My husband and I frequent this amazing establishment on a regular basis. It's always nice to have a place not to far from home when you don't feel like cooking and even better when they have absolutely delicious food along with excellent service! Highly recommend! One star is a gimme just because of the trip from door dash could have been longer than normal thus accounting for semi cold food. I was in the area driving through and came across this little spot dotting the side of the road. I was extremely skeptical at first because of the outward appearance and name. I was completely wrong. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. The quantity and quality of the food is something that I have rarely found in this area. There are a million mediocre Mexican restaurants and this is not one of them. I highly recommend you check it out. Burritos n Ribs is a great little restaurant located on South Main Street in Troutman, NC. As you walk in the door you will be struck by the fun eclectic decor and greeted by Anna (the restaurant's proprietor) with a "Hey,hey honey..sit wherever you want!" She's pretty great! The menu is amazing. You can get chimichangas, tacos, fajitas etc .. All of which are amazing! Its the ribs and chicken wings that will surprise and delight you! My friend, Clark, and I ordered chicken fajitas last night and loved every bite. We got them to go and the aroma in the car was so good, they barely made it home. The chicken was very tender and flavorful with a wonderful smoky taste. The grilled vegetables were in large pieces so you could actually taste them. I enjoyed the fresh salad toppings with guacamole. We ordered the corn tortillas which were charred just right. This was my first visit to Burritos and Ribs but it will not be my last. I plan to take out once a week from here on out and to try everything on their menu. Clark said that the fajitas were the best he had ever tasted and I agree with him. Give this place a try. Everything I have had here has been authentic and amazing. The enchiladas taste homemade and fresh. All of the sauces and sides are wonderful. And when I get a to go order everything is packed beautifully and they always give me two bags of chips. The portions are very large and I can usually eat twice off the plate. With Covid on the uprise I do not suggest eating inside because they do not distance well inside. People sit too close together. Definitely opt for takeout. Staff is also kind and helpful and restaurant is cheerful and clean. read more
