This place is a complete hidden gem!! I come here to pump gas multiple times a week, cash clients checks & never thought of giving it a try. I finally did yesterday. Bought my daughter 2 asada tacos, myself 1 pastor taco & a popusa. I'm not exaggerating when I say these tacos are better than most tacos trucks/spots. And the pupusa, bomb!! Trust me and go try it ASAP! So good when I picked up my daughter from school she asked to go again. Back to back days. This time they ran out of pupusas, so I got myself a carnitas taco. WOW!! Didn't disappoint at all! Along with a sope. Everything was fresh! And the habanero salsa is a must try! Spicy but really good. To top it off the owners, Both son and father named Jose. Kind of a hole in the wall in a hole in the wall Arco gas station. Breakfast burritos are large, very large, and tasty. We had a chorizo and a bacon burrito. Both has lots of potatoes, and eggs. They prefer you order in Spanish, and they are friendly and efficient. It's a gas station so there are a couple of tables inside but that's it. If we are driving by again and hungry, I'd stop in. read more

This corner is a mess. A busy gas station with a large mini-mart and a restaurant off to the side, with a recycling center packed into a corner and if you're lucky and you arrive on Mexican Mother's Day a pop-up florists shop nearly blocking the door. I fully expected the food to be as forgettable as you'd imagine. And I could not have possibly been more wrong. The carne asada, al pastor and the chorizo ...were.... perfect. The kind of meal that needs no addition, no improvement. It was handed to me in it's perfected state for me to enjoy immediately. I sat there stunned. Moaning and grinning and groaning as I considered another 3 tacos. You have no right to expect anything this flavorful and this delicious in a location as humble as this. Well this breakfast burrito spot was well worth it. Added cilantro, onion and cheese pushing the tortilla capacity to max. The burrito was massive (past tense cause it got ate so fast ok). I've driven past this place countless times and have always been curious to try it. It looks sketchy from the outside but I was surprised when I walked in. It's connected to the gas station but they have a nice little area for the restaurant. The tables were clean and the staff working there were really nice. I ordered a carnitas burrito as well as a taco al pastor and a taco de chorizo. The burrito was good, the carnitas had good flavor. The burrito came with a side of tortilla chips that looked homemade so I was excited to eat them but was disappointed as they were a little stale. The taco al pastor was just ok. The taco de chorizo was pretty good as well. They allow you to eat first and then you can pay when you finish. I ordered the costillas de puerco plate. Very good, rice was soft, beans were good, good portion, salsa on the meat with flavor definitly recommend. Don't be fooled with the location good food. You can order over the phone and pick up too. read more

Had a carne asada burrito. It wasn't good nor was it bad. It just didn't have any real flavor. A little on the expensive side at $7.50, but also a bit larger than at other places. There are more flavorful options nearby so I won't be returning. read more

Real. Bomb. Mexican Food. Every thing is good here. The carne asada is soo good. The chilaquiles are super bomb, but real spicy. Their salsas are all good, and vary in spiciness. I read John B.'s review before posting mine and boy is he right on it. As I first had their food on a busy day. The gas station was packed with irate drivers wanting to pump gas. The line was long to pay for gas and I was starving and in a hurry. I was like Sergio are you really going to order food at a gas station? I said might as well so you're not late to where your headed to. It was the best decision I made that day. I had 2 carne asada tacos and they were delicious. I seen a man order some fish tacos that looked tasty so I ordered 2 fish tacos as well. They were so good too. I recommend this place to all of you. read more

Who knew a restaurant in a gas station would be so good? I happened to be in the area and needed gas. I've seen this restaurant a few times but was a little leery. I was so wrong. I had the red chilaquiles. Came with rice and beans. The rice was delicious, beans perfect and chilaquiles were exactly how they should be. I look forward to trying other items on their menu.
