You can mix and match with the different types of meat, but adobo chicken and carne asada seems to be our favorites. We occasionally throw in the chorizo, but as with all chorizo dishes, it can be a little bit oily. Take out or dine-in, the dishes are really good. First timer here, I ordered a lunch burrito and 1 taco to go. Both were carne asada. When I placed the ordered at the kiosk, I asked the staff if they could hold onto the order for me because I was going to walk to another store meanwhile they cook it. Ordered the nachos. Holy smokes, it's like oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in months. Abhorrent taste. The toppings weren't bad but JFC the chips tasted like poison. Chili on top is unassuming at first bc there are so many taco places in the area, but this place really stands out from the rest. You get to choose your meat with any of the taco types that they have preset. I personally usually go for the bowl if we're doing takeout. The food is so fresh and the portion size is so big (with the bowl specifically). We've been to two of the local locations and they both serve the same high quality stuff!! I believe this is the Jerry's sub and pizza spot that this place has taken over. Located next to the pizza hut, there's plenty of parking and very clean and simple inside. They have 3 iPads set up for your ordering, very simple to use. You order and they call your name when it's ready. Bottle opener is/are located on the pillar/column. We ordered the birrira trios, 3 tacos, and chips with guacamole. Birrira was hands down delicious, dipping sauce was flavorful, the only complaint would be there was barely any onions and cilantro in the birrira tacos. Sis said her three tacos were good, I believe she got the chorizo, fried fish, and shrimp. I order from Chili on Top pretty often for delivery, but decided to eat in today. I had the Nacho Borracho with Shrimp, minus the chili mayo and lime crema. It was delicious. That chili Seoul sauce they put on it is very tasty. The restaurant was clean, staff bought me my order and ordering your food is easy. Check them out. I'll have to try the Ramen next time. I expected the volcano quesadilla to have some heat to it, it did not. Just a quesadilla with red peppers. Nothing special. Tried the salsa verde, sweet chili, and sweet & mild sauces. My favorite was the sweet & mild sauce on my asada steak taco. We chose to use the tablets on the side to place our order since there were pictures and we could see pictures of what we were ordering. so didn't have much staff interaction. I would rate them a 3 1/2-4 because the flavor of the grilled shrimp was really good. It was made a little sloppy as you can tell by the pictures, but the flavors were there. Just wish they had a little more spicy to them and the corn tortilla could have been a tad bit more roasts. Now on to the birria tacos which I really wanted to like. They looked so good and crispy with all fixings...but when I tasted them they had an off taste. I don't eat pork and I was under the impression that this was all beef but the taste and smell just didn't taste like pot roast. I'm not sure what was up but maybe it was old beef because it was around 8pm and they closed at 9? I'm hoping there want a mix up because pork doesn't sit well with me. But I will give them another try and a few other items that's on the menu. It's a very nice restaurant inside again I took serval pictures and having an open kitchen so you can see who is preparing your food and speak to them as well. I didn't like that the "fruit teas" was basically what I would say country time lemonade type drinks because if they didn't have the labels on the machines you would know they were supposed to be "fruit teas". And another weird thing is they had a container of pure cane syrup for the teas which is so weird...I guess they making sure that you on your own to sweetened how you like it. Overall I would rate a 3.5 stars but will round up since nothing was bad. I ordered a shrimp taco with ban mi and kbbq, a fish taco with salsa verde and volcano topping, and a chorizo taco with pico and salsa roja. Also got an elote and a chips and guacamole. Let's start with the good, the chorizo taco was my absolute favorite! Flavorful and not greasy like many can be. The shrimp taco was fresh tasting and the ban mi topping was good but not super strong in flavor. The chips were fresh and salty. The not so great, the fish taco was greasy and soggy and tasted like fish sticks. I wasn't a fan of the fish but the toppings were good, the elote tasted like Parmesan cheese not cojita and just had an overall weird flavor, the guacamole had decent flavor but was warm and brown when it arrived.
