Our food came out within 5 minutes 5/5. The quesabirria was a 4.8/5 and the Birria Plate with hot tortillas was a 4.9/5 with the dip. The veggie sope was a 4/5, but the shell was a bit too cooked or stale (hard to cut through), but all the fresh veggie toppings were delightful. We were in this area so we stopped by. Good food but a little confusing on the items! It's a really small narrow spot so you have to go up to see the menu. At first I wanted the quesabirria but since it was just one and I wanted to share it, I almost wanted the plate except it also only came with one just extra sides, so keep that in mind. We settled on the dorados tacos and the quesadilla, both were really good, chicken was just a bit odd tasting but I liked the toppings. Really great choice for some tasty tacos (y mas!) We grabbed chef and shrimp tacos there and were stuffed with two each. Unfortunately we had no idea they would be so big, so we ordered a burrito too. it was huge! Delicious tacos! This a great spot for tacos and burritos. We had the lengua street taco and fish taco. The fish had a nice light crispy batter. The lengua was very soft and delicate. For the burrito my partner opted to have shrimp in his California burrito. The shrimp was snappy and juicy. He thoroughly enjoyed the burrito! The red salsa that they handed us was a bit spicy for me but my partner thought it was a perfect addition for his burrito. Overall the food was really enjoyable. This is a nice spot to get some Mexican food in Morgan hill. We chanced on it when we were in the area and absolutely loved the food. We ordered nachos and a burrito. Breakfast burritos are my jam. So on a drive from Berkeley to SLO my wife suggested we scope out a best breakfast burrito candidate south of San Jose. Yelpers pointed us to Burritos Tacos y Mas. A total winner. Viva Yelp! I was able to order on DoorDash using the pick-up feature, so our two breakfast burritos were waiting for me when I arrived. They have eggs, cheese, refried beans and country potatoes with your choice of ham, chorizo, or bacon. We went with bacon. Mine was pretty much perfect. I really liked the flavor of the bacon, refried beans and potatoes. Everything was balanced in terms of the amounts. Meanwhile, my wife's was too heavy on the refried beans. It didn't seem to have as much of the eggs either. So I had a five-star breakfast burrito and she had a three-star breakfast burrito. So maybe you have to get lucky and have the right person make it? I don't know. It's still on my best breakfast burrito list. we did agree that the sauces were delicious, both the red and the green. They had just the right amount of spice too. We were craving mexican food so we came across this spot. Reviews seemed great and food seemed large in quantity for decent prices. Here is what we ordered: Chilaquiles (with green and red sauce): (3/5) the quantity of chips in the sauce seemed low. Flavor of the sauces were subpar - between the two sauces I would say the red was better than the green. Chorizo breakfast burrito: (3/5) the burrito was hefty with lots of chorizo and eggs - definitely appreciated. But again the flavor was just lacking given how much rice, beans, cheese and potatoes there were to complement the chorizo and eggs. I was expecting more from the burrito given the chilaquiles was also a bit of a let down. Price: very reasonable! For what we ordered it came out to $25 including tax! Staff: friendly and welcoming! This is our favorite Mexican in town. Love the quesabirria tacos, super tacos and wet burritos....tacos dorados also a favorite. My wife is fond of their tortas. Service is excellent, absolutely every time we go here they go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of.... I ordered chicken flautas, because as I was reviewing the Yelp reviews someone had ordered the flautas and they looked delicious. When I went into the restaurant they had pictures posted on the wall of their menu, and again the flautas looked good. We've been trying Quesobirria Tacos at different restaurants. We ordered some today but somehow ended up with a Birria Plate instead. Not quite the same thing. The plate came with some delicious Birria, Refried Beans, Rice and Corn Tortillas. No Queso. It was too much hassle to go back to the restaurant. I've also always had a thing for Chile Rellenos and lately have been ordering Chile Relleno Burritos whenever I find them on the menu. The burrito that I received today was okay. I would have enjoyed some guacamole and sour cream. It wasn't mentioned on the menu that I saw so perhaps it's just wishful thinking on my part. She got herself a Fish Taco, which she enjoyed. There were two Corn Tortillas. The one wrapped around the fish had been deep fried and was crunchy. The one around the fried one had not been deep fried. We got a large Horchata. It was nice that they're serving their drinks with paper straws. The Horchata itself tasted a bit diluted to me. I'm also kinda weird in that I like my Horchata to have a bit of texture to it. I did not go into the restaurant myself. While my wife was ordering, I was walking the dog out in the parking lot. She said that there was not a salsa bar. While our orders came with small containers of green sauce and another of orange sauce, there were no onions, cilantro or lime in our bag. There were also no tortilla chips offered or given. We're disappointed that our order was not taken properly so we ended up with the wrong item. The reviews by other yelpers made this place sound so good. Maybe we were here on an off day. This little taqueria is pretty decent and close by where we were staying. I will say service was friendly at the counter, we were greeted warmly and with a smile. The place is basic but very clean. Our to go order consisted of a chile relleno plate, a chile verde burrito, a carnitas super taco and a rice and bean burrito. The chile verde burrito was pretty big and the pork was tasty. It seemed the other guests liked their taco and burrito. I was the one who opted for the chile relleno plate and wish I had stuck to their namesake of a burrito or taco. The chile in the relleno was so tough that my serrated knife had a very difficult time trying to cut through it. I eventually gave up and only ate the breading which was also a soggy disappointment. The flavor of the sauce was bland. If I ever return I'm definitely getting a taco.
