tests watered down. read more

The food is fresh, in large serving sizes and offered quickly. Beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp are available with a number of different ingredients, they have many different options available to eat, so its not simply a burrito joint. There are soft drinks, waters, and Juices available to drink. The place was clean, well maintained and managed well, I'll definitely see myself back here. :) read more

Had the bowl with barbacoa, but you pick the meat and toppings. Everything is fresh, quick, and a good value. It is also very close to MARCORSYSCOM so was able to get there, eat and get back in less than an hour. Make sure you have a quarter for 30 minutes for the street parking meter. Enjoy! read more

We came for dinner. Limited options because they were out of everything- guac, brown rice, Cajun shrimp. Portion sizes for the large queso and chips was small for being a large. Ordered the tacos, good price for what they give you on that. Would love to see more variety on the menu. read more

We checked this place out tonight because we didn't want to drive far and I didn't feel like cooking. It was clean inside and out and the employees were super kind. I ordered a chicken bowl, which tasted fresh and delicious. The portions are HUGE!! The husband ordered a chicken burrito, which he said he enjoyed. We definitely will return and look forward to warmer nights when we can sit outside on the deck. I was excited to learn that they have local delivery so now I don't even need to put pants on when I want my burrito fix!! read more

This is a little pricey. It was fast. However, it was not tasty. The Mexican Asian vibe is not a good mix. They really try to be a Chipotle like environment but the meat is not desirable and there is no taste. The Korea Bulgaria is greasy as heck. No flavor. It seems to do well among a military environment, especially when the choice is limited. I believe outside of the base, this place would not be as popular. Employees are very nice. The food just needs help. This is a place I will not visit again. One time and done. read more

Let me first add to the ONE negative 1 star coment on this place. Im Mexican from Mexico. If you come to this place expecting a Mexican platter, of authentic Mexican food that your abuela made when you where a small child, you already messed up. Thus why its named BURRITO HOUSE! I've learned that there is a bunch of texmex style food in the USA. Or boarder style cooking. So, this Mexican approves of this joint. Its fantastic! Great service, fresh food and you make the bowl, burrito or quesadilla however your little heart desires. Oh, and I've eaten MRE's with my husband before... Yeah, not even close. Lol! read more

Burritos and burrito bowls made in the style of Chipotle. You choose what you want and they make your burrito right in front of you. I had the pork carnitas burrito. The portions were more than enough. Enjoyed watching the Jones vs. Teixeira UFC fight that they had downloaded from the night before onto the high def TV. Great place to spend a Sunday lunch! Really good place to grab a quick bite to eat when on base. They have a similar set up to Chipotle where it's an assembly line and you pick what you want on your order. They have a variety of tortilla flavors which was kind of nice and something a little different. Overall, I would go back if I didn't want to leave base to get something quick to eat that wasn't fast food. read more

This place is great! The staff is so over the top friendly, caring and attentive! They even gave my daughter a free juice pouch, he said "we always give them to the kids for free, so they can enjoy themselves too!" So nice, food is great! Definitely going back! Bap Zip is a great place for burritos and bowls! Always fresh, tasty ingredients, and the staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They will gladly answer any questions you have about the ingredients and they take extra care to make your order exactly the way you want. Bap Zip is set up a lot like Chipotle, and tastes just as good if not better. It's definitely faster: even when the line is long they move it quickly while still taking care to get your order just right. If I could give them more stars here I would! read more

The owner is very friendly and good hearted. His food is great. The guy takes his time to make you feel welcomed. As for the food, it is great. It is almost like a Chipotle. You can get the meal in a bowl or as a burrito. read more

When I first came in the restaurant, the owner greeted me and was very friendly. He told me that his food is as good, if not better, than "Chipotle", so my expectations were set rather high at that point. And I have to say, he did NOT disappoint. The waiter was cool and very helpful. Because of him I now know what the thin meat slices are meant for (which is for the soup), before then I had no clue. The food itself is good. Like, why wouldn't it be? I actually prefer the shabu-shabu (soup), makes me wish I knew how to do that myself so I wouldn't have to go out as much. Yes, the grill meats were great, as was the kimchi. These places are not cheap, but it was enjoyable while I was there. If you're not in a rush you can go a few doors down afterward to an import store selling everything from K-chips to puzzle-kits. So I would say...take your time. But don't warm your seats for more than 90 minutes, as Korean BBQs tend to kick people out (nicely, nicely) if one overstays. P.S. I'm sure they have some great drinks there, but even if I wanted to I couldn't loiter. That's what Bethesda is for. (Or at least how it used to be.)
