For some reason I wasn't able to access my account while there. The area is in a dead spot. The place is spacious. Lots of seating. Love the electrical sockets at every table. One thing I noticed is that, like a coffee shop you can have a meal and do a little work on your lunch break. I wonder if the signal was better or there was reliable wifi, would it grow the businesses sales because many more would be front and center to ear and work. It's still winter so I'm about some soup. Rhe Autumn Squash Soup and a half Tomatoe Basil BLT sandwich was delightful! Good combination and flavors. The soup was hot and a great creamy consistency. Terrible experience at Panera Bread. I ordered a chicken asiago bagel with extra chicken but got a spicy steak sandwich instead--and was still charged for the extra chicken. When I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes. The manager, Natalie, asked for my card number and started repeating it out loud. When I asked her not to, she became rude and laughed. I went in person to fix it, and she falsely accused me of taking a photo of her and refused to give me a refund. Completely unprofessional. read more

Incorrect order for takeout. No blue cheese on salad, wrong side order tiny salad dressing cup, and missing dessert. Way too many things wrong with this order. Seems to me someone is not checking the orders. In addition, a tablespoon of dressing does not work for a whole salad! Panera has some great soup and sandwiches , but the prices and the services have changed. Yes I do know things are rising everywhere but it seems Panera prices went up way higher. I ordered the half a sandwich and small soup and it was 15$. That was not including a drink. My side was bread. Also there is no wifi in the building. You cannot get any connection. Even the staff that worked there said you would have to connect to your hot spot. Overall food was good but not my run to eat favorite place. Yelp Review 2023 #125: Finally, a Panera on the north side. What's the big deal with this bakery chain that can be found in any city big or small? Comfort, familiarity, and consistency. I haven't been to a Panera in 2 years but I have their rewards card because I would order a lot from Panera for meetings. I would order the same old same old: breakfast soufflés, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries, coffee cake, cookies, and coffee. My personal favorites include the spinach & bacon soufflé, four cheese soufflé, Asiago bagel, Bacon Turkey Bravo, and broccoli cheddar soup. I've noticed they've removed certain items off the menu, and added new items. I tried the spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich - I didn't like it which is a first. I've never tried anything from Panera I didn't like. You can order breakfast items before 10:30am then, they switch to their lunch/ regular menu. The nice thing about dining here is the free refills to a nice selection of drinks. They have "charged lemonades" (caffeinated) in different flavors such as mango Yuzu, strawberry lemon mint, and Fuji apple cranberry; iced tea in different flavors. I like the passion papaya iced green tea. You can mix and match if you want. This location is clean. They have ample parking and is one of the few locations that's not in a strip mall. The service was fantastically friendly. What I really love about Panera is that at the end of the day, they donate untouched and unsold baked goods to food banks/ food pantries, shelters, and veterans village. And I know for a fact that this is truly happening since I volunteer at food pantries and we get bagels and stuff from Panera. Doing this, they help eliminate food waste and also help fight hunger and food insecurity. read more

This is the 1st and last time I will ever go to this location. Visited on 11/15/24. The employees were rude as hell. I wanted to buy raisin loafs and I could see them on the rack and the cashier told me no those were for tomorrow. You are really gonna refuse a sale??? That's just dumb if you ask anyone. So we ordered 2 soups and 2 sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch was very good but he also added a bunch to it to make it taste good too. Without the add ons it would have been bland because we ask for extra ranch on it and nope employees didn't give us any extra on it like asked. I also ordered a full tuna sandwich and what I got was so dang disappointing. I asked for extra pickles and got none and the sandwich barely had any tuna on it AT ALL. You basically gave me bread with mayo on it with little bit of tuna and took my money. The food was plentious. It was tasty. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot, cold waa cold. Water in restroom was hotwhen i went to wash my hands. So we went after 6 pm. Fresh breads, delicious pastries and bagels, soups, salads and sandwhiches, everything you could want made with fresh ingredients, baked daily. What's not to love? I've never been to this location. I had just heard it opened so thought Panera sounds good, let me stop by. First off one awesome thing... they have a DRIVE THRU! Perfectly convenient and awesome! I was in a hurry so tried out the drive thru. The box you order through was clear and easy to understand the attendant. The menu however, was a little hard to read at the angle it was at the sun was glaring off of it. The workers were very nice and friendly. I received my food promptly. The only reason I marked the stars down is 1. The portions the Salad is tiny! Like 10 pieces of lettuce! I have gotten pick two salads before and they were bigger previously. The salad would have been great if the correct kind of cheese was used. This is a Greek salad. It should have feta cheese in it however, blue cheese was used (that kind of killed it for me I do not like the taste of blue cheese at all). I got the steak and cheddar sandwhich which was suppose to have steak on it (pretty sure this is roast beef it taste just like roast) and there is hardly any meat on it. The meat came out in one bite and was left with just bread a few onions and sauce. The onions were supposed to be caramelized these are pickled onions. Which I do like pickled onions but it wasn't what I was expecting. The bread used for the sandwhich was good. The baguette on the side was hard like it was baked 3 days ago. It seemed very stale from the outside crust to the inside. Panera no longer makes my frozen mocha so I tried their vanilla iced latte. I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked this drink it was very good. The shortbread cookie was as good as it always is. My first impression of this new panera is ok like I said I love the drive thru. If my order was completely correct it probably would have been a better experience but the salad really kind of killed my mood for Panera with the blue cheese. The cost is kind of high for the tiny salad you get and the minimal amount of meat on the sandwhich. Customer service was great there was a buzzer on the floor she was cleaning, organizing and restocking. Food: Ordered the "you pick 2" my daughter ordered the tomato soup (bowl) and a signature chicken sandwich. The sandwich was a whole not a half sandwich which we though was going to be. The sandwich was dry and the lettuce was super soggy, if it wasn't for being somewhat cheesy she would have not liked it at all. The soup tasted like a creamy tomato, so she says... I ordered the French Onion Soup wasn't that great it tasted more like beef stock than anything. Onions where large cubs instead of traditional julienne cut onions. The sandwich I ordered was 1/2 Frontega Chicken, focaccia bread was great but the shredded chicken was under flavored and the cheese wasn't melted. If you have a desire for a medium priced Chipotle Chicken sandwich (or salad) Panera has been my go to for the last 7 years. My time in the CIA was terrible, almost as bad as a sandwich with horseradish. Seriously, as a trained human target acquisition eliminator, not even me would torture the poor souls in Guantanamo with a steak & horseradish sandwich. However, the Smokey Buffalo Chicken Toasted Baguette rushed my back to my days in the field in Marseilles. Long story short, I was fired from my my govt job and now I work an establishment where there is plenty of dancing and plenty of dollar bills. Lucky for me, Panera is only a few miles away, and nothing satisfies the hunger of a guy throwing out handsy patrons from Chica Bonitas like a Toasted Fontega Sandwich. The sandwich artists craft anything I want, from a Napa Almond Chicken (hold the almond and hold the Napa) to a Tuna and Tomato (no crust). The interior reminds me of my CIA days where we would have Bill and Monica and everyone in between. Everything was very opulent. Panera doesnt quite have a security team, but I feel more than safe with Big Cynthia at the helm. Im in my 60's now, but something about Cynthia's huge biceps get this old diesel motor running! Boy Howdy. Yes, I work at a strip club, but that girl can whip up a Baja bowl that puts the clientele at my job to shame. The warm bowls are almost as good as the Greene Goddess Caprice, or the ladies leaving the club at 2 am. After my pension in the CIA was cancelled, I will take what I can get if you know what I mean. A few suggestions - The Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg sandwich is to die for. I wont go too far, but it is the second thickest item in this Panera. I wont say what my favorite item is, but its double the meat, and if I didnt look like Liam Neeson, it would be double the treat. I would avoid the Southwest bowl - It has hardly any corn and it isnt really that authentic Mexican. Cynthia, on the other hand, always gives me a custom Hispanic style dish made that is not a menu item. I have "eliminated" several threats to American democracy, but for some reason I am still too shy to ask her out. Shes got that confidence!! The Strawberry Lemonade is a bit sugary, but the tartness rounds out the flavor. My daughter Kim really enjoys the Homestyle Chicken soup. Ever since I had to rescue her in Paris, she gravitates toward all of the American style menu items such as Broccoli Cheddar or the Mac and Cheese. At the end of the day, is this Panera the best restaurant on earth? I would make a strong case for YESSSSSSS!!! Beating up drunks in a strip club makes a guy hangry, and a warm bowl, a Smoke House BBQ, and a Hi-C served up by that very friendly staff like Cynthia makes a defeated man keep sane. I have a specific set of skills, and at the end of a hard shift, I am a nightmare for people who lay hands on the girls. The thought of Panera is the perfect ending to my day. If I am hungry, I will look for Panera, I will find Panera, and I will eat Panera. I just hope one day, Big C will accept my courtship! read more

Visited today around noon to finish some homework and maximize on my sip club benefit for the first time since signing up. I signed up so that I could have a nice environment to study. The white female manager with blond hair and glasses was unwilling to help me access the wifi and would not share the login code. She was simply standing in the lobby looking at the order screen. The cafe was full of customers using their wifi but she simply told me it was spotty and to try later. I was on a deadline and had to travel back home to complete my work.
